the dress pants (product) I bought just 2 month again
Hi I purchased these pants for my day job as we have to dress casually and they were amazing fit and this was my first time purchasing Calvin Klien dress pants, anyways I have attached pictures to prove it, but within a week thetr was a white looking streak on the front of the pants and the pants are ripping were the streak is, anyways I'm not one to complain but this isn't what I thought Calvin Klein's products qualities are, I also wanted to buy another pair but now I'm worried about the issue being the same or did I get a lemon I would have returned them but after wearing them I didn't think the store would anyways
Also the button as well fell out and I had to re stitch it

On my recent holiday to USA Florida I purchased a Calvin Klein handbag which I was over the moon with it is absolutely lovely and as I usually only buy Michael Kors handbags so this was a first for me. The only thing is I have only had this bag for less than four weeks and already the lining has a split in two places such a disappointment and the bag was not cheap either.
For the price paid I expect it to last more than a month plus I don't use it everyday.

I bought the purse at the Bay in Vancouver BC...two weeks ago, and then today I looked in the bottom and the seam is all frayed..the whole bottom of the purse is a wide open gap. I paid over $300.00 for the purse..I do have pictures.
I am very disappointed in the purse, i loved it, but when I saw the inside today I was so sad about it being ripped.

My 15 year old son bought the above belt in July (date on receipt is 07/02/2017) from MacArthurGlen East Midlands Designer Outlet for £24.00 (original price £33.00). He was very excited to get this smart belt and wore it straight away. After a couple of months the buckle stopped grasping the leather strap and he was unable to wear it. We have just had the opportunity to take it back to the shop and they refused to replace it or give him a refund.
We are very disappointed as it cost a lot of money (over 2 weeks of his paperound wages in fact). A high end product like this should have lasted a lot longer.
If he had bought a belt from Primark or M&S, I feel sure they would have exchanged it or refunded it as it is well within the 12 months. Ideally he would like a replacement as he really liked the belt.

It was warm but there is a major problem with that jacket. Every time I was wearing that jacket my sweater was full of those white feathers. It disappointed me so much...

I purchased a pair of pants at the Queenstown Maryland location. [protected]. I called the store and told them the issue. I wore them one time. Laundered them per instructions on inner label. They shrank to the point where I cannot wear them again. Length is too short after washing. It's past 30 days but I cannot wear them and I feel that the store should to take the return. I have the labels receipt for proof that I purchased them on 09/14/2017. They would not so I told them I would contact Calvin Klein.
2 handbags I bought in belgium, europe

One and a half year ago, I bought 2 handbag from Calvin Klein in an outlet based in Brussels, Belgium (Europe). One of the hanging rings broke on both handbags (see pictures).
Therefore I can no longer carry my handbags :-(
I've contacted Calvin Klein Belgium to ask for a solution as this is a quality problem. But as I have lost the purchase ticket and I did not manage to trace the bank transction either, they are telling me they can not help me.
I told them I would contact Calvin Klein USA as I know that the Americans have better customers services than we have in Europe.

I have bought the bag almost one and half years ago from The Bay, hamilton, Canada for over $200. 6 month later, the lower edge teared, I was surprised but as it was not that clear, I did not have a big concern. Now, the hands itself started to tear that means, once cut, the bag is over. I am really disapponted, I never imagined a CK bag lasts only that short. I paid lots of money to enjoy the bag certainly for longer time. I went to the shop I bought it from and they sugessted to contact you. I could not attach the photos here. To Whom It May Concern:
My family and I went to shop at your outlet store in Folsom, California. Unfortunately, your employee was very unprofessional and rude. I was waiting in line first ready to pay, but the Caucasian cashier, whose name is Courtney and also is one of the 2 managers at the store, refused to serve me and instead served another Caucasian customer first. I was ready to pay before that customer announced that she was ready.
When Courtney finally helped me, I stated my displeasure with her, but she just ignored me and gave me a stare. I then complaint with the male employee, who is also the manager at the store, and Courtney refused my claim and said "go ahead and report to the headquarters!"
I did not know such big corporation would have treated their Asian customers in this offensive way.
My family and I spent several hundred dollars at the store and we decided to return everything immediately. It is obvious that your company does not appreciate business from your Asian customers. We could spend our money at another business who knows how to treat their customers, regardless of their race, professionally and with respect.

My son bought me a Calvin Klein purse that I really loved. It is only about 9 months old and the straps have frayed badly. I do use this purse on a daily bases but use it on weekends

I bought this black jacket from Costco. I was really excited that o bought a Calvin Klein jacket for cold weather. It was full of feathers and really warm but there is a major problem with that jacket. Every time I was wearing that jacket my sweater was full of those white feathers. It's just popping out from all over the jacket from inside and outside as well. My colleagues use to call me a chicken with black jacket.

Hi I have winter jacket from u which I was prepared to wear it this winter but it was Dearty a little bit so I wanted to wash it i was thinking of take it to the dry cleaning but the instructions said ( don't dry clean ) wash it in the machine so I followed the instructions and I did it . But the jacket now is more dearty and damage. Can u please advise me what to do this is very bad advice to wash winter jacket in machine but I thought u guys now what r u doing. customer service experience - rudeness to customers at dolphin mall miami fl
First I couldn't find anyone to assure me the purse I was about to buy was in fact at that price, I had to get in line for it, when in line, the cashier a very nice young gentleman told me he could help me with giving me the price but couldn't charge me if I was going to pay in cash, I made sure of the price and he transferred me to another cashier who could accept cash (Mr. Ray). Mr. Ray at the register never saw my face when helping me on my purchase, in fact he was going to charge me more than what I was supposed to, when I asked him to recheck the price as it was displayed with a percent of discount, he got a little bit upset and went to ask someone else, while doing that he hit the purse I was about to buy against a female associate, after that, he told me the correct price so I paid, while doing this he started to rub his bottom backside against the same female associate who was passing by there. I was accompanied by my husband and my daughter of six years old, whom I am not at all interested on taking her with me to buy something in a decent store and for her to experience that kind of scenarios. When I asked the cashier where could I find his name or employee so I could leave a feedback, he started to look for it on the receipt, receipt he never gave me on the hand and put it directly on the bag, he couldnt find the answer to tell me how can I leave a feedback about him, so I asked him for his name, he replied "Ray". He also asked me if I wanted to talk to his manager, I said no and he said then why do you need my name/, I said again to leave a feedback about his customer service and he replied: "Oh ok, thank you for your attitude!"

Very bad customer service they refused to give the discount price which marked by them, I asked for manager to fix the price and match it with the sign price he refused and explanation that the item I'm buying is under the wrong sign and I walked him to show him the sign he said (that's not his business) I said you have to sell by the sign price or change the sign, he refused to sell and asked me to get out of his store

I went shopping with my Uncle at the Exchange store on the military base for some clothes for school. I had come home with a jean shirt long sleeve among other apparel. Once at home I tried on the jean shirt with different things and I had unbuttoned the sleeve so I could roll it up and button it again. When the time came to take it off the button on my sleeve came right off still attached to its partner. Now having paid 40$ for this shirt I am understandably upset and expect much better quality than this.
