Horseshoe Bossier City
I recently stayed july 21st thru july 24th 2023 and the hotel was so slow no help when needed or if you ask for it they took 1.5 to 2 hours to do anything never seen the housekeeper in my room though it says if i place my towels on the floor new ones would be given also the place was so dirty and smelled of marijuana in one room we paid for also gave us the wrong room when we ask for 2 kings and a 2 queen rooms and that took an hour to sort out checkin was very very slow as there were not that many people and when we made the reservations there was no where that said the pool was only limited to 21 and up so my 12 year old could not go swimming as we had planned we didnt find out until we got there that he could not go swimming.
Hotel stay
We stayed at Harrah Las Vegas 7/10-7/13. Could not get help checking in. Front desk told us to use Kiosk and ended up paying for early check in. Rooms were hot. They checked the air conditioning in both rooms and did nothing. Ask for housekeeping service and never received any. Called housekeeping to see if we could just get clean towels. The lady who answered was rude and hung up on me. We were there four days and had 2 towels. We also had made and paid
for rooms with a city view. I called the day before to confirm. Was told everything was good. Our room overlooked the parking deck. The casino is not well ventilated. Smoke was bad and dirty ash trays everywhere. Other hotels and casinos were not like that. We will not return.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response. I called and was told I would be contacted within 2 days. Never happened. I feel I deserve a full refund for all the inconveniences during our stay at Harrah's.

All was fine until last week visiting Harrahs Philadelphia casino 7/12/2023 approx 12;30pm. I checked my diamond card and it showed me at platinum status. I proceeded to customer service, and received no service. The two ladies seemed confused, informed me that I was platinum, and refused to return my diamond card which they cut up in front of me. Caesars offered this promotion, I took advantage of it and now I feel treated like an idiot. I would like the diamond status returned and extended. Thank you.

Have a embarrased situation at Rio Casino
So,I got a promotion of 2 complimentary nights at Rio Casino in Vegas…
we got there around 2:20/2:35 pm, we tried to check in, the lady at registration told us that there is a $25 charge if we want to get the room earlier, we said no, and she took my id and my amex cc info, then she said to come back after 3 pm to avoid this charge, we said ok,and went to play couple bills nearby of registration area and came back around 3:05 to check in, I gave to the lady at registration the my id and amex card…again! then she gave us the room key…1524…we went to the room, leave our luggage,meds(heart transplant meds),money etc, and went back to play…roulette and slot machines AT SAME PLACE…RIO…..after couple hours or so, we went to the indian/chinesse restaurant and order to go food to eat at the room with my wife…
we were having a nice time!
took the elevator to floor 15…walked towards our “room”.. and we noticed 2 security guards right behind us..my wife told me: “they are coming to get you” and we laught..we tried to open our “room” but the entrance was denied,tried again and nothing, we were blocked from our f.. room! but guess what… they were coming for me! asked to/scorted us to go to registration ‘cause we were unregistered guests!
It was sad… embarrased, humiliation situation!

Horseshoe Casino Hotel in Bossier City
My husband and I drove from Michigan to Bossier City Louisiana for the 4th of July. Check in on July 3rd, 2023 for 2 nights. I wasn’t very excited about the hotel room Mattress, it had lumps but the linen look clean so I figure it wails do. The night of the 3rd we when up to room around 9:00pm and the next room had a dog barking quite loud so I just turn up the TV. Around midnight someone in another room starting yelling “ keep your dog from barking’! The dog never stop. Around 3:00 am someone was knocking on my door very hard and loud screaming who called front desk about my dog barking? She when up and down the hall way knocking on every door and yelling the same think over and over for a 1/2 hour or so. Then a little later she came knocking again and screaming about who call downstairs on her dog! No one front security ever came to see what was going on. I was so scared and upset that I couldn’t sleep. Not knowing what this person’s state of mind is, or what she is capable of doing. I want to check out the next morning. If I hadn’t travel from Michigan I would have left the hotel. I will never stay at that hotel again! They have no security. Thank you Norma Jaime [protected] [protected]@comcast.net

