Can you explain to me the process to stop sour cream from separating when added into beef stroganoff? 3

To Prevent sour cream from splitting during the preparation of beef stroganoff , make sure to follow these steps. First off, always allow the sour cream for the beef stroganoff to get to room temperature before you begin cooking, that way the recipe will not come out lumpy as it is often the case when cooking with cold ingredients. The other alternative is to gradually add beef broth to the sour cream in a little by little fashion so it doesn’t curdle and mix it hot beef stroganoff.

If you want to prevent sour cream from splitting in your stroganoff, then that is simple, Just first pour double cream into the pan. Next, pour sour cream into the mix and heat it while stirring from time to time. Try to not boil the cream as the sour cream heat exposure might lead it to split.

good instructions… BUT Kitchen rule Nr. 1: Always start with the Onions UNLESS you cook mushrooms! ;) always start with mushrooms. They have way more moisture in it then Onions, if you dont get rid of that before u put onions, it will have much weaker taste.
