I sent in 4 silver coins consisting of 3 large and 1 small coin (2 were loose coins and the other 2 were in a plastic coin keeper, along with misc silver jewelry) and was offered $50 via text on 4/18/23 for 2 coins. The rest were rejected. In the initial reject pile were 2 coins (a small placed over a large) but after the payment was sent, Cashforsilverusa took a different picture and only returned 1 coin the smaller one- not in its original plastic and the misc silver jewelry, claiming they do not stack coins and what I received returned was accurate. I know what was sent, and I have a picture of 2 coins stacked. Someone there removed the silver coin out of their plastics, and kept the 3rd without paying for it and denying it existed. I sent in my two items, a gold bangle bracelet and a gold necklace on December 17, 2019 to be evalauted and sold to this company as advertised on their website. I received no tracking number, and emailed them about it. They stated it was on its way to them. I have sent several emails to them regarding payment, tracking, and updates. I have all these emails as proof. On Dec. 30, 2019 I received an email from Meredith from this company, as well as an additional email from CJ Environmental stating my items were not of value and they would be returning my items back to me in 24 hours and to check my email for a tracking number. I never received this info or an email. I have been emailing them regarding this, and I havent received any response. I feel that this company has stolen my items, pretending to be a company that buys gold and precious metals, only to scam me and take my things. If they were not of value, which I don't believe as I have a receipt of where the gold bangle is from that states it is sterling silver with 14K gold plated, then I still would want my items returned to me. They do not have the right to steal from me, and falsely advertise that they are buyers. No one from this company has reached out to me, and it is 1/14/2020 now. This company needs to be investigated as fraud.

Their online silver calculator has clients input the weight and purity of their silver and gold, then calculates what the recipient will get for the sale. I sent over a pound of.925 silver bars (not scrap) and 11 grams of gold that, according to their calculator, amounted to more than $640. I received a check for $196. This is bait and switch, outright fraud, and thievery. DO NOT SELL TO THESE THIEVES!
