Why do you need to expose young kids to this trash of someone parading around in their underwear?
Young jr.high boys which are in my family do not need to see this. I'm really offended by these commercials take them off the TV.
Yeah I could turn the channel but I'm not home 24/7 to see when this is being shown.
I find it rediculous that you have to stoop this low. I will never buy your product.i don't need a commercial with underwear to know that's what you sale amongst other things.

Feather jacket explodes in wash after one wash. Followed instructions on tag. Pls help This jacket belongs to my mom who is now a cancer patient. Is there anything u can do to help the situation? I truly would not expect this from a Calvin K product. Would u please consider replacing it. I think it should be drycleaned instead of machine washable. Your care instructions should reflect that.

While watching General Hospital on a Monday. I saw a bad tv commercial about underwear Calvin Klein. It wasn't the borning style of underwear, that troubled me. It was racially insensitive, body shaming way, that Calvin Klein presented it to public. The Public meaning me myself and I. IT could have been a black women light or dark, and a white women of certain size. The black and white techniques used in filming made it look borning and unappealing, and racially insulting. I purchased a black, half cloth half leather CK handbag in October 2016 at the Military Road factory outlets in NFNY.

I live in the UK.

I just returned from a month on the Greek island of Hydra.

The bag that is opposite the shoulder I carry it on and both sides are now brown, discolored by the sun. I have photo's

If I had been aware that this all black back would discolour in the sun I would not have taken it to the with me.

Hi I bought a pair of jeans 7 months ago and have barely worn them, both knees have now got holes in where the denim has worn away!
I wouldn't mind if I had bought the jeans from a cheap shop, but I have paid a lot of money for something I thought would actually last! I find it unexceptionable the jeans have lasted only 7 months hopefully something can be done about this!

The watch should be 3 bar water resistant, but when the water came through while washing, the glass from the inside was vapoured. I reached morris the store I bought it from and they said that the watch cant be water resistant and calvin klein company is faking and its forbidden to reach the water. My complain is that I bought this watch knowing that its water resistant up to 3 bars pressure and now I cant use it regularly anymore!

Customer service complaint and Calvin Klein store at Premium outlet mall in Halton Hills, Ontario.

Sales associate Osama was extremely rude and yelled at my husband and I.
We are long time shoppers at at store.
He was still telling when the manager was called.
She says she doesn't know why he got involved.
Very upset I asked for an apology from him before we left, but didn't get one .

On 12/12/16 I purchased a jacket "down + feather"CW51LO36" with the 20 degree warmth factor XS in black.
I absolutely love this jacket! I purposely bought it for my holiday trip to Chicago IL. I returned from my trip on the 26th of December 2016. About a week after my return I went out to dinner and when I returned home I proceeded to take the jacket off and the metal piece that a person uses to pull down the zipper came undone. I was almost in tears as I hadn't had the jacket for a month yet, and it was quite an expensive buy for me. I took it back to the store but there was not another one in its size. I really took a fancy to this jacket even though it obviously is a damaged item.

Finally, time permitting and from continuous disappointment I am writing this on March 12. About 3 weeks ago as I walked the zipper split. It was still attached at the top and the bottom but not connected in the middle if you can understand. Now, I've taken some pictures and as you can see I am a petite individual so it was not because I bought a size that was small.
I managed to get the zipper down, and just so you know in place of the metal piece to pull it up and down, I have a safety pin there! Anyhow, now every time I pull the zipper up (with the safety pin) it keeps getting caught in the lining, and I mean every time.
As I said earlier I did not return it, because I really wanted that jacket in that size but not DEFECTIVE. At this point there is so many issues concerning the zipper that I cannot wear it any longer. Mind you it is currently 24 degrees outside and winter is hardly over. I've had the jacket in my possession for 3 months now. This cannot be normal, for something with a "Calvin Klein" label?
I should mention that 2 years ago I purchased a short grey winter coat, that I also adored and have had to replace the zipper twice, the most recent was December 2016.
As you may tell, I am particular to Calvin Klein Jackets, the fit for me is superb. However though I am disappointed through and through. I do not think it at all sufficient that I should have to pay to replace the zipper already!
Can you please be of assistance. I still have the tags!

