Made an order through the application at 10:00am. Which was a very pleasant experience. The order was scheduled to arrive from 3pm-6pm. Although I chose that I wanted it right away. Called the egypt hotline 16016, the employee assured me that they will do their best to bring me my order as soon as possible even before the app scheduled time which was 3;00 pm. I received an email at 5:44 pm advising that the order is on its way. It’s 9:30 pm now with no trace of my order yet. I called the customer service again for more than 6 times, very lengthy useless calls and procedures, zero information given and zero help or assistance. I filed a complaint # 5297552. And asked to talk to the manager at 7:00pm and was promised that he will call back instantly after I hang up because they can transfer a call!? And later after 4 more calls 4 hours later the manager is still unavailable and didn’t call back and my order has not arrived. This is the worst shopping experience ever. I am very disappointed with carrefour customer service and the way they treat their customers. Never ever again.

I have placed my monthly groceries order through the application at 10:00am. Which was a very pleasant experience. The app showed that order will be delivered at once but after paying it was changed to be delivered between 3pm-6pm!. Called the egypt hotline 16016, the employee assured me that they will do their best to bring me my order as soon as possible before 3:00 pm. I received an email at 5:44 pm advising that the order is on its way! It’s 11:00 pm now with no trace of my order yet. 6 hours of my order being “on its way” in this hot weather, fruits veggies etc are surely damaged! I called the customer service more than 6 times, very lengthy useless calls: zero information given on where my order was and zero help or assistance. I filed a complaint # 5297552. And asked to talk to the manager at 7:00pm and was promised that he will call back instantly after I hang up because they can’t transfer a call!? And later after 4 more calls 4 hours later the manager is still unavailable and didn’t call back and my order has not arrived. Now there is no one to contact as the hotline closes at 10! No emails no other phone numbers and the app is not working to track my order ! This is the worst shopping experience ever. I am very disappointed with carrefour’s system, procedures, customer service and the way they treat their customers!
