I purchased a jacket at full price from the official store. I never wore the coat but decided to return it under 30 days. I arrive post xmas and am directed to a 'returns table' where I see others leaving angry at a return refusal. I think nothing is wrong with mine, I never wore it. He finds a very small spot on the coat, smaller than a dime, that I never noticed, it's very small, and I say honestly I have no idea, but I have not worn the coat. I see it's not a stain but just something to wipe off, so I tell him it's clearly not stain, it just needs to be wiped off. He does nothing and says he can't take it back. I said, look, I lick my finger and wipe it right off, it's gone. He says he won't take the return as it's been used and now a safety hazard. It's water proof coat mind you. I think the guy there is being instructed to find some reason not to accept a return.
I will never wear this brand. I think this whole company is a fraud now. As I think back I asked about the environmental progress of the company and she couldn't really give me a straight answer. I also notice they are only letting those returning in the door one at a time and tried to keep my girlfriend from coming in to see me while returning. Something is wrong here.
