Cellification is a website that I recently purchased an iPhone from. I was excited to receive my new phone, but unfortunately, my experience with Cellification was not a good one. I placed my order over 10 days ago and they charged my card the same day. However, since then, nobody has picked up the phone or returned my phone calls. This has caused me a lot of frustration and disappointment.
On the fifth day after placing my order, I received an email from Cellification stating that my phone would be shipped from California, even though they had originally told me it would come from New York. This was confusing and made me wonder if they were trying to deceive me. I was hoping to receive my phone soon, but I had to wait another 5 days before it finally arrived.
When I received my phone, I was disappointed to find that it was missing some of the accessories and the charger. The retail box was also dirty and ripped, which made me wonder if the phone was refurbished. This was not what I was expecting from a new phone.
Overall, my experience with Cellification was not a good one. I would not recommend buying from them if you want to save yourself the aggravation. They are not reliable and their customer service is terrible. I hope that they can improve their service in the future, but for now, I would advise others to look elsewhere for their phone needs.

So, I decided to give Cellification a try and ordered a Verizon cellphone from them. At first, I was impressed with their customer service. They were very helpful and answered all of my questions before I gave them my credit card information. However, things took a turn for the worse after I placed my order.
I have been trying to get in touch with them for a week now, but they have not returned any of my phone calls or emails. To make matters worse, they gave me incorrect tracking information for my package. According to the tracking information, my package is supposed to be going to Brooklyn, but it should actually be going to North Dakota.
I am starting to think that Cellification is a scam website. They won't answer their phones or respond to my emails, and I have no idea where my package is. I have tried calling and emailing them every day for a week now, but I have not received any reply or answer as to where my package is.
Overall, I would not recommend using Cellification. Their customer service was great before I placed my order, but after they got my information and I placed my order, they have been completely unresponsive. Additionally, the phone did not come in its original factory packaging. I had purchased a Nokia brand phone, but it came in an AT&T box. My warranty card and paperwork were also missing.

When I tried to return the phone, I was told that I needed to provide a receipt of sale. However, the "sales summary" that they had sent me was not the same as a proper receipt. A sales summary only provides a brief snapshot of the transaction, whereas a receipt reflects the complete transaction. The sales summary only listed the type of phone, but not the condition of the phone, which was supposed to be new and in a sealed box.
It was clear to me that this company was trying to deceive me and take advantage of me. I was not going to send the phone back to them and risk being scammed again by them claiming that my sales summary did not reflect a new phone. I wish I had taken a snapshot of the advertisement that clearly stated that the phone was new and in a sealed box before I made the purchase.
To make matters worse, their customer service was terrible. I had a hard time getting in touch with anyone and when I did, they were not helpful at all. I cannot stand liars and thieves, and that is exactly what this company is.
In the end, I had to purchase a new phone from another company. My advice to anyone thinking about doing business with Cellification is to run away as fast as you can. Do not do business with this company. They are crooks and will try to scam you.

Terrible Customer Service and False Promises: My Experience with Cellification.com
Cellification.com is a company that I would not recommend to anyone. I recently ordered a Motorola i580 phone from them, which was supposed to be yellow and unlocked. However, my experience with this company was nothing but bad. I placed my order on January 10th and was told to wait for 1-3 days for the order to be processed and shipped. However, three days later, my order status was still listed as "Pending".
I tried to contact them through their phone number and email, but they never answered or replied to my messages. I was frustrated and didn't know what to do. Finally, my mom kept calling them, and after an hour, someone named "Melvin" answered the phone. He told her that the phone had been shipped via USPS and gave her a tracking number. He also gave her his direct number in case of any problems.
However, when I checked the tracking number, USPS had no record of it. I also tried calling "Melvin's" direct number, but it was a wrong extension. Two days later, the website showed that the phone had been shipped, but I had my doubts because of my previous experience with them.
Finally, after waiting for seven days longer than what the website said, I received the phone. However, it was not yellow as I had ordered, but black. Moreover, it was not unlocked, which meant that I could only use it with Nextel. I was very disappointed because I had paid extra for the high visibility yellow and unlocked phone.
When I tried to return the phone, I found out that I needed an authorization number, which I could only get by calling them. However, they never answered my calls or replied to my emails. I was stuck with a phone that I didn't want and couldn't use.
In conclusion, I would not recommend Cellification.com to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, and they don't deliver what they promise. I regret ordering from them and hope that others can learn from my experience.

I recently made an order on Cellification's website, but it's been five days and my order status is still pending. I've called their customer service more than three times, and the first time I spoke to a guy with an Indian accent who was extremely rude. He told me that my card was declined, but when I called my bank, they said that the payment was approved. The second time I called, the same guy answered and told me that it usually takes 1-3 days to process an order, so I waited. After three days, I called again and spoke to a different guy who told me that the phone I was looking for was out of stock. He was much nicer than the first guy, and he offered me a used phone at a discounted price. I decided to buy the used phone, and they promised to update the price on their website and refund the difference to my card within two hours.
Unfortunately, it's been 30 hours since they promised me the refund, and the price on their website is still the original price without a discount. My order status is still pending, and I haven't received any money back on my card. I'm very disappointed with their credit and reputation.
Today, I called them for the last time and cancelled my order since there was no refund on my card and the phone was not shipped. They explained that they were going to change the status in their own system, which can only be seen by their staff. I was surprised when they asked me to delete my review on the internet, which made me think that they care about their reputation. I will call my bank in eight hours to see if they refunded my money like they promised. If they don't, I'll talk to my lawyer and sue them without a doubt.

Purchasing a new phone from cellification
On July 12, 2023 I found what appeared to be a really good price for a brand new A 53 5G Samsung smart phone. I called the merchant and spoke with an agent who was very informative and polite, he answered all of my inquiries sufficiently. I asked him, if I order the phone and if for some reason when I
recieve it, and there is any kind of problems with this phone, may I return it free of charge for a full refund? The agent assured me of a 100% full refund, no return shipping charges or extra fee's. So I ordered the new phone from Cellification, I was shocked when I recievied this order, when I opened the box and removed the phone from the plastic covering I immediatlly noticed small scrathces all over the screen.
I called Cellification and explained this problem to them and the agent took a
different attitude from when they sold the phone to me. He was unreasonable
and I could not get a straight answer on how I was to get a full refund for this
damaged supposedly new phone.
I have called numerous times now to customer service and they put me on indefinite hold. I have left many voice mails for them to return my call, yet
no return calls from this company.
I filled a charge dispute with American Express, but from past experiences
with American Express it does not look good.
The short answer is simple in all of this, I should not have done business
with Cellification.
