Caliber Collision Centers review: Horrible!

I chose Caliber collision based off of the reviews. Boy, was that a mistake! They have given me nothing but excuse after excuse since the day my vehicle was "expected" to be finished by! I get that delays are to almost be expected but every week now since December 13, 2024 that's all I've gotten from them! I had to shell out $600 for car rental fees because they did not have my vehicle finished and I exceeded the car rental allowance through my insurance company. So, if you don't care about having your vehicle finished in a timely manner and money is no object, then by all means go to them.
