I signed up for a trial membership from foreclosure listings.com for $3.95. after 5 days, they charged me $39.95 even though I canceled the membership. they would not refund my money until I emailed the ceo of the company. the ceo is ronald cadwell.
His email address is [protected]@cwie.net he may not respond but I know this email address is valid because I got a read receipt on the message. if you have tried everything to get your money back, you may want to consider emailing him.

I subscribed risk free for foreclosure property search for $3.95 risk free trial in august 2008. that time I didn't know that after 1st month ccbill.com will start billing me at 39.95 a month. it could be written in very small letter somewhere. I didn't use this service for 3-4 months and I pay my bills automatically. since now they have charged me 4-5...

My bank account has been charged monthly by ccbill.com from july 2008 to dec. 2008 for 39.95 per month. these charges are fraund charges. I am reporting ccbill to the indiana attorney general's office and to the better business bureau of louisville, ky and to indiana, and to the chase bank fraud department.
I am trying to get my money back. I have never authorized this company to charge my account and I do not know how they obtained my bank information.

On 12/17/2018, I was trying to get a SSN card replacement for my son and they charged me $25.00 and I received a call from my bank indicating this charge was going to the UK and I said it was okay to charge because I made the purchase, well it is now almost a month later and I have not received my son's SSN card. I want my money back.
I loged in on my bank and discovered a unknown charge from ccbill.com *HENTA [protected]. The charge amount was 29.95.
Just this month I was charged $59.95 to my bank account. I have never been in this web site for anything. So how did this web site even get information to charge my account for something I knew nothing about? I am a little outraged on how this company can continue to rip innocent people off like this. My debit card was recently frozen by my bank after they noticed suspicious charges on my card. apparently, the company ccbill, which I had never heard of but discovered was some type of adult content payment company, had attempted to charge my debit account more than $200. I have never been on any adult content web sites, and the only web sites I have given my debit card information to are amazon and itunes. I still can't figure out how ccbill hijacked my account. what a scam!
I called Chase bank as soon as the fraudulent charges appeared, and they said they would put the money back into my account until the charges had been cleared up and a dispute form had been filed. A week later, I am still trying to get Chase to reverse the charges and they now claim that the charges weren't reported within 60 days (which makes absolutely no sense since I reported the fraud the day it happened). I was hoping I wouldn't have to deal with CCBill since it seemed like such an obvious scam that the bank would easily recognize, but now I have no choice but to call them and attempt to get my money back from them. Hopefully this will be straightened out soon!
My credit card was charged for 26 dollars and the name of CCBill with the reference number and phone number and activesoft name was there, I never used that card for online purchasing and no one have access to my card or my computer. I contact them and give them that reference number in the bank statement they cannot track my order and I am sure there is not any order, no wonder they cannot find it! They asked for more information like my surname and my address and my credit card number... etc and I told them you are the scammer and I will not give any further information. I sent the case for investigation. They are the scammer if they are not why they cannot find the translation with their reference number!? If there is not any record of purchase why they charge my credit card?!

CCbill is a payment processor, like paypal. There is almost no chance that they're the ones who committed the fraud. As an analogy, if someone stole my credit card and bought a bunch of stuff from Amazon, my credit card bill would show charges to Amazon even though Amazon had no involvement whatsoever in the crime. What this likely means is that someone broke into some other business you've made a credit card order from or got your payment details in some other way, and then used it to make a purchase from a site that uses CCbill.
CCBill tried to charge my Chase account $89 and Chase immediately contacted me. These ### are most definitely on their radar now. Unfortunately, it sounds like Chase account holders are the primary victims.
They are completely fraud, they even don't credit your refund to your account saying that the payment has been voided and has never been taken out of your account. But they have taken out the payment from my account.
The found out this way of cheating the customers by not giving their funds.
I was gotten for $16.95 3 times plus and over draft. I didnt see the charges till the day before one pay day and I couldnt buy coffee.
I was really pissed. I called Chase they said to call CCBILL I did. they gave me some BS about no refunds and that it was for an adult web site I have never heard of. Even more pissed I called chase back and have filed claims.
Has anyone pursued any lawyers against CC BULL? If so, whom and/or what type of lawyer should be used?

These yahoos ripped me for $39.95. I canceled but evidently not in the right amount of time. Pissed is an understatement!
While I've never had an actual fraudulent experience with CCBill, many of the sites & services they support are not, shall we say, "advertised as billed". Their customer service portal, interestingly enough, is designed with static fields which give the impression to any consumer that they would need every iota of information from any transaction or account they ever set up (no matter how far in the past, or irrespective of being able to look up easily through CCBill) to cancel said transaction or account. All in all a demoralizing experience...

I now have a different perspective about ccbilleu that may be helpful to some of you who have also been automatically billed by them. late september 08 a billing from them appeared on my visa. I called ccbilleu to inquire about it and to explain that I hadn't authorized it. the young man who took my call quickly consulted with a manager then said they would block further charges. plus he gave me the ip address of the computer where the charges came from. an ip address is an email address converted to a digital code only for use by the ip proveder, companies like ccbilleu, and others who need to know. he told me it was a comcast.net ip address and gave me the phone number for comcast.net customer service.
Comcast.net told me it was for an email address in my area and gave me the phone number for the local comcast.net customer service. the local customer service rep. comfirmed it was for one of their local customers, by law couldn't reveal who, but explained that with a warrant the local police could get the records.
I filed a police report by phone. while giving the officer the ip address she was entering it into her computer and immediately determined the physical location of the computer where the charges came from.
I hope my experience can assist any of you who have had unathorized charges. now I don't think ccbilleu charged my card on their own, but were only going on customer information given to them that resulted in the unauthorized use of my visa. they were willing to blick any further charges and put me in touch with the ip provider of the computer user where the charges originated. i'm sure they would help you in the same way.
I have had unauthorised transactions on my credit card for the amount of $49.95 Aus as per last reference number [protected] on the 02/02/2009 with CCBILLEU and a number of +[protected] ML alongside it.
If these transactions do not cease and all transactions refunded i will contact legal authorities and report this company for fraud.

We have recently fell victim to this by CCBILLEU for the past few months, i have no idea what so ever who they are and am currently disputing this with CCBILLEU and my bank. I am extremely unhappy about this as im sure all of you are! especially in this day and age when at least 70% of us are stryggling to put food on the table for our families!
This just happened to my mastercard account. If it wasn't for a representative calling to tell me that 2 simultaneous charges were made, I probably wouldn't have known. Because it was a credit card company I was able to dispute the claim and cancel my account. I feel very sorry for those being affected through their banking accounts via debit card access. I tried researching the CCBILLEU company and all I can come up with is that they are an online billing company. So the fraudulent charges could be either made by them or by the company outsourcing them. Either way, all beware, and check your statements regularly!
I wholeheartedly agree. CCBILLEU.COM took three VISA DEBIT card transaction from my LLOYDS TSB account in October, then proceeded to do the same again in November - only this time for another five transactions amounting to £140.00. This is even after I had reported the original three transactions to be fraudulent. Apparently this is quite widespread and Acquirers seem to have no way of blocking these transactions - even when they are made aware of them! I am in the processes of recovering the monies but have lost all confidence in the security systems in place at our major high street banks.
