Thanks, Castle Centurion for my new roof. Went on quick and easy and finish all in one day, had a few issues but they came back the next day and fix the issues.

Would have received five stars except for one thing. The time to installation was 6-8 weeks as stated on contract. Waited almost ten weeks. Windows and installers get five stars.

The installers were prompt and friendly. They went over what they were going to do and cleaned up when they were done. I already enjoy having clean clear windows and they look great! I will recommend Castle Windows to anyone who asks.

The crew that came out were professionally kind to all of our concerns and for the kids, they clean up everyday at the end before leaving the whole job was 18 windows(with 2 being oversize ) and took 3 days. We now know how much money we were losing with the old windows, the first floor was set and trim in the first dat except the 2 oversize windows. It dropped to 30 degrees that and the house was still73 in the morning.

I recently bought a 70 year old home that was in desperate need of new windows. The staff was amazing and took time to answer all my questions and concerns. The financing is a very nice option and they took care of everything. The installation was a few weeks out, but no fault of their own. Installation was done in about 8 hours and the crew made sure everything was cleaned up upon leaving. I am in love with my new windows. We recently had nine new double-hung windows installed in our home by Castle Windows. From start to finish, everyone I spoke with during the process were professional and knowledgeable from the salesman to setting up the appointment to install. And the timeline from ordering the windows to install was even a little earlier than promised. I am looking forward to see how these new windows impact my heating and AC costs, and I'm sure our home will be much warmer and cozier this winter. Thank you Castle Windows. Great job overall.

My wife and I thought we were getting the best windows on the market. They were certainly priced that way. We had 4 windows done and the cost was over $6200.00. When the work was finished there were large gaps between the house and the window frame on all of the windows. These gaps were “fixed" with caulk. The windows look ok and function well (one is just a picture window so it doesn't even open) but they don't have the wow factor of new windows compared to the original windows they replaced from 1963 or the rest of our neighborhood. We won't be buying from castle for the remaining windows in our home. In this case, you don't get what you pay for.

I have not purchased these windows and I might still do that. I expect that I will love them and the service provided by this company. I do think there should be some transparency about the sale though. First, when I requested a quote I was told that my husband and I both had to be at the appointment. I asked multiple times Why? The answers were vague, in my opinion. As it turns out the sales rep was great. We were impressed with the windows and the price. We were not impressed by the expectation that we make an immediate decision. That is why they wanted both of us there. We have a large project with windows being a small part. I need multiple bids on each component to make the best choices. I am not comfortable with ever making a large purchase with out that. So, just some transparency to other buyers going into this process. Our price will be higher because we chose not to purchase on the spot. We might find the same thing with competitors but we have not yet been asked to both be there yet when setting up other appts.

By the time Castle Centurion Exteriors arrived to do the estimate, we had already met with a few window companies and did some research. The representative from Castle Centurion Exteriors was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the company/product. He showed up on time, was very professional and courteous. He took as much time as we needed to go over everything and even answered some questions we had about other products they offer. During the presentation we were shown a variety of options from window quality, accessories, styles and more. The heat test was a nice addition that no other companies offered. It really gave an idea of how great the premium product is. The representative even offered to test any of our windows on our 122+ year old farmhouse. He was honest about competitors without throwing them under the bus. He gave us a lot ideas to help us decide which window will look best where, what size we could do and what would be the most affordable option if we wanted to go that route. He made sure we took into consideration matching the windows on each side of the house if we wanted a cohesive look. He never tried to upsell us a more expensive product or something we didn't need. Castle Centurion as a company had the best warranty by far. Every other company we met with and researched put a lot of limitations, costs or fine print in their warranty. Castle Centurion Exteriors' warranty shows how much they genuinely back their product. I can't wait until they are installed this summer!
