Impolite behavior
Dear Sir, on Thursday 29th June at 12:50 at Caribou Bawadi mall Al Ain, the philipinos lady wasn’t at the counter, I had to wait for her, I understand that she might have gone to the bathroom and there is no problem so far. She was very impolite by asking me “ what do you want” not even looking at me, she was so rude, I will not go back to that Cafe again. Please talk to her.

Customer Service poor management
I am a group home direct support care giver in a group home in the city of Apple Valley Minnesota, I was called by my company that one of our residents were at this Caribou coffee location confused after having a seizure in the parking lot.
I appeared at the store and spoke with the cashiers and was given an update on what had accord during the day with our resident there in the store.
After evaluating the residents status and communicating with our medical team, the who seemed to be a manager of the store on November 8th 2022, noted this person wanted to intervein in the activity need to provide help and I myself the staff person for the resident asked her not interfere in the process. called the police on me while this activity had occurred. I was discriminated against.

Long wait because of missed order
Went to Detroit Lakes, MN Caribou Coffee yesterday a.m. (Saturday) with my daughter and 2 young grandsons. It was busy and we went inside. Placed order for a latte, a child size strawberry smoothie and 2 cinnamon bread. We waited a long time while eating our bread for our drinks. (my daughter didn't order a drink because it was busy and she felt they would get her order wrong as they have invariably done in the past.) We noticed that a lot of people were getting their orders that had come in after us. My daughter went up to the counter to ask about it and found my latte sitting on the counter with her name on it. It was already cooling off. Asked about the smoothie and was told they were making it then. The kids were getting bored and impatient. When the smoothie came it actually was for another customer. Asked where ours was and they searched for the order and found it in the drive thru lane order! They made excuses but I told them I didn't want excuses, wanted the smoothie that had been bought. They made it then but it was an experience that was intensely irritating. Totally blew my like for Caribou and won't go back again. How was my latte put on the indoor counter and the smoothie lost in the drive thru lane? Poor help, poor response!

No help at the store
The store in the mall of America that's on lower level has no crew. And there is others that work there that's has been kissing hugging ect while on the clock the shift lead was not at fault she did stop them but this store is low staffed no one to help the female shift lead. She looks so stressed out and she don't have the help she needs. There has been days where she felt so uneasy and has tried to transfer to a Maplewood location but no one will they r forcing her to stay. The shift leads name is emily.
Desired outcome: More people at the store and give Emily wat she wants this girl feels so uneasy.
Daybreak coffee whole bean
Greetings, I recently purchased a package of whole bean Caribou daybreak coffee and was very disappointed when I opened it as it had an off aroma and when I brewed it it tasted more like hazelnut coffee than it did the regular daybreak coffee. I still have it but I didn’t drink anymore of it because it was just off. I wanted you to know if you’d like to get in touch with me please do so by the email provided. Mango orange smoothie
I can't believe you got rid of the Mango Orange Smoothie. I go to school out of state and when I came back and saw that they didn't have it anymore I was so disappointed. I don't like coffee and none of the new smoothies are even close to as good as the Mango Orange. Please bring the Mango Orange Smoothie back.

I went to the shop on Robert street the one in signal hills shopping center. St. Paul MN, I got in the drive through at 650 am, wanted to be to work at 730, at 740 the car in front of me was obviously having problems with there order as I seen it get sent back 2 times. She finally pulled away, being it was later then 740 now and I had to get to a job, I could not even get a cup I had to drive right past the window and get headed to work, This store seems to get worse and worse, but yesterday 8/26 spending the better part of an hour in the line was truly unacceptable and I know that protocol is your to send me a free beverage and wee you fixed it, Well that does not change the damage you did in my customer relation with the homeowner I am dong a job for.

I grew up in mound Minnesota where the Caribou is and I've been coming to this Caribou since it opened. I walked my dog to the Caribou today and mobile ordered my cold coffee press. usually they have a bowl of water outside but it was empty. So I went back in because my dog was overheating and needed water. I stood there for 10 minutes at the entrance because that's as far as you can go because of Covid. I tried to get their attention but no one noticed me even though I picked up my beverage there. Finally a girl comes out of the bathroom and yells at me for having the dog in there. I asked her for water and she just kept yelling at me. I had already heard her but I can't leave my dog outside alone and I'm only 2 feet from the door. She gave me a hard time for no reason at all went all she had to do is get a glass of water. I don't need people like that. I don't think I'll come to this Caribou again.
Desired outcome: Talk to the workers there. They can be a lot nicer. This is not the first time I’ve had poor service at this Caribou.
sugar free caramel
I am a regular Caribou Coffee customer and have been ordering Medium Iced Americano with Sugar Free Carmel every day. Enjoyed this drink for several years. Then one day it tasted completely different, I asked the employee if it was sugar free caramel in it, and was told it was. Tasted terrible threw it out. Checked out another Caribou store and got the same thing. Threw that one away too. Tastes nothing like sugar free caramel! Has a whole different flavor. I would like to know what has happened!

