Bought on the 17/06/2018 from airport duty free shop in Austria. Has been used 5 times and already the matetial has started to crack. The bag colour is red and unfortunately the white cracks in the red are very visible. This is unacceptable for a brand name handbag which costed 149.00 € and has only been held 5 times. I'm a very big CK fan and this was a very big disappointment.

I'm an international traveler, I go to the USA frequent. On my last trip to the US in May 2018. I bought a women purse from Orlando premium Outlet mall. I didn't use until last Sunday, July 15th, 2018. On Monday morning opening my wallet I find the edges are peeled off. And everyday an new part is getting peeled off. Is this normal? I have paid $75 for this wallet and it didn't last for 2 days. I thought I', buying from a reputable brand. I need to be compensated for this and I'm out of the US so I can't got to a CK shop and exchange this horrible product. Please, advise.

I have purchased three (3) Calvin Klein Swimwear sets (one after the other), and all three of them have broken after a handful of times of being worn. All have broken at the clasp on the back on the Bikini. I am incredibly disappointed with the quality of these especially for the price that I have been paying for them. For such a global brand, I expect the quality of clothing to be better than it currently is.

I have made numerus purchases in the past, but was very disappointed with this purchase which i believe may have been faulty. This purchase was made whilst on holiday in Montreol in Canada.

I have only kept this bag to use very occasionally. To my surprise I noticed some of the thread work from the small straps started coming away, after minimal intervals of use.

In addition, any items placed in the bag have been lightweight.

Furthermore, it came as a shock when one of the small strap completely came off whilst using the bag.

I can hardly start to understand how this is possible.

I have never experienced this type of fault with any of my bag purchases, in particular branding of this nature.

I have always regarded Calvin Klein as a highly reputable company with a strong quality.

I am unhappy, as i really enjoyed buying this bag.

I bought a bag 2 weeks ago and it was broken. I tried to return it and received an extremely poor customer service. In fact the bag was defective but the dales associate did not want to refund it. She was asking so many uncomfortable questions.As a preferred customer, I was very disappointed because I believe Calvin Klein stands by its products but now I don't think I want to buy anything with this company anymore.

Problem... The spray feature of the bottle does not spray anymore. Recieved as xmas present dec 2017. Item purchased at younkers dept store, west desmoines, iowa. Because younkers is currently in bankruptcy they will not honor a replacement of my defective bottle. My wife&I have both used eternity for years. I just want a new replacement 100ml bottle. Thank you... Please advise.

recently bought a bottle of ck all at Kohls dept store, number on bottom of bottle is 7355. bought it on 05/ 04/2018. store is in Kyle Texas, fragrance last about 30 min. after that no one can tell if I'm wearing any kind of spray.

When dry cleaning this product the lining melted underneath inside coat, This was not cleaner issue because instructions displayed the wrong directions of caring for this garment now coat is permently damage not able to wear please help. Thought Calvin Klein product where very good. I have sweaters and slack of this brand that always lasted dry cleaning. I would not complain but this coat was really nice thank you for listening.

I am a dry cleaner and I have the most problems with your product.
1. All say to dry clean but I know from experience that that is not going to have good results.
2. You are using poor quality dyes; especially black. It bleeds profusely even in cold water.
3. Back to 1 and 2. What do you think will happen if these products are put in a dry cleaning machine with warm solvent? So I now wash in cold water but then still comes out with grey spots all over. I then have to use chemicals to remove the dye transfers and continue to wash again. Sometimes I have to rewash 3 times just so the customer doesn't know how awful their clothing article looked after cleaning. I have been dealing with this for years and now hate your label.

Love Calvin Klein outerwear. Bought several for myself and daughter within theclastcfee years and as recently as last year. Zipper on coats and jackets roke within year or 2 with minimum wearing. I slready paid to replace one zipper. Looking for a less expensive option to be able to wear and use jackets that now need zipper replaced. Thanking you in advance for your immediate attention to this matter.

