I bought JBL air pods on the 10th of Oct the night from Carrefour Al Zahia City Center Sharjah. when I open the air pods and use them, it does not fit in the air dropping again and again, noise cancelation is not working properly, sound is not good despite paying a high amount. yesterday night I went again and requested them, I want to return them and I will buy a new one I don't need any refund. I explained to them the reason for refunding it and I went to replace it within 24 hours. I explained to them that I hardly use it for 1 hour maximum and I found these issues. they told me that we could not replace it, it's open the supplier would not take it as a return, they kept me waiting for 1 hour but they did not return it. I keep on requesting them but they said they cannot return it.
I paid a decent amount for this and I came back within 24 hours to replace them there is a replacement or refund policy but they were not ready to accept it.
I am really disappointed with the behavior and service level of the staff.
Desired outcome: i would appreciate the response and to replace it for me.
