I had to return the credit card machine, but they still charged me $825. It's so frustrating! I don't understand why they would do that. I called their customer service, but they were no help at all. They just kept saying that it was my fault and that I should have read the fine print. But honestly, who reads all that stuff? I thought returning the machine would be a simple process, but apparently not. I'm really disappointed with SignaPay and I won't be using their services again.

I ain't happy with SignaPay, man. They ain't stickin' to their word 'bout satisfaction guaranteed or cancellin' anytime. I've been tryin' over and over to cancel their service, but they just won't do it. And to top it off, they keep chargin' me for stuff I ain't even used in over a year. The agent who sold me this mess won't even bother answerin' my calls or texts. I want my money back pronto and I want this cancellation to happen right now.

Sales/Marketing calls from "This is Amy from Signapay right here in Charleston..." I get lots of calls from different numbers saying "This is Amy from Signapay right here in Charleston..." Different numbers all the time every week, sometimes even multiple times a week. My answering machine gets filled with these automated marketing/sales calls. I didn't even know what Signapay is, and I got so frustrated that I decided to try and stop them. Especially after seeing the same complaints on the ComplaintsBoard.com website. SignaPay took $2500 from my account and I can't get it back. They said I did an unauthorized transaction with my business. I've been doing the same kind of transaction for 25 years. I talked to them and showed proof that it was legit, but they said I have to give the customer a refund (even though SignaPay has the money) and then go to my bank to stop the refund. I told them I can't use their service anymore (I switched to a different company) and they have to handle it (since they have the money). They said they would call me back, but I waited three days and had to call them. I think they're just giving me the runaround and trying to drag this out.

I signed up for SignaPay credit card services as a merchant. I paid upfront to purchase the credit card reader. The plan I signed up for was a no fee plan. SignaPay was supposed to make money only from transactions. I have never used the service, not even once. But after a year, I received a bill stating that I failed to complete an audit and owed a penalty. I called their office, really angry, and told them I owed nothing and to cancel any further service. They were really rude and hung up on me. I didn't think much of it until I audited my business account and discovered that they had fraudulently made withdrawals from my bank account, totaling over $1,800. I reported the fraud to my bank, and they agreed because SignaPay hadn't even done a single transaction with my business. Since then, I have been receiving letters from their "collection agency" demanding payment to avoid legal action. It's such a disgusting way to run a business. I will spread the word through word of mouth, social media, etc., about my horrible experience with SignaPay and advise others to never do business with them.
