Poor customer service
I have entered CCD in Mumbai near Marine Drive at 12:00am. The staff day before yesterday told me that the cafe is open till 12:30 for the order but the same staff denied that we can take your order as we can not do the billing. I requested him than he told me to order through Zomato or Swiggy. I then placed the order through Zomato and then he told me to wait outside as I won’t be served till the Zomato boy doesn’t come for the pickup again I requests for the bill they told me to ask from Zomato. Zomato has provided me the bill which has no amount on it. The staff behaved very rudely and denied for the bill. Then again said to leave the store. You should shut the door if it is no entry and shame on the customer service, the insult you people do to your customers.

I had subscribed for a 3 months subscription of wake up Estate blend capsules for 3 months on 25th July 2019. With great difficulty I managed to chase and get only the first month delivery, balance still out of sight wrote emails, called customer care spoke to the one Mr Senthil. But so far nothing has happened. If you have a big inventory of machines why you want to dump it on us if you are able to supply the capsules. It is nothing but cheating. I want to return the machine at the BTM Oulet where I purchased it. I cannot waste my time running after you guys for the capsules.

today m visited in your store 51milstone murthal. and its my first time with ccd. but its became last because of you manager rudly beheave. i never be come or visited again in ccd. today i wants to do order to eat somthing because i am very hungry when i ask about the menu product to the coutner boy said sir, its discountinue in menu card. and when i ask about the combo offer which was depicted on wall. then he again said sir, inka amount bhi change ho gya hai. then i ask to him ki bhai to available kya hai. or agr ye discontinue ho gya h to hta kyun nhi rahe ho...? then manager comes and rudly ans. ki jo display m h vhi milega. when i ask him why you behieve like that then he said ki jitna apko tym nokri krte hue ko nhi hua h itna mujhe manager bne ho gya. but really its reality he has no manner and dont know the way to talk although he has lot of experience as he say...actual i am not beliving... whats the topic i think your manager forget that...and i am not coming there to compare the timing or experience of nokriii. then i left the store without any order.
unethical behaviour
This is an incident which happened to me while having a coffee with one of my friends. We ordered a coffee and sat there having a conversation when the waiter came and said that you have been sitting here for a while so you need to order something more. I went and ordered two more coffee (the cost was supposed to be around 110 per coffee). But he said that I will have to pay 750 since we were sitting there for a while?! Where in any cafe is this suppose to be a behaviour? I would like this to be taken seriously so that this doesn't happen again.
bill amount of 536 has been deducted by 3 times from my uco bank on 26th march 2019

On 26th march I have swap my debit card on cafe coffee day - dhanajay tower - satelite branch approx 8.07 pm time. At that time there is some server issue of uco bank that ccd manager said me. So the bill amount of 536 is not gettng by them at that time.. So he has swap the card again to getting that bill money... Still the same issue... Then after after when I left the ccd approx 10.5 pm he swap again the card for making that bill amount of 536... So at the time money has deducted
After some time when I see my bank statement 3 times bill amount of 536 has been deducted... Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Actually money has to be deducted only for one time...
Please do needful in this and refunded my money back which are deducted extra 2 times.
pineapple cake
I had bought pineapple cake today on 09/02/19 from Cafe Coffee day, Delhi Gymkhana branch to gift it to my parents.
In evening, after cutting cake, we served it to our guests, and our guests started complaining about the poingent smell from the cake. When tasted, it was extremely smelly, rotten and sour in taste. Immediately all the guests left it. One child in the party puked.
Extremely embarassing for us. I need refund and demand compensation on this. This shows the quality of your food. Degrading.

