I sent a letter to this company and they havent responded. I need them to validate this account by giving me everything I asked for.

FINANCE SYSTEM OF RICH *** my rights on 01/18. They violated these laws: 15 USC ***. (B)(2), 15 USC ***. (C)(A), 5 USC ***. (B)(5).

I don't have a contract with Finance System of Richmond, so I'm not responsible for the collection of this debt. I want to clarify that I am not liable for any obligations related to Finance System of Richmond.

Callr askin for personal privet information in violashun of laws in my opinyon. Wen askd not to call agen I was told that the employe wud call me tomoro. That constitoots Harasment in my opinyon.

I had a bad experience with Finance System of Richmond, Inc. They put a negative mark on my credit report for a $10 debt that they didn't provide any information about or contact me regarding. When I called them, something seemed off and they didn't act professionally at all. They didn't even mention the dates of when the debt was supposedly due.

They are a debt collector, I don't believe I owe a debt they are reporting on my credit file. I have mailed letters asking to Lemaster verify and validate the debt 6 times and cannot get a response. That is a violation of my rights, either validate and show proof or delete off of my report.

I recently noticed an alleged debt from Finance Systems of $65.00 that I don't owe. So, I sent them a letter on 04-19-2022, asking about the validity of the alleged debt. However, as of [protected], I haven't heard back from them regarding this matter. I am requesting the removal of this item if it is not verified soon because it is negatively impacting my credit and affecting my ability to buy a home.

My husband paid off a payment and they said it would be deleted from my credit report on the 15th. We paid on January 12th, so my balance should be 0. But when we talked to the credit bureau, they said they haven't updated anything for deletion since November . All I want is for it to be deleted like they promised.

My credit score went down after reviewing my report. I noticed this company has me delinquent for $5. I don't know who this company is, and I never received an invoice for this balance. This $5 caused my credit score to drop by 30 points. There must be some law against companies doing these things. I've read that many people have experienced the same issue. Please assist me in resolving this matter.

However, I have requested an itemized receipt, which I have yet to receive. Surprisingly, even though we settled all our dues under both our names, there is still an outstanding item on my husband's credit report that shows we owe money. This is quite frustrating as we have already paid it off. It is crucial for us to have this item removed and to obtain the promised receipts. Our credit-building efforts are being negatively impacted by this situation.

I ain't responsible for this debt with RADIOLOGY AND IMAGING SPECIA and I don't got no contract with FINANCE SYS plus they didn't give me the original application like I asked. Account No: *** Amount Disputed: $180.00 MY GOAL IN FILING THIS COMPLAINT AIN'T TO VALIDATE THE ACCOUNTS, BUT TO GET 'EM PERMANENTLY REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT REPORT AND TO GET COMPENSATED BY THIS COMPANY FOR VIOLATING MY CONSUMER RIGHTS (FCRA).

I checked my credit report and noticed a collection from Finance System of Rich that was opened on 12/12 for $148.00. The account number starts with ***, which I don't remember and am not responsible for. I never signed an agreement or completed a contract with them. This is not right and violates my rights. This collection doesn't belong to me. If you think it's mine, prove it's valid. I want all collection activity to stop now and for this incorrect and fraudulent collection to be taken off my credit report. If not, I will take legal action and report you to the *** and FTC.

This company, Finance System of Richmond, Inc., has made some serious mistakes. They have violated the HIPAA and FDCPA regulations by publicly disclosing my radiology procedure. I discovered these accounts on my credit report and requested debt validation, but they refused to respond. Instead, they sent me a notice from their office, which does not qualify as proper debt validation. They also failed to send me a dunning letter, which would have allowed me to dispute the debt. To make matters worse, a lady from their office called me, but she refused to identify herself. When I asked for her name and address, she abruptly ended the call. This behavior is a clear violation of the FDCPA. My next course of action is to contact the Indiana Secretary of State to obtain their surety bond information and file a claim for multiple FDCPA violations.

I sent a letter to Equifax on 05/01 disputing an account, listed without a company name or any contact information, they responded stating that the account was verified. On 06/01 I sent a second dispute letter, factually disputing the contents of the account as the account had been illegally re-aged causing it to stay on my credit report longer than it legally should and was in violation of Metro 2 compliance, as it was missing multiple necessary fields of information required for me to try to identify what exactly this account was pertaining to. As time goes on, the name of the account appears on my report as Finance Systems. Again, the account came back verified, no changes. A 3rd letter was sent to Equifax on 7/7 reiterating the fact that the account still remained unverified. On [protected] I received a letter from the collection company, Finance Systems advising me that my previous dispute with the CFPB had been received. They then proceeded to state that the account had been confirmed with their client, and then sent me a copy of medical records and a break down of procedures. Upon receipt of this letter, I responded directly to Finance System, (sent them the same letter twice within a 7 day period. As they like to claim they do not receive your mail) requesting copies of any agreement that bears signature of the alleged debtor wherein he or she agreed to pay the creditor AND as this is a medical account a copy of any HIPAA authorization. I had then sent a letter to equifax requesting the immediate deletion of this account, as the medical collector had violated major HIPAA laws. Equifax remains unresponsive. I never received a response back to my letter requesting these documents, so I called in and spoke with a manager/supervisor about the account. She advised me that she was not required to provide me with this information, and that she get's "dozens of these letters all the time".
