fuel pump operation taking credit card
Tuesday may 30, 2017 cefco store across from walmart, lamar ave, paris, tx. Pulled into gas pump #2 machine kept telling me to re - insert card. After several attempts, I finally pull up to pump number 4. Same identical problem. Have back and I am not able to walk inside, but I did. Didn't do much good. Black male attendant just told me machine was probably out of paper and they didn't, t have time to fix. Ask me how much gas I wanted? I didn't want to walk in an out 2-3 times for fill up. I told him I would just go some where else. Seem like everybody was having to go inside. I pull to another pump and did same thing. I just pulled across street to murphy, s at walmart and no problem using same card your machine told me to re - insert multiple time. Very bad experience. Will be very reluctant to pull back in this station again.

I got 3 ham and cheese sandwiches and when I got home and took a bite out of mine I tasted mildew and I looked at it and seen mildew on it so I looked at another one and there was mildew on that one also, so I took the sandwiches back to the store and asked the cashier for a complaint form in case I get sick so I have proof I also checked my card to see if the money got put back on there and it hasn't if you have any questions you can call me at [protected] my name is marissa thank you

My sister mother and law works for cefco and if there having a problem she's telling everybody in the town there business it's getting so bad to were nobody in my family can go into the store if she working I myself am fixing to call a lawyer for slander to my family if this problem is not taking care of a place of business is not the place for her to discussing there problems to the hold town i'm sick of the harassment i'm not going to 20 miles round trip to the next store I hope you can resolve this issue before this gets out of hand

I stop to get change for my sons school lunches and I asked if they do cash back, the other girl working said with minimum $3 purchase and I grabbed a few items and went to checkout and and it wouldn't do the cash back. No problem. Went to the car to get a $100 bill out and the manager said she has to buy something when I had just bought items with my card. It wouldn't have made a difference to me but the attitude needs to go. The new employee was very kind. That store goes through more employees and I see why. Needs new management. I'll just go to the other stores here from now on.

This store is the most indecisive place ever.. I worked here for a year, gave my blood sweat and tears and turned the deli around completely. Just in time for my vacation and raise a new district manager ellie started and stated that she wants an entire new crew in which 3 of us employees heard. A week later everything I did for cefco 28 which I dearly loved being at and never missed a day or called in came to an end. I'm not sure what I did wasn't told. Just called in to the store and fired on the spot. I was done so wrong by this district manager... She's just taking life's away for no reason. I'm so hurt by the end of this. I would have worked there forever never missing a day.. Now the calls I get from employees and customers about the deli going in a downward spiral breaks my heart. I am complaining because we paid for 10 dollars in gas the cashier put it on another mans pump. I noticed our pump stopped at 5.25 and I went in and told her. She said oh the man told me the wrong pump. So we paid for his gas. We paid with a 20 and we got 10 back.. Also pumped 5 so 10 and 5 was 15 we were still missing 5 dollars. I tried to tell the woman that we gave her a 20 and we pumped 5 and only got 10 back. I was told to shut up and that I was wrong.! The cashirler who I thought was the manager said that. I was very shocked. So I said can you not talk to me like that you do not treat a customer like that. She finally listened to me and gave me the 5 I was owed. The cashier that made rhe mistake in the first palce told us to get out and get gas somewhere else as if it was our fault. We went home and I told my mother in law and she felt luke she should have apologized and so did i. So we went back and the manager apologized to me and said I was right but the black cashier came out from the back yelling telling us we are banned from the store and not to come back. Then we left
rude employees who work there
I go to cefco 28 alot because its close to my house... Ever since this new manager has started up there the peoples customer service skills whose being hired has dropped drastically. Just a few names I read off name tags were shannon, lori and chelsea who were very rude and tend to be on their phone when they're expected to actually help customers. There is a few very good workers I have came in contact with that are very hard workers and have been there everyday I come in. I don't remember their names but they both work in the deli area and are very on top of their work. I come in the mornings around 5ish before I go to work to get coffee and breakfast and will usually come back around lunch to grab a bite to eat for my lunch break. There is almost always a young girl working in the morning who is very polite and always running around. Her name starts with a "c" I just cant remember what. I just don't want to see the very few workers that actually care about their job get dragged down by the ones who do absolutely nothing. I like going to this store just for the ones who do their job but always avoid going in when I see the few bad ones working. I really hope the right person reads this compliant and actually does something about it or I will have to take my business elsewhere. Thanks.

I was in cefco store 067 a month or so ago and waited in line forever. While one employee was at a register, three were sitting at a table talking at the eating area. There were 9 people in line and I was 5th. When they got up and someone came to help, another lady that walked by apologized with a snide extra side statement that was extremely uncalled for. She stated that they were busy trying to fix this “filthy and broken store.” as a customer, I found that offensive as I do not feel that was my business. I asked for her name and she stated she was a district manager, “ms. Barnes. I just wanted to pay for my gas and drink and leave. I come to this store two or three times a week, and the girls do the best that they can. Maybe ms. Barnes needs to find out what it is like to be in their shoes.

