I am Ms. Gaines and seeking information about filing a complaint claim against the CASH FOR GOLD company. In 2023 in September I was doing business with this company and I sent them by mail a red Ruby emerald cut loose gemstone. The receive my stone and there offer was 1 $ for this stone which I owned for my birthstone month of July. I refused the offer and the mail me back a different stone that's not Mines. I reached out to them and the refused to give me a reasonable explanation for the mistake also refused to cooperate in to whom I was speaking with over the phone and also stated that they don't except Rubies st there office and agreement for mines to be sent in for reviewing.
They told me to send pictures of the stone and they never responded back to my complaint after stated that they would have to review and contact me which nobody from there office reply.
They lie to me and offend me and stolen my red Ruby that was 4.0 carts.
Can your company provide me with my guidelines of my rights?
