I got a Relationship Savings account with Carver Federal Savings Bank
I got a Relationship Savings account with Carver Federal Savings Bank. Lately, I ain't been able to get my account info through the robot system or online. I just changed my digits and email, so I called in and gave my new phone number. I also sent an email to a rep about the change, but still no luck. So, I asked to close the account.
I gave Carver Federal Savings Bank $30.00 on 12/21 to stop $170.00 from going to Life Out *** every month
I gave Carver Federal Savings Bank $30.00 on 12/21 to stop $170.00 from going to Life Out *** every month. But on 2/1/22, the charity still got $70.00 from my account even though I blocked it. They said they'd give me a new Debit Card on 2/4/22, but I never got it. On 2/7/22, I had $181.16 left in my account, but $160.00 was taken out with the Debit Card I never got. The Bank messed up since 12/21 and now I can't pay my bills.
I'm the Prez of The Barbadian Ex Police Association Inc
I'm the Prez of The Barbadian Ex Police Association Inc., a non-profit group. So, Carver Federal Bank says you need two signatures to do biz, but they let our Secretary, Anthony H (RIP to a real one lost to COVID) take out $18,784.00 from our account with just his signature. We hit them up in June and September with proof and a complaint for our money back, but they straight up ignored us. Can you help us out and get them to fix this mess?

So, the bank did some update on their website on 2/12 and I was supposed to get my direct deposit that day, but it never came through. I called them a bunch of times and emailed them too, but they never got back to me. Every time I call, they just keep telling me different things and never give me a straight answer. They even said something about the Federal Reserve having problems, but I called them and they said it should have been fixed by now. It's been almost 3 weeks and still nothing. I used to be worried about their service because a teller once took money out of the wrong account, but now I'm just done with them.
I talked to some folks at Carver Bank 'bout some money that got took outta my account without my say-so
I talked to some folks at Carver Bank 'bout some money that got took outta my account without my say-so. I don't know who did it 'cause there ain't no name or number for the merchant that did the deed. All I got is a description of the merchant, which is ( ***), and that ain't much help. The withdrawals started in February and went all the way to September, and there's six of 'em in total. I left a message for *** on December 3rd, and finally talked to her on December 9th. She said that the bank can only look into unauthorized withdrawals within 60 days of the transaction. My biggest problem is that Carver Bank won't tell me the name of the merchant that took $720.00 outta my account. Can you make 'em give me the name and number of the merchant? Thanks.
I been with Carver Federal for a long time
I been with Carver Federal for a long time. In 2027, I took my old card to the bank to shred and close it. But on December ,, someone took money out of my account. The bank gave me my money back, but they ain't doing nothing else. They know it's an inside job, but they ain't telling me nothing. I been calling and they keep brushing me off. It's been three weeks and nobody from the bank has called me. The assistant manager said it wouldn't have happened if they closed the card. But they didn't close it, and now I'm out almost $200. They gave me a new card in 2020 from a card that should have been closed in [protected]. And they didn't close another old card I brought in to shred. It's an inside job and nobody from the bank is helping me. Please help me find a solution.
I sent money with Carver Bank on December 16
I sent money with Carver Bank on December 16. The person I sent it to said they didn't get it a week later. That's weird because it's supposed to be done in one day. On December 22, I went to deposit some money and saw more than I thought I had. I went back on December 24, but the manager wasn't there. I went back on December 27 and he said the transfer was rejected because of the wrong account number. They took $100, but only gave me back $60. The manager said Citibank took the rest, but they never took fees before. He tried to fix it, but couldn't give me the full amount back. I went back on December 30 and he said he was working on it. I went back on January 3 and asked for a printout of my account. It showed four fees taken on December 16 and one on December 31. The transfer was never sent. I've sent transfers before and they looked the same. It's now January 12 and I still haven't gotten my money back. I want the full amount back since I never got what I paid for. The total on January 3 was $43.