I bought a Calvin Klein tote bag during my holidays to The States. The rubbery bit at the side of the handle strap peels of only after a few use. I ended up peeling the whole strip of the rubbery but off for ecstatic purposes. However the edges of the straps are cutting into my skin and it is hurting my hands. Please refer to the photo attached.

Please advice on how you can help. I have great faith in a reputable brand like Calvin Klein and I am expecting a better quality in the products than this I am currently residing in Australia.

I received a gift from a family member who traveled to the US in January. This gift was from a Macys Store in Hanover. The gift was two Calvin Klein Crew Neck Sweaters. Product being from the Calvin Klein Performance collection. One white and grey and one is white and blue. I wore both once, the white and grey was washed one using the recommend procedure and the other was not washed. I regret to inform you that the quality after one wear and one wash was appalling. The colour has faded, the quality is terrible and the cotton has a ball like effect on the outside.

I hope my issue can be resolved with a credit one for an online store or a shipment of new sweaters.

My return has not yet been approved after calling Calvin Klein relentlessly I am being harassed by being hung up given false information, it has been 6 weeks no response from a giant company like Calvin Klein!Its a glitch from their side that they haven't figured out, They donot take things seriously this has been one of my worst experience with such a famed company, they need to live up to their words and find a solution and stop mentally stressing a customer there is no compassion in their words as they donot understand what they are putting a customer through

I bought this expensive coat. The zipper has broken after only slight wear. I would like a replacement. This coat has been hardly used. There are other complaints about these zippers. Hoping for a quick resolve. I thought Calvin Klein was company of good quality products. Please get back to me as soon as possible with information on how to get the coat to you for repair.

I have purchased two Calvin Klein coats in the past 3 years, spending $100s of dollars only to have the zippers break each time. One was a short coat and the zipper came off track completely and I was unable to zip the coat at all. The second was a long length coat and the metal separates from the bottom while the coat is zipped up. I can only snap the coat shut, but air gets in. Now I'm stuck with yet another coat that I can't zip properly. I have noticed that the zippers on these coats, compared to others are very flimsy and poorly made. After searching the internet, I see that I can not alone. You would expect a better quality from Calvin Klein.

Bought a black T shirt but first time on the black color bled onto my underwear and cream colored trousers ruining all three. My hands were also covered in black dye. Have been unable to remove the stains. After soaking the black t shirt three times and laundering twice per instructions dye is still coming out and the water is black.
It was manufactured in Vietnam. While It is understandable that there may be some color bleeding this seems excessive...

Today I brought back 2 belts (unworn) and 1 backpack bag (unused) to Calvin Klein at Vaughan Mills for refund. This store manager was very rude and she the raised her voice at me asking why did I remove the price tag on the belts, I told her this was a gift and therefore I removed the price tag !. Because we were getting loud and she asked me to step aside and I said no! I then asked for her name so I can file a complaint, and she loudly respond that she doesn't have to give me her name. I then took a picture of her and she calls the security threatened to arrest me as if I am really scared. I am sorry, people like this is just classless, embarrassed the company they work for, embarrassed herself, there is a reason why she can't get anywhere in life at her age 60+.

Calvin Klein, what are you doing hiring suck rude people working for your company? Just lost a customer forever, not that your company will care...obviously...because your staff won't even care ... today's incident was just wrong ! Shame...really shame

Loved my jacket but first time I washed (in cold water on hand wash cycle as per washing instructions) the two seams inside the hood opened. I did not put it in the dryer to prevent further damage. Photos attached. I would like a replacement jacket or reimbursement.
The above paragraph describes my complaint. I think it is ridiculous that the complaint must contain 350 ch to obtain attention. I have reached my "attention minimum requirement".

My dress said dry clean only, and it was black and white. The black ran into the white, the cleaner kept it 2 months trying to correct it. They say it your fault, my complaints should be with you because you get your material from China. And it was also another customer dress there with the same problem. I'm just asking for my money back, don't want cleaner credit, why would I go back there? The dress was $43 from Ross, hell I would take another dress like the one I had, just wouldn't take it to the cleaner.
