I was interested in having my floor resealed. A representative came over to my house, In Palm Chase, Boynton Beach, Florida ,several months ago. He told me what the process was and gave me a price of $2500. He asked me for a deposit and I gave him $500 in cash, Which was a big mistake on my part I admit.
A few days later, I decided that I really couldn’t afford to spend $2500 to redo the floor as I’m 77 years old and don’t know how much longer I will be in this house. I contacted Ox Floors and they told me that if I read the contract that the deposit was non- refundable, but they would offer me a little over $100 from the $500 that I gave them. I told him that was not acceptable that the Representative was here for 15 minutes, He did not go over any information about the deposit being refundable or nonrefundable. Or go over the contract with me. When I contacted Ox Floors in Boynton Beach Florida, they were very nasty and acted like they didn’t want to talk to me and told me that what they offered me is all that they were going to give me. My flooring was not scheduled to be done for at least two weeks after I gave them the check, So as far as I am concerned, they didn’t lose money. They just stole it. Subsequently they did not refund anything to me nor did they even call me about the issue or try to work something out with me. I called them several times after that, but no one would come to the phone to talk to me.
I had my own mortgage company for many many years, Whatever I did business with anyone before they signed any piece of paper, Dealing with her mortgage, I went over every detail and explained everything to them. That’s how professional businesses are run.
The representative did come here and spent time with me approximately 15 minutes, but that’s his job. The company should be responsible for paying the representative coming to my house whether I purchase something or not. My husband had recently passed away, and I was in a very vulnerable state. I’m very disappointed with the way that I was treated by The management that makes the decisions as I never spoke to the representative again.

Not only is it a Great Product but the workmen are very competent! They excel at Teamwork as there isn't anyone sitting around! Very courteous & explain the process with a smile. You can't believe the quality of the product until you set foot on it! Its one of those "you get what you pay for!" It far exceeds their competitors.

Super easy process from start to finish. From picking out the floor and learning about the process to the actual day and having the team arrive. They were professional, cleaned up, explained the process, reviewed the color I chose a couple of times, and answered any questions I had. Overall I love the floors and am very happy I decided to do this! Now my garage is usable!

Our installer, Daniel, did a fantastic job. He is professional, courteous, diligent, pays attention to detail, answers all questions about the installation and does a great job cleaning up before leaving. The owner of OZ called to thank us when we signed the contract and one of the senior people called to follow up 4 days after installation to see if we had any questions or concerns. This is an excellent company with an excellent product and we will recommend them strongly to all our neighbors and friends. P
