I ordered coffee beans from Philz Coffee online
I ordered coffee beans from Philz Coffee online. Unfortunately, they didn't deliver it to me. I reached out to their customer service and they offered to refund or send a replacement. I chose the replacement option. However, I haven't received the replacement yet, and despite sending three emails, I haven't received any response from customer service. It's quite frustrating because they don't have a phone number to call. I would really appreciate a full refund and I think they should work on improving their customer service and providing better resolutions to customer issues. Thank you!

I bought four pounds of Philz Coffee on August 9th, 2022. My *** account got charged $86.86 on August 12, 2022. Philz Coffee said they shipped my order on August 12th, but the *** in *** where I get my mail told me that Philz Coffee didn't ship my order. I tried to contact Philz Coffee customer service today at 10:30 AM. I made four phone calls and reached four company voice mail boxes. These were in four different departments, *** Accounts Payable, and Wholesale Sales. Each voice box recording said that Philz Coffee doesn't answer phone calls and that the office was closed. I emailed my order problem details to a Philz Coffee email address and got a robotic response saying they can't respond to my issue. My complaint is that Philz Coffee took $86.86 from my bank account, chose not to fulfill my order, and refuses to respond to any attempts to contact them for an order refund. If they're not already out of business, they need to be forced to close down. They're stealing from me and probably many other customers.
