they keep emailing and racking up charges that i dont have with them i know this is illegal and want them taken care of because im not paying them anything.

Contact the bank/insurance consumer protection agency in your State's Atty General's office. This racket doesn't sound like a federal (aka Federally controlled) institution, so the state should be able to investigate.

I took out a loan and went on line and requested three extensions upon taking out the loan, instead they tried to withdraw the whole amount at one time and cause me to overdraft. Very belligerent to me on the telephone. I had the extensions in writing I had printed out from the internet. They said I had never applied for an extension. I will never do business with them again.

A man from CashCentral called me at my job on 12/7, he was very nice, I told him I had no checking account or credit card so I asked if I could send the balance through Wetern Union. He said Money Gram was cheaper so he gave me all the information I needed. Another man called me today at work, totally different from the first caller. Rude as can be! Said he had no record of anyone speaking to me and this was not acceptable! Geez, these people are awful! You would think I owed them 28 thousand dollars the way they have harrased me.at my job! I have learned my lesson never, ever to use any kind of payday loan, they are RIP OFFS!

Yes, they are very rude. I'm wondering who allows this kind of evil people to make such angry, disturbing phone calls that are absolutely DESPERATE to have the money AT THE MOMENT THEY CALL! One of them told me to go beg in front of a church saying I need to pay them. They will call and they are worse than meth addicts looking for meth. No, this is Cash Central DEMANDING their money back. I agree they are horrible and have no real human sense. These guys are absolutely evil, horrible for money, desperate animals that angrily DEMAND money. I'm suggesting everyone to stay away from them, no I'm warning everyone to STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

These people called my cell phone 23 times in one day over a past due amount of $125. They are relentless and demanded payment or said they would NOT stop calling. I tried to schedule a payment for a week from now and that wasn't good enough. They continue to call my work daily even after asking that they not. I am not trying to ignore them by any means. They are just hounding me to death and it's causing interference in my workplace.

I too, took a loan out and tried to get an extended payment plan but they would not do it. Finally reported them to the CFSA, which Cash Central is a member of. That didn't work even the CEO of the company would never give the lady at the CFSA an answer. Finally reported to BBB of Utah, then go an answer but only through the BBB, not a direct email to me, as I had sent 4 to them asking for a EPP or a settlement. WORST company. I have had several payday loans and have had to work with 2 on payments, and these other companies even cut what I owed in half, with payment plan. THis company is bad news!STAY AWAY!

I asked for help from customer service and I felt they were not looking to help anyone, so I asked to speak to a supervisor. The rep came back on the phone and said they were on the phone and I could call back. I asked if they could call me and he said no, not for something like this. So, I asked him, " What are you saying?" My situation is not important?". He didn't care and said you can tell them what I said. This wasn't the first rep like this. I guess it goes all the way to the top, if he feels he can say that to me and a supervisor would back him. I will never use them again, I am now fed up. I have used Cash Net before and they are so helpful and friendly. I will use them in the future. Cash Central is now, not important to me and I never want to deal with them again

A representative of Payday loans Collection Agency called one day saying I have a debt pending. I told her I never took a loan from the company. I was given an 800 to call. It turns out its their fraud line. I was given a mountain of paper work to disprove their assertion that I took a loan. Somebody used my name, social security number and my home address. Also, gave a phony employer (Hillary). My suspicion is that this company does not check backgrounds as they should and saddle unaware consumers with illegal loans. I am following up on this to make sure I clean my name.

Same issue as comments above. The company does not check identity or information provided fraudulently then tries to claim the money. Furthermore, the refuse to provide the information that was supposedly given to obtain a loan. They should be shut down.

I never took a loan with them but somehow they had a closed e-mail address form 3 years ago. They state someone used that account. $400. was deposited which I wisely did not spend... 8 days later they took out $512.98. The deposit did not have a name but the withdrawal had Cash Central. I called and they say they are sending me a fraud packet and have taken my account info down. This is a SCAM OF THE WORST KIND .

My name is Debbie Shepard. I have never done business with your company! Every day now for almost 2 weeks I get up to 7 phone calls from your company asking for Charles Tune. I have told them over and over they have the wrong number and please stop calling me. Then they proceed to keep asking me questions! my phone number is [protected] and has been for 2 years! I DO NOT know this man ! I am sending this to the BBB and to the Missouri states attorneys office.

I just started getting calls from these ### about a loan I supposedly got last Sept for 117.00. I never even heard of these folks and I don't do know online banking. They got my info somehow and trying to make me pay for a loan. They called my job and they been blowing up my fine threatening legal action but won't send no paper work for me to see this so called loan. Ironically they sent me a piece of paper stating that somebody applied for a loan in my name but they didn't give them the loan. This place is a joke