Dear Sir,
On Feb 23 as per receipt, I bought this CK bra at your outlet Sydney . I have been a staunch supporter of CK .
Sad to say this time this bra was torn after I wear it for the first time today (March 6) hardly two hours .
I posted the picture n receipt for your easy reference .
Now I m back to Malaysia after spending ten days in Sydney . I look highly on CK but this torn bra may turn my taste off on your products rapidly . I am truly upset .

My daughter bought a set of Calin Klein underwear just before Christmas - saved from her own money (she is only 15) - and they are obviously quite expensive.

With the price and label I would have expected quality. Unfortunately, the band around the bottom of the crop top is already coming undone and frayed. We do not still have the receipt - as we don't keep receipt for every purchase we make.

I would be looking for a replacement of the item if possible. She has one other set also which seems to be OK at present.

Less than 6 months ago I bought a wallet and purse from Calvin klein and both products had the same problem. The material that covers the products is coming out. When I bought it I was informed that it was leather now I'm sure I was deceived.
Because it was Calvin Klein's products, I never imagined that could happen.
If you need to have photos of the products.
I look forward to things, otherwise I will seek other means.

I purchased a top at Dillards about 6 weeks ago, wore it once and washed in cold water. The pink color bled onto the white part of the top and now I can no longer wear. I have always enjoyed Klein products and hope this is not representative. I did not save the receipt, never having had this problem before. I would appreciate a refund. Picture attached.

Hello I purchased the calvin klein tote pink/burgundy reversible in the beginning of january at macys this is my second one and I absolutely love it but the stitch on the seam is unraveling and seems to be something that will continue please advise what to do it was over $100.00 I would like you to replace the defective tote I will be happy to send it back

Bought a black parka jacket maybe 3 months ago and the inside pocket is already ripped. I don't use those pockets often and the liner is coming apart. I can't believe in such a short time this has happened. Not sure what could have caused it as I don't use those pockets but i'm really not happy paying what I did a d having the item start to fall apart. When u buy calvin klein you expect quality, and clearly that is not something the company cares about anymore. Very disappointed.

Recently splurged and changed over from Mac to Calvin Klein mascara and I'm terribly disappointed on the quality. I opted for the more expensive mascara and the results were dismal. I purchased the mascara on 05/02/2017 from a reputable outlet called Edgars in Gateway.

The mascara has almost no effect on my lashes and has none of the volumising effects it promises.

Unfortunately it cannot be returned after the first use due to hygiene purposes so, unfortunately it's been a waste of my money.

Hi there. I have been a loyal customer to calvin klein for years. I find their boxers are the perfect fit and style.

Only this year I have noticed that the underwear I'm buying isn't of old good quality. The boxers are developing holes in the crotch are after only 2-3months of wear.

I have boxers that are 3-4years old and this hasn't happened to them. Is it cheap materials you are now using. I've had to chuck out like 10 pairs plus this year alone.

I am certainly not happy about this as they aren't the cheapest to buy. I'm looking ti see why this is happening. I use the right size and to be honest I haven't changed much in weight. Maybe 10 lbs.

I bought them for 30 dollars I have owned them for less than a month I have only worn them 3 times and they already have a hole in the crotch size medium expect a return. If someone spends this much m ok Neyland on underwear bc it's a popular brands I expect it to last longer than a month this is a serious problem I have Hanes that make it years and can't even get a month out of calvin klein if not replaced I will never purchase again also my family members that use klein products will stop buying

Hi I bought one of your Leather belts from the US when I was there on holiday I currently reside in Australia, I am usually a big supporter of your Label. I am very disappointed to have had the belt for only 2 weeks and now see that it is falling apart literally. I just realised you guys use glue to stick the leather of whatever it is together. It's has separated and split into 2. After purchasing countless items from you and yes I've had a few bad eggs to say, but this one tops the cake, as it caused me to have a very embarrassing moment. I don't know what you guys are able to do, as I am back in Australia and will not fly back out to the US to return this bodgy belt.
Please do not leave a loyal customer with this dissatisfied the taste in my mouth, or I shall leave you guys. It's the principal.

I bought my Calvin Klein handbag from The Hudson Bay store in Langley BC, Canada almost 6 months ago and it's upper layer is already cracking and chipping off. I am very disappointed as it's only been a few months and I paid over a $100 for this purse. I am dissatisfied with the product quality and didn't expect this from Calvin Klein. I take very good care of my stuff but this purse has worn out rather quickly. I would appreciate if somebody can look into this matter further.
