But that doesn't work either. This means you have to call them and wait on the phone to talk to a person. This can take anywhere from 20 minutes to a half an hour, which is quite frustrating.
It would be much easier if they just took the information over the phone and processed the transaction. Their website can be quite useless at times. We have come a long way in updating security protocols, such as Two Factor Authorization, Third Party Authorizing Apps, email verifications, etc. All of which only take a few moments.
The two things that are the most irritating are the false email and the time wasted to verify over the phone. It's not surprising that they have poor reviews. I'm going to look for a new payment processor.