I was in cefco store 534 on june 19, 2015 about to use my gas card, when employee name mary lied to me and said it's not working. I've had this problem out of her on numerous occasions so I told the store manager when it first happened and she told me it's never down and if it was a sign would be up. So on the date as stated I was in the store and I told her what the store manager told me in the past because i'm a loyal customer to this particular store and mary got my gas card and slid it and it worked right after she told me the machine was down. I told her the only time I have a problem in that store is when she is there because all the other employees be very nice, but not mary. She told me why do I come there then if the only time I have a problem is when she there which is bot something you tell to your customers. Then she threw my card and money on the counter for me to pick up after I put it in her hand which is down out rude and disrespectful. I come to this store everyday because it's three minutes away from my house and I like this store because of the good gas, but if something is not done about mary and her attitude with loyal customers it's gone ruin there business because no one wants to spend their hard working money with a rude employee.

Hi I would tell u that iam complaining on the store manager at 404 n hobart st her name is susette perez she's rude to the customers and she goes out of the store and chats with her friend and also inside I know this cos I was inside the store and I just was hearing her with her bad attitude. So when I was walking outside and talk to one of the customer which I knew told me that she's always been that way rude to people and giving free food to her friends. Honestly since u guys change store manager that store has been down hill

I stood in line for half an hour and when I get to the register the cashier tells me she can't ring up my items cuz their closed. I asked what time they close and she said twelve and it was 11:30. I told her the time and she said she already
Closed the register. And she said no managers were on duty right now. She did not bother telling me till half an hour after standing in line and was rude about it. Their was also several very unhappy customers that waited behind me. It was at a cefco in pampa right next to the sonic. It was friday night, october 12, 2012. The cashier was hispanic and wears glasses and a little heavy but I did not get a name.

I was at cefco in Covington Texas standing in front of the lottery tickets waiting to pay for my soda and gas Friday afternoon October 22, 2021. When there was no one else in line I was still waiting to pay. A man walked in from outside straight up to the so called manger she she took his money. I said "Hello I was" and that's as far as I got before she cut me off with "The line is over here." I said "Are you kidding me? There was no line" She repeated "The line is over here" using her hands to demonstrate over here. It was the rudest thing I've experienced in a while. Completely ignored me standing there and then take someone else's money that just walked in.
I just left the cefco station at Foley Beach Express and Highway 98 in Foley Alabama and try as I may as I just had a left foot amputated could not get one of the cashiers to come out and help me and they actually went as far as to turn the assistance request button on the pump... It seemed to have been deactivated and would not work anymore... This is not the first time customer service at this location has been deplorable
tobacco sale to of age customer
I went into the store with my 10y/o daughter and 17 y/o son. My son purchased soda with his own money and went out to the car to get ready to pump the gas. I purchased gas, a hat my daughter wanted, and asked for a box of my choice of cigarettes. It was then that, carla — operator id# 2357, told me that she needed my son's identification since we came in together to make sure he was 18 as well. I told that was not true. She insisted that it was a texas state law. When I asked for the number to the store to talk to the manager she pointed to the 800-go-shell on the door. I will not being a patron at this store again and I will be making it known to her management.
She basically accused me of attempting to buy tobacco with the intent to give it to a minor. While someone purchasing tobacco to distribute to a minor is against the law — buying cigarettes with your teenager or any teenager with you is not!

If she had reason to believe you were purchasing for minor (any reason, even a seemingly ridiculous one), she was in her right to refuse the sale. She will most likely not get in trouble for this.
I used to work in a job where I sold cigarrettes, and if at any time you suspect someone may be buying for a minor for ANY reason, you can refuse the sale to the customer.
charged 3 times the cost of 1 fillup
I traveled form my home in belton, tx to leauge city, tx. While I was there I used my card 4 times. On the way home I stopped and filled my car in preparation for the hurrican. When I got home I checked my card balance... I was charge twice for one purchase and 3 times on another. What is wrong with this picture. Now I have nothing on my card and can't talk to a rep. This is a joke right?
On April 17...I was charged 3 times for one transaction. I have emailed and no one has responded. I really would like my money back. You will see 3 charges of $17.11 on April 17.

The employees are playing around in the store ... one stated that a customer was caught stealing blacks out the store while goin live on Facebook and sitting around talking very loud cursing and very unprofessional I will not be returning back to that store to the problem is resolved
Cefco Gas pump said $2.60 I was charged $2.72 per gallon after adding it up for myself. I told attendant and all she had to say was it should be $2.68. I'm not happy with how this was handled in Kemp, Tx! Always check your pumps and add up how much your getting it may not seem like much but that's my money and gas I'm losing!
I was checking my items out and resquest for cash back! I was charged TWICE & wasn't able to get my 5.00 resquest in cash back from the cashier she called the manager and didn't even offer to give me any time of service 😐 i just check my statement the 1st charge is back on my card but i still lost my money in result of it.