Ordered a medium caramel macchiato when it came out in a small cup I told them I ordered a medium and was told they only get served in small cups. When I took off the lid the cup was less than half full. It is not made right either it tastes like straight espresso and syrup. The workers where not willing to fix it. Huge caribou fans. Hi, This is to inform you that we had an absolute horrible experience in your caribou branch located in Wave Toyota building ( Musaffah Abudhabi) . The company staff had juice and croissant and had vomiting right after it so I as a branch manager just asked the staff in caribou that what went wrong with the food that my staff vomited and not feeling well, first the caribou staff had very bad attitude and secondly he throw the invoice in front of us saying see when the product came and complaint the supplier nothing to do with us ... this is really bad image for caribou and the way your staff is represented in the company .

Dear corporate,
Before we begin, we would like to say that this is hard for us. We wouldn't be writing if we were not worried about the well-being of our store. Also know that most of us loved our job and didn't mind coming to work, this was until Deb went on leave and Colette joined us. Unfortunately now we all dread our jobs and hate coming to work especially if we know she will be there that day. Let us also state that we did try to get along with her and tried giving her time to maybe adjust but with that time she just became worse. Also please don't think we are mad that "she's making us follow rules" because that's not it at all, she has been incredibly rude not only to us but to our guests. Now I would like to share some of the many instances that we have dealt with here at store 1189.
1. On her very first day she argued with an employee on something she clearly knew nothing about
2. She argued with another employee and at the end said "and how long have you been a GM?" As if saying because she's the gm she will always be right, even though in this instance she was wrong.
3. She was taking an order and when she went to hand out the drink she wrung in and the customer wanted it made a different way she very loudly went "ugh" and rolled her eyes, in front of the customer, then you could tell the customer was angry and left.
4. She's incredibly rude to customers, very passive aggressive.
5. Customers have complained to employees about her customer service
6. She left in the middle of a rush and left our employees struggling.
7. She refuses to learn how to make drinks
8. She went up to an employee and asked who their favorite person was to work with, and we feel as a manager that is not an appropriate question
9. She asked an employee who was better, themselves or another person, also not appropriate.
10. She brought in a photograph of Jesus and tried giving it to multiple people, one of them she told the employee that they could have it so they "could put it on their wall and pray to it"
11. Said loudly in front of customers she knows nothing about caribou
12. Came into the back and told an employee she doesn't even know why she's here, she doesn't know what she's doing but when any employee offers guidance she ignores them and becomes rude.
13. She sits in the back while employees out front are struggling.
14. She was very rude when asked to pull out her drawer so someone else could have one since she was no longer on the floor.
15. Got mad that someone was unable to get onto crunchtime and wrote all the stuff down they needed to enter. She threw the paper down and stormed out.
16. Got mad at an employee who was there in the morning because she wouldn't stay and close, told them to "remember that next time you need someone to cover on your shift".
17. Got mad when she couldn't hear an employee talking because they were on bar, she basically expects us to stop working to talk to her, even during a rush.
18. Called in and said she would be in at 830 instead of 7 because she didnt feel well and when 830 rolled around she never showed up, never called, and wasn't answering messages. No call no show at that point.
19. Same day she didn't show up, she had an interview she never canceled.
20. Expects us to be early but she never is.
21. She left early one day and had an interview she forgot about, this was a different day than the one above.
22. Made a scene about parking in a certain lot and the next day was parked exactly where she said we couldn't.
23. Made a joke about religion right to an employee's face. She said "I used to believe in Jesus when I was young and stupid" and then she was telling them how Jesus isn't the Son of God and we feel this is extremely inappropriate for the work place.
24. She left on a Saturday when we were busy and could have used her help.
25. Acts as if we cannot contact her when she's not on the clock.
26. She isn't training new people properly. Making them be on Bar their very first day.
Unfortunately there is much more that has happened, and there is something new almost everyday. We did send this via Caribous website and havent heard a response and untimatley we feel this is something that NEEDS to be addressed. We feel that if anything specific needs to be addressed first it's the religion! We feel that she needs to not bring religion into the work place, and especially not bash on it to religious employees. We would really appreciate some sort of response as to what we can do to better the situation and what you can do as.

Darla at the crookston, mn location needs to be fired! She is the worst and I leave upset every time. She made me a medium when I ordered a large, I politley pointed it out and she took my medium, poured it in a large cup, and handed it to me. Then got in a huge argument with me over it. Cant believe someone would be so petty over a cup of coffee.