Hotel accommodations
Caesars Rewards are my favorites, but this trip did not meet up to their standards. We had free room at Harrahs, suppose to have been a luxury room?
The room we had was ok as far as the bed, but the bath area had a shower panel that let wet water go to the floor when shower was taken. Floor extremely slippery and a good way to get hurt when you got out, they didn't even provide shower mat. The aluminum leggings were rusted on both the sinks and dressing table. If anyone had brushed up against it they could have gotten blood poisoning if they got cut and there were little room in shower. Tried several times to call down for housekeeping to get extra towels and maybe water and never got an answer. Our original flight was changed to make us getting into Houston late and then the flight was even later. We had fun, but the trip lodging (luxury) was not up to par!
Desired outcome: Just want them to fix the problems so no one else feels like we did
Hotel stay
Checked into the hotel on may the 24th after driving over 24 hours to get there. When we got in the suite it was very warm but I just figured it was because we needed to change the setting on the air conditioner. I went to unpack our things and when I went to put stuff in the refrigerator it was too full for our things so I was going to just put ice from the ice maker into our ice chest but when I opened up the ice machine I found someone else’s food and drinks in it. . So we ordered food and I took a bath. That’s when I noticed the picture over the tub had something all over it ( I didn’t even want to know what it was but it was gross). The room was a little bit cooler but still very warm so my husband slept on the couch because it was cooler in the living room than the bedroom. I myself keep waking up because it was to uncomfortable to sleep. The next morning when we went to go to the bowling area I went to the front desk and told them we would be gone for a couple of hours and that we needed the air conditioner checked and the ice maker and the picture cleaned. When we got back later that day housekeeping had been in but the two things I asked for them to do wasn’t done so I called down stairs and spoke to the front desk and I was told that they would send someone right up. After waiting for a couple of hours I decided to take a bath to cool off and I threw out the other people’s food so we could empty the ice machine and start getting clean ice that we could use. I still washed out but I could live with it for now. Took my bath and I removed my teeth and put them between a small towel after I cleaned them Still haven’t had anyone to come and fix the air conditioner so I went downstairs to the front desk and told them once again what I needed and once again I was told that someone would be right up. On my way back to the room I ran into some of the other people that we had come to Reno to bowl with (we had over 50 people from our area). When I got back to the room I was telling my husband what they told me downstairs and made sure no one had already come by which they had not. Finally someone showed up to fix the air conditioner. I was told it was stuck on heat and that he fixed it and it should be getting cooler soon. I was too hot to wait and my husband was resting again in the living room which was a little cooler but not much. So I went downstairs for a while. While I was downstairs housekeeping finally showed up and my husband showed her what needed to be done. He said she just opened the ice machine and shut the door when she didn’t see anything in it. My husband told her I already threw the stuff away and it just needs to be wiped out but I guess she didn’t understand him. He also showed her which picture needed to be cleaned. He didn’t stand there and watch her clean it. When I came back he told me that she came by. The room was still warm but I felt like maybe it would cool down better in a few hours. So I went to bed and my husband once again slept on the couch because it was still too hot for him to go to sleep. I woke up just a little bit later because it still wasn’t cool in the room. When we got ready to bowl again the next morning and I went to get my teeth to put them in and the towel was not on the side of the side of the tub anymore. We looked everywhere for them but we had to leave before we found them or we would be late. Once again I went back downstairs to talk to the supervisor this time about my teeth and the air conditioner not working. I asked them to please have housekeeping look through the towels for my teeth. I was told that they would check into it. When we got back house keeping had been in to clean the room but nothing about my teeth yet and air conditioning still wasn’t working. I called front desk and asked to speak to the property manager and I was told that they were at a vip event and didn’t have time for me but they would call me back the next day and they would send maintenance back up to look at the air conditioner. While waiting I tried looking through everything and under everything to see if maybe I could find my teeth. I knew where I left them but I just wanted to make 100 percent sure that they weren’t there. I thought maybe when housekeeping cleaned the picture the night before maybe she accidentally picked up the towel they were in and maybe they fell out and got kicked under the bed so I looked under there. It was so dirty and disgusting under the bed and that’s when I found the tin foil. I went straight downstairs and went and got security so they could come remove it from my room. Which they did and they also did a report on it. Maintenance finally came and told my husband that they cleaned the coils in the bedroom but they didn’t have time to clean them in the other unit in the living room. I went back down to talk to the supervisor and was told for my trouble I would be give 50 dollars off our food. At around 10 I was finally offered a chance to move rooms but it wasn’t going to be a suite and it was going to cost more. My husband said no because we had to much stuff to move. Two carts full of bowling equipment because we took back things for other people. I was promised that the property manager would be calling me back in the morning. I was also told I needed to fill out a report with security about my teeth which I did but they said unless I was pressing charges on housekeeping that it wasn’t their responsibility I never said my teeth were stolen but housekeeping was neglected. I got tired of the back and forth between front desk and security about who’s job it was for the missing teeth. I told the front desk supervisor that I wanted to come to some kind of agreement on how to handle this situation before we checked out and I was told that the property manager would definitely be calling me so to be patient. We were locked out of the room before I received a call so I went to the front desk and spoke once again to the supervisor and explained I wasn’t satisfied with 50 dollars off food and that’s when she told me that I would also be giving a discount on the room. I explained to her that I was going to be out of pocket at least 5000 dollars just to replace my teeth and that’s with my insurance so that wasn’t enough and that I didn’t want to settle my bills until I spoke to the manager first which once again I was promised that they were going to call me. She changed my card anyways and as of today which is over 6 weeks I still haven’t received a call from the property manager so we could work this out and come to a agreement on what would be fair. I am trying to do the right thing because we have always stayed at your hotel when nationals are in Reno along with most of the 10 other teams from midland Odessa area and for the most part everything was good but this time I feel like your staff just doesn’t care as long as they got paid for the room. I have been trying to get someone to respond back to me but nobody has responded so far and I don’t know what else to do other than take it to a lawyer but I would much rather have your company respond and work it out and go on from there. On June 26th my daughter arrived at work (Harrah’s) in Laughlin NV. only to be stopped by security and told her employment was terminated and told not to step back on the property and was told HR would contact her and give the reason for termination. this happened just 3 days after she filed a sexual harassment complaint with her supervisor.
two days after being fired her girlfriend who also worked there was also let go and same explanation HR would contact her.
So now we’re going on 11 days and no one will answer the one question why were they let go?
I’m trying to get this taken care of but we seem to be getting the run around so I’m asking that if you can contact me so we can put this to rest if they were let go for what reason.
We have been in contact with the ACLU along with various LGBTQ organizations is states where Harrah’s and Caesars operate is located

