Tsm name is Abu Bakar. I want an distribution but he is misbehaving with me. He is saying that company don't wants to make any more town for distribution near Multan. I want to investment for distribution. But is refusing for distribution. He is giving me the contact information of higher person. He is that I am the company honour. No body is my boss.

We found the chocolate broken in the form of powder in one side when opened the wrapper. Looks like some quality issue with the product.

Kindly suggest what could be the issue with this product. Also provide us the replacement.

I request you to perform the quality check of this batch to ensure it is good to consume.

We bought this on 16th August'22 on the shell fuel station outlet on NH48.

I bought chocolate the big one i came by the house u know i was very digusted in that chocolate that i threw it in the bin i wouldn't ewens give that for someone sleeping out side it was old an u couldve see that its old an i mean i could of got sick im dissipointed in use an i dont have the paper or the chocolate cuase i threw it away i thik two weeks back 5 of july 2022

On 6th July 2022 I bought four nos of Cadbury Silk Chocolates at adyar Dept Stores, Thiruvalluvar Nagar Chennai 600 041 India

On reaching home I checked and found that two of them are dated 2016

I find the new m and m advert with the indian family in extremely prejudice… in Australia there’s millions of people with tattoos on there face, neck, hands etc. I find it very unsettling for you to be portraying people with tattoos regardless of where they are placed to be ridiculed by an Indian family as unacceptable! I myself have neck tattoos and it doesn’t make me any different to anyone else other then it’s my choice…. Freedom of expression… we shouldn’t be putting individuals in category’s as unacceptable to certain family/nationality’s beliefs! It’s so wrong you should be ashamed to label people in this way never judge a book by the cover.

Hi THere ,My name is Pamela im a fan of Old Gold Breakaway,i was in Big W Doncaster and bought myself a block of old gold Breakaway,i had 1 piece and it tasted very creamy no wafer ,i tried another piece and to my dismay no layers of crispy wafer ,just chocolate and creme,so was very dissapointed . Do i take the rest of block back to Big W or send to you for a replacement.Small complaint but i prefer wafer and choc ,not full choc .

I don't normally complain but I am a pensioner and with the price of things, I just had to inform you.

Today I went to Clicks at the Glen in Johannesburg South and bought a packet of mini lunch bars. When I got home two of the small single lunch bars were empty. Surely I paid for all the bite-size lunch bars?

I have been eating the above since forever. A number of years ago Cadbury started to put a lot of hazelnuts into each block which was fantastic. Just this week I bought a block and there were barely any nuts in it. It is very disappointing.

Hi My name is Crystal, I JUST bought a crispy crunch chocolate bar from the corner store just now (june 3rd,2022 at 9:30 pm) from a Avondale corner store here in St Catharine's Ontario on Scott and Vine.

The chocolate bar is out dated from february 5th 2022.

It was disgusting and I actually chipped my damn tooth on it because of how rock hard and stale it was.

It is 5 months out dated. I want something done about this asap or will be filing a law suit. Against both places for failing to update or pull items from shelves that are massively expired.

I bought 3 slabs and they were white not chocolate it also tasted like fake chocolate and not the milk we always have

25/3/22 caramilk twirl purchased from Coles today.

2 out of 5 packets only have 1 1/2 bars inside instead of 2.

All packets were sealed and had not been tampered with.

Never had this happen before.

I've attached photos showing sealed packets - 3 full packets and 2 clearly with contents missing; photo showing contents of one with contents missing and a photo of all the 5 packets barcodes.

Wanting to flag with you so that the packets can be recalled for other customers.

The chocolate has not expired and is very dry and crumbling expiring 27july2022

I have recently purchased on 2 separate occasions the Cadbury Twirl 12 Mini Bar pack, in what looks like new format packaging (where the 12 is in gold as opposed to white) and each pack has held only 11 bars. This proved very upsetting recently at a kids Birthday Party of 12 where one kid would have missed out if another hadn't shared.

Very disappointing if this is the direction that Cadbury is going down. Not only false Advertising 11 not 12 bars but misleading.

Unfortunately once the pack is open how do you prove or return the product. Does Cadbury have the consumer over a barrel.

I can appreciate accidents happen but if enough people find the same thing occurring does it call for better quality control or should people just stop buying these products.

As a thought how about clear packaging on the back so that people can count the bars in the pack before purchasing and opening.

I'm buy a chocolate but when open it was bad(dark to white), taste change and feel like vomiting after ate.

I purchased a PS bar on 20/01/2022 from SuperSpar in Carlwald. The expiration date was listed as 21/08/22. I opened it on the same day, took one bite and the wafer was completely hard but chewy and completely stale. This was a very disappointing experience and I would greatly appreciate it if it could be resolved in some way. I did have to throw the bar out as I couldn't keep opened food in the house.

I redeemed the swiggy money coupon which requires a coupon and a 6 digit code which was not provided hence making the coupon useless.
I have provided a screen shot of the email sent by the team in which only the coupon code is given without the passcode. I hope this will be resloved at the earliest.

To whom it may concern,
I'm here to make a complaint over the fact I bought a box of heroes today and they all tasted very strange and were discoloured. I have taken pictures of them which I've attached. I was extremely extremely disappointed with this as I bought them for a Christmas event and when I opened them I was honestly embarrassed by the look and taste of them. I hope this can be resolved.