I had order filta fresh coffee online on CCD website. There was no option to track my order and the customer support no was continiously busy. After 4 days I could contact the customer service and learned that they had not shipped the product as they had not noticed the same at all and assured me that it will dispatched the next day. On enquiring again i got to know that they had not dispatched it with new commitment of the next day, it has happened thrice.
Finally, I asked them to cancle my order and refund the money, so I was been asked to mail the same, which I did. There was no response on the cancelation mail for 4 days and I kept on calling their customer service. Most of the time they used ask to put the phone on hold and get the same disconnected.
misbehaviour and abusive language by the cafe staff
This is to inform you that I am a regular customer of the cafe coffee day and usually visit all the branches established at Green Park Main New Delhi - 110016 and Safdarjung Enclave New Delhi-110029. On 31 Jan 2019 at 1800 hrs I visited cafe coffee day at Safdarjung Enclave New Delhi - 110029 opposite Deer Park and ordered for a cup of coffee but he replied that the cost of the coffee is about Rs. 600.00 and another costed of Rs. 447.00 and take it out outside. Intentionally, the staff of the cafe coffee day has not allowed me to sit inside without any reasons. Further the behaviour of the staff was very poor and did not cooperate with me. They even have not allowed me to enter the toilet. They have directed me to use the toilet of Hyjack Restaurant and also rendered abusive language for Hyjack Restaurant. For these kinds of hospitality services, the respect and cooperation from your staff should have come on priority whereas the same has come up with rude way. I will not accept such kind of steps shown to me in terms of behaviour and service. In view of this I request you to take appropriate action against the defaulters staff. From: Gurukul.
denied to sit in the shop cause my bill amount was low
I have been a regular customer at many ccd outlets but I have never been treated with such disrespect, at ccd in thakkar mall in borivali west; first of all half the products in the menu are not available and second if I buy a product of the company be it even a packet of chips for 30rs I was denied to sit in the cafe because she said they need to generate sale so because I am buying a product from the cafe of low value is wrong on so many levels in customer service, I usually sit at the cafe to study and keep meetings but if most of the things are not available that I like and are pocket friendly to me are not even available and this branch of the cafe is a very convenient place for me as my office is just 2 shops away from coffee shop and I would like to be there but not with such disrespect. I went to buy a chocolate cake. I specifically asked if the cake was dark chocolate or caramel or truffle. I was told it was just chocolate. I bought it. Well after I ate it, I realized it was orange flavored chocolate cake. Terrible! We dislike orange flavored chocolate cake. This was a cake that I bought for my daughter's birthday. The birthday message was so shoddily done. Why can't the staff be trained?
One does not expect such low standards from ccd.
unavailability of basic cutlery and unmannered attitude
I write this in regards to the unsatisfactory service and response from the store manager kapil mirza of cafe coffee day ameerpet, hyderabad today (13 september 2018) at 2pm. The store doesn't have a basic cutlery available and insists me to have a product (devil's own - milkshake product worth approximately inr 200) in a plastic tumbler rather than in a specified glass they usually serve the item. I visit the store atleast 4 times every week and similar issues like this including the failure of payment machines. When a product is priced a such a price and when the company is widespread with a longer retail chain of restaurants there has to be controls kept in place to make sure standards are met in a city like hyderabad.
I'd request the concerned team to please consider this and make sure this doesn't happen.

unethical behaviour by the staff

I'm a student of amity university, haryana. I'd like to complain about the indecent behaviour by the staff. The incident happened today i.e. 4th september, 2018. Around 9:30 p.M. The ccd over here was about to close, and manager asked everyone in the cafe to leave as it was closing. He switched off all the lights of the cafe. As I was packing my stuff to leave, one of the staff members came towards me and muttered something. When I asked him again that what did he say, he made expressions and gestures with his hand looking with a weird smile and said you're looking very nice and he said that to me twice. He was continuously staring at me. When my friend came close and asked what happened, he said nothing sir I was just saying that ccd is being closed.
Ccd for us is a place to go out and chill and such indecent behaviour is not acceptable. I'd like you to take some action against it.

At a franchise like ccd, we expect a professional and welcoming treatment, this outlet severely disappointed us.
The staff here is very unwelcoming and arrogant. When one of our friends came late to meet us and we fell short of chairs.. We asked them to help us out with an extra chair, and in spite of seeing one empty chair right in front of us, they refused to help us by lying that its occupied, which clearly it wasn't. When we decided to adjust ourselves till our order came, and tried to share chairs, a staff member called pooja (afternoon shift, roughly at about 4:30pm on september 2nd 2018 at viviana mall outlet) told us we aren't allowed to do they either. So as customers, neither would you help us out nor let us adjust. Why should we even come to your outlet? To get insulted like that?
I really do not have a clue why these people behave so weirdly. When we told them to get the volume down a little they actually cranked it up, so much so that we couldn't hear each other.
We have been to many other outlets of ccd and never did we encounter such an unfriendly staff. To top it off they had the audacity to tell us we can't occupy so many seats on a sunday.
So dear staff members, you might have lost a couple of customers because of us... But I can guarantee you that after this kind of harsh treatment you have lost almost double of that number. Not a single one of our 10 membered group is going to return and we aren't going to let any of our friends or family members to return either. If you really need customers, be a little polite, friendly and professional.

57, Parkstreet : This outlet of CCD is the worst of all, with rude staff.. They served me a drink named "Blue Sprinkler" with insects floating on it. And wen I complained about the same, they said they will change it but actually served me with the same drink after 10 minutes. The drink was same just without the insects I can assure because the ice cubes on the drink almost melted. He didnt even change the ice cubes, changing the drink was far behind.
I decided to talk to the manager then, they said that he was out of town (which to my knowledge was a lie).