Chauffeur Unsafe Driving
Good Morning. One of your chauffeur's cut me off in traffic this morning. I am not sure which property the car belongs to but the car number is CPCN 1070. The date is 6/27/23. The time of the incident was around. 8:15 to 8:20 AM. Your car and I were sitting at the light on Spring Mountain Rd. in Las Vegas waiting to turn on to Valley View Blvd. Your car was in the left hand turn lane for the turn. I was in the right. When the light changed, in the middle of the turn your chauffeur cut into my lane of traffic almost taking the front of my car out. This is unsafe and frankly unwise as the car number is on the back of the car.
Desired outcome: I want this driver written up. Luckily there wasn't any guests in your vehicle at the time but this type of driving from a chauffeur is unsafe.

My daughter and I are coming out there this year. We booked our trip for June for $669.60 but had to post-pone it because I needed heart surgery. We booked a room for 9/21 to 9/24 for $828.50. Today I saw a promotion for room rates for $678.93. I called there and was told to cancel our room and rebook on line for the promotion.I canceled the $828.59 and filled out all the info. Then I got a message saying there was technical problems to call the # shown. I called and was told the room was only for Circus Circus.It was still going to cost me $828.50. i FEEL THIS WAS FALSE ADVERSING. This will be my last stay at the Eldorado!

