Today I went to Caribou to get a drink for my sister and I. To start, I ordered a campfire mocha and a hoho mint mocha. I was not asked which way I would like it made, hot over ice or blended. So they just gave it to me hot. Then I was not asked if I had perks and wanted to check in, I do and since she did not ask I missed out on the But one get one $0.25 today. Very disappointed because I paid more than I should have, and didn't even get what I wanted

I want to start by saying that in all the years I have been going to Caribou Coffee, I have never had to get to a point where I needed to file a complaint. I have had three (3) separate instances with this person and I can no longer sit by and not say anything. Today was the last straw. I finally saw her name tag because in the other 2 instances, it was illegible or covered. Her name is Suzie and I guess she is a Manager. This is at Eagan on Duckwood Drive. She is ALWAYS RUDE AND EXTREMELY PASSIVE AGRESSIVE. God forbid you ask her to repeat herself! One time I went through the drive thru and my coffee was straight up cold, so I went in and asked them to make it hotter and Suzie said " well you asked us to top it off with half n half ". I said " yes I did but I didn't mean for it to be cold, I just wanted cream. She said" then you should ask for us to make it really hot next time". I told her " in all the years I have been coming here, I have been ordering my coffee that way" she then INTERRUPTED ME AND SAID " OK! WILL YOU PLEASE THEN LET ME MAKE IT, WE ARE SHORT STAFFED THANK YOU" and truly it was in a snotty tone. ( NO MISREADING HER TONE I PROMISE) . I told her that she didn't need to be passive aggressive toward me and she denied it and proceeded to tell me all her problems. Sone one called in sick, they had just had a delivery, and that she wasn't even supposed to be making the drinks that day. I told her I don't need to know that, I just need her to apologize for the mix up and fix my drink! On the second occasion she had to of remembered me because she was short and rude when she took my order. She asked me for my phone number for the perks membership and I started saying it and she then stopped me and said "waaaiitt"" then stopped in middle of my order to help an employee punch out. I thought to myself that she would have had maybe another 10 -15 seconds with me, and why wouldn't she wait to do that? The final straw was this morning. Same old [censored] ( excuse my language but now I'm very irritated ) . I am absolutely shocked that this person is a Manager ! If anyone should be a Manager, it should be the young gal who made my drink. She is ALWAYS SO PLEASANT! She also made my drink yesterday morning. She is always bubbly and always moving. She has excellent customer service skills. I wish I knew her name. I do not think this person "Suzie" should be a working there, let alone manage that store! I am actually avoiding that store now because I am tired of dealing with her crabby rude behavior! I'm sorry I had to complain, but I can no longer stand by and not tell you about this person.

On 7/14/17 I ordered coffee at your drive thru at your location 9008 Cahill Ave, Inver Grove Heights, MN 55076 and the employee asked if I wanted SPIT in my coffee! As I'm sitting at the window I heart her telling her coworkers that she should tell me I can't have my coffee because she's closing. This took place between 7:00pm-7:30pm! Also she is the manger there!

Alright so this was my first time going to caribou Because ive heard it was really good but when i got to the drive thru an ordered my blueberry muffin an large cappuccino an left once i got to work i didn't notice that my cup was really light i opened the lid to find it full of foam literally my cup was half foam half cappuccino it was ridiculous made me very disappointed i had heard good things about the coffee but they showed me differently

It took too long to finally be told that I'm not qualified for the survey, even though Caribou and C&R Research have no problem taking all my personal data and information with the lengthy qualifying survey. This is not nice at all. I wasn't warned about the lengthy nature, etc. of the qualifying survey.

They are a drive through coffee shop store and have broken head sets. 6 times they have gotten my drink wrong because the person can’t hear my order clearly because the head sets are so bad.
