Cargill's Food City review: Rude behaviour at Cargills Pottuvil

Today 2023.12.05 around 9.00 p.m i went to the Cargills for purchasing goods for my 2 and 1/2 years old child...My child has taken the ball which is decorated in the Christmas tree.Sachini in the cashier called one person after that he came and pick the ball which was carried on the hands by my child...Why your staff has not kindness and humanity with the children...Iam a loyalty customer of Cargills very disappointed with the customer service of the Cargills staff of Pottuvil..There were two bills she has not given me one Bill also... told me that tomorrow AGM will come to visit Cargills Pottuvil,and he will count the balls.. what is this? Is it correct! Please teach your staff to respect the customers... They don't have smile on the faces... don't they have humanity and kindness with this little child?My child is psychologically affected.. He is asking mom! why they are not giving? This is a little kid as a parent iam very disappointed.Just think about their child abusive manner...

Please consider this and give me a solution..