Paris hotel room
My name is Catherine McManus. I checked in to Paris Hotel after 6pm on May 25-27. We were given room 591. The desk chair in the room was disgustingly filthy so we were unable to sit. Directly outside our window was a large rotting dead crow. We could not open curtains due to seeing that. I complained but no action take. Also went down to use pool and told it closed at 6pm. We were unable to use the resort amenities. I went down to desk on 5/26 and talked to M. Jay who was very helpful. I told her about being unable to use the resort pool and requested the one day resort fee be refunded. She said she was unable to do that? I told her about the dead crow and she offered to move our room which we couldn’t accept as one of our party had already gone to bed. I then asked why we were charged a two day parking fee as I joined Caesar’s Rewards as noted on mobile check in waived the parking fee. She nicely explained I had to be a diamond member and have 5000 points for that? Didn’t say that on screen when I checked in. I told M. Jay that I had two rooms booked for June 12-15 already under my name and Lisa Woodward and asked for adjoined. She told me that for the new booking she would compensate us in some way. I suggested an upgrade. Just checked rooms and they are adjoined but clerk said rooms are assigned randomly.
Please stand by your hotel and:
1) return my resort fee for 5/25 as we were unable to use resort amenities;
2) upgrade our adjoining rooms for visit 6/12-15;
3) make sure to dead bird is removed outside room 591, and don’t want that room again.

On May 28, 2023 I was visiting Cesar palace, Las Vegas with my brothers family, which consisted of his wife and two children 14 and 10 years old. After they had lunch, the kids sat on the side hallway 10 feet away from my black jack table, while both her parents could come and give me a message on their location. Jenny a lady In red coat, came to us being very rude and obnoxious blaming and judging us that we are leaving our children alone, I told her that we are only 10 feet away, visible of our children, and our intention is not to leave them alone. This crazy woman started yelling at us, very rudely and blatantly told us we had to leave the property and took our picture without our consent, I am going to make a police report out of this. She not only spoiled our whole day. She scared our kids. This is no way of any property to treat visitors who are not doing anything wrong, she could have politely asked that the children need to leave. Instead, she started judging us and yelling at us. What kind of ways that to talk to anybody. We were just standing there. There are people that are drunk and creating havoc at the casino yet this lady chooses a Family most likely because we are Indian and she’s a white racist supremists. Hotel accommodations
On May 3, 2023 I traveled 3 1/2 hours from New York to Atlantic City to spend two nights at Caesars Hotel & Casino. I have visited Caesars at least once a year for the last 40 years. I do a little gambling and enjoy the Boardwalk & restaurants. On this particular visit I was given a room with no windows. One of the things I enjoy is being able to see the ocean from my room. When I requested that I be given a room in the Centurion tower where I usually stay when I visit; the front desk claimed there were no available rooms due to a conference they were hosting. It's a Wednesday so I really doubted that so I requested a room in the Ocean Tower but was again refused. So I left Caesars and returned to New York. This was the worst experience I ever had and will no longer book a stay at Caesars since I already receive hotel offers from Tropicana, Bally's, Resorts & Ocean.
Desired outcome: Besides an apology, I would like to be reimbursed my travel expenses [$103.00}
Casino employee incident with guest

We travel all over the US and spend a large amount of time at your properties.
On April 17, 2023 between approximately 5:00- 5:30 am I was approached by a casino security officer that was approaching me from behind at the Harrah's Resort in Atlantic City, NJ. I had just left the security desk where I had picked up my cell phone and signed the release.
He got my attention by saying "excuse me". When I looked back he was closing in and said "I wanted to tell you I saw you earlier and I think you are really pretty". I told him thank you that it was very sweet but kept walking and never stopped. He then walked in behind me into the Bayview Tower entrance to the elevators and then he said "your husband is a lucky man... is he with you"?
I told him "yes, he is".
This security guard looked to be about 25 with chin to shoulder length dark wavy oily hair that was not pulled back. He looked to be about 6'2"or taller and very wide.
We spoke to security manager Paul Wilson later that day and informed him of the incident. He was great. He did everything correctly and professionally and was as concerned as we were. He said he would look at cameras and suggested I make a formal complaint with Caesars.
I am a 55 year old woman. I am 5'2" so the guys size was intimidating. I also don't get freaked out easily but he made me uncomfortable and it doesn't seem like this was his first time doing something like this. I may be attractive to some but I don't believe this was an attraction situation.
My husband is 6'6" tall so I am not usually intimidated by large men.
Another note would be to inform you that the majority of the security team did not make us feel secure. One man was at least 65+ had all of his front teeth missing and smelled of marijuana (on the job). While pleasant enough and happy, he spit all over me when he was too close talking. Majority of the others looked very unkempt and unprofessional. One even had a teardrop tattoo on his face under his eye.
Please inform me of the outcome of this situation.
Desired outcome: My fear is the outcome of this incident could have ended badly for someone who was impaired or not aware of what was happening. Termination and police report filed.

