SUB : Complaint against the outlet manager Ganga Singh.
I am writing this complaint out of complete dismay. I would like to bring it to your kind notice that the manager that is deployed at Kamla Nagar CCD is a very rude and misbehaving person. We generally visit this place to study and this man has made a habit of pointing us out every time we visit this cafe. (P.S. The CCTV footage can be checked for reference).
Moreover, this ill-mannered and impudent behavior has left us in a completely obnoxious state. It is not the first time we are visiting a cafe, hence, we are very well aware of the nominal sitting hours.
For context, today, i.e. 20-02-2020, we again visited this place for the same purpose and to my utter surprise the same thing happened. I hope you understand, it takes some time for a person to settle and place a particular order. However, this man out of no courtesy, came to our table and very impertinently insisted us to place an order. Before telling you the complete scenario, I would like to inform you that the order was already placed from our end. However, this man without properly knowing, whether the order has been placed or not, hopped on to our table and started to slander about us in a very uncivilized manner, for not placing orders and sitting for long hours.
When we tried to pacify him by informing about the order that has already been placed, he completely neglected our words and kept rehashing his song. Adding further to this, I was completely astonished to hear his next statement, in which he threatened me to restrict my entry at his outlet from now onwards. This uninviting and inhospitable behavior went into my nerves and shook me up to the last drop of my blood. I don't think anyone has to remind you that ‘The business grows when you ease your customer's pain, not increase it.'
Further, I would also like to apprise you that, being a responsible citizen of this country, I have full rights to complaint, to the higher authorities, against this outlet as well as the manager for defaming us.
I want a complete justification as well as a compensation to what all has happened with us. Though you very well know you can never compensate the inconvenience we've been through. However, as a goodwill, I politely seek your help and support in this regards. This is a complete case of acute deficiency of poor accountability and inhospitable services.
