On Friday October , 20th at approximately 1:50 PM at Carrefour Granada Center , Riyadh , KSA. i faced a problem while receiving fish order i request to be cooked from the cooking place , they gave me a number verbally for my order and when i ask for it the employee told me this number is not exist , so i think i got confused and after waiting for almost 15 Minutes of waiting i ask for my order and 1 employee refuse to give his name and later they told me his name is fouad talk to me in a very bad attitude and told me it is your mistake if forget the order and even later told me iam a liar and don`t request any thing and when i ask him to call his supervisor he refused and tells me to go by myself looking for him and he has another business to do and then i met someone who identifies himself as the manager on duty and also hides his nametag and refused to give me his name i explain for him the situation and he was very rude while i was expected him at least to check my order if i even forget the number which they didn`t provide me a copy of it he told me it is my mistake and i can reorder and wait again for 30 minutes more and when i refused he insulted me telling me iam unpolite and to go for customer service and complaint and refused again to give me his name and the customer service call someone for me who told me that his name is othman they he met him and he told me his name is younes and told me if you like to complaint go to the police !
Desired outcome: i need this 2 employees to apologize in personal for insulting me and thier bad attitude and company to decide their internal action to prevent such poor and unprofissional service