The last three times I have come to Caesars when I went to print my parking voucher it said to show card at departure and failed to print a parking voucher. The women at the booth was very nasty and accused me of lying but let me out twice. This last time however she called a man down saying he was a supervisor, which I doubt. He told me to drive back up and park, go to the rewards desk to find out why this was happening. Not only was he rude and obnoxious but he was not helpful in anyway and seemed to accuse me of lying as well. So I had to drive back, find parking and they walk the mile from the parking garage to the rewards desk, wait in line for 15 min. and discovered that I got upgraded.
When I qualified for the new status why couldn't the rewards desk send me new cards, or why didn't it tell me I needed new cards when I checked the card for the parking permit? How about when I was playing the machines or at the tables? What about the mean parking attendant, did it never occur to anyone to tell me I needed a new card. I was so angry and frustrated that the small amount of time I stole to get away was marred the insanity or leaving.
Desired outcome: I think you need to have a kios machine with the parking attendent so they can see if someone qualifies for free parking and the kios machines should tell people of status changes and the need for new cards to avoid this kind of insanity.
False Charge
front desk informed me at check out that they automatically billed my credit card $500 for a fire alarm going off in my room. WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN. I was in my room at the time they say it went off getting ready and it didn't. I asked them to prove it, camera footage etc. They said they couldn't. They never came to my room, never called my room, nothing. This is a scam. I booked 15 rooms for our work trip for a trade show and we will not be returning to your hotel due to false charges. I looked online and this is a common occurrence and you should be fully ashamed. I will be making everyone aware of this treatment.

I am so angry! First, my daughter and I have been a part of Caesars since living in NJ. I relocated to LV and we are still team Caesars. But, they need better General Managers that know how to do their jobs.
My daughter will be graduating in May 2023. We have East Coast family coming so we have reserved at least 10 rooms, we are playing a Deluxe Cabana pool party that Saturday after graduation as well as reserving the Hearts Bar for a late night party. At present, with out of town and in town quest we are bringing approximately 40 guest to Planet Hollywood, which is money to this establishment.
I have been trying for two weeks to arrange her graduation party at a Planet Hollywood private venue. After visiting their site for a private party, I was given several choices to choose from. It became so confusing with them trying to book Cafe Hollywood, which seemed to be the only place for a private party. I wanted a buffet style dinner, since no one seemed to be able to accommodate me with this request, we decided to select one of their many advertised venues on their site and do a sit down dinner. I sent this request to a General Manager who is suppose to provide info for all of Caesars event venues.
When I started to request to see a couple of the places advertised on Planet Hollywood site, I was sent pictures of Caesars Casino venues. When asked why, because this is not what I requested, I was told "oh the are under Caesars umbrella". But It's on Planet Hollywood site, why is the venue in another casino. I wanted to book the Patio or Gold Member space.
This is the head banger...I was informed that she had no idea who was in charge of those party venues. Maybe someone that works in the casino owned those spaces!
How in the hell are you in charge of events, have event space advertised on your site, and have no clue how I can contact someone to rent this space? I'm so stressed, I'm thinking about taking my business elsewhere. If Caesars don't know, they are about to, and going to lose money with incompetent event planners working for them.
If anyone monitor this site, please check your websites and be sure they are updated correctly. I have wasted 2 weeks thinking I had a venue. Just found this out today

My name is Charles Maynord, On or about 9/18/2022 I SAW AN AID that said free phone all you need to pay is 4.99 for shipping.
Up on getting the bill I had a charge for 4.99 and a charge for 99.99.
They charged me for the phone I did not ask for. I called I called the company and asked for them to cancel the charge they did. The conformation is 30444.
The very next month a bill came for 49.99 again I went through the process again. Because the bill was not paid, they charged me a 30.00 late fee.
I realize that all of the information is in the records. The #of the card is [protected] I REQUESTED THAT THEY CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT.
Needless to say, as of this day they are still sending me a bill for 51.91.
