I had a really bad experience with Centron Services, Inc. d.b.a. Rocky Mountain Professional Solutions. Their associates were so mean and disrespectful when it came to dealing with customers who were trying to pay off their debts. It was like they were bullying us!
Collection agency
In this crazy year of Covid and having two surgeries, it's comforting to know that Centron Services, a collection agency, is still collecting. Sarcasm, obviously, and Bonnie was rude, crass, and not willing to accept a payment plan. Kudos to you!

I've been paying this company regularly, but I wasn't told at all that they were charging me $142 every month in interest. So, my $100 monthly payments for the past 4 months haven't made any dent in this bill! Instead, my bill is actually increasing! They didn't even send me monthly statements, so I had no idea what the actual balance was. I thought it was decreasing by $100 each month. I'm really angry about this! The only way to stop this monthly interest is to set up automatic payments. They didn't inform me about that until today.

Shady company
About two years back, some accounts linked to me were reported to Equifax and TransUnion. I told both agencies that I hadn't been notified by Rocky Mountain Professionals about them. Consequently, they were removed from my credit report. Recently, I got another bill from them with updated transactions till September 29, 2023. When I called your office that day, a debt collector confirmed our call was recorded. I highlighted that the bills from Bozeman Health and Community Partners were contested due to no prior notice, an issue the credit agencies addressed. I asked for a full account breakdown ten days ago. Today, another representative asked which accounts I meant. After clarifying, I was told to wait another 14 days. Considering Rocky Mountain Professionals is just 70 miles away and I've waited ten days, this extra 14-day delay is alarming.
Desired outcome: Removal of debt and $1000 for the 6 occurrences of violated rights $6000

I haven't received anything in the mail from them in the last year, even though I had my mail forwarded because I moved. Everyone I've spoken to has been really rude and unhelpful. All I want to do is call and set up a payment plan. I don't understand why they're giving me a hard time, but it's definitely annoying and unprofessional.

I was told I couldn't get a paid in full documentation after paying my debt with them. They said they wouldn't even request it for 10 days. Every person I talked to after the first receptionist were really rude and unprofessional. They had such rude personalities, which I've never encountered in my 20+ years in customer service. None of them showed any manners or personal integrity when handling my business. They accused me of knowing how I've been living after going through a divorce and becoming a single father of 2 children. It's almost impossible to take care of debt as a single parent in this day and age. And when I finally could pay them, I contacted them to pay in full and they treated me like trash. I hope anyone reading this takes their business elsewhere.

They won't show me proof that I owe a debt. In the past few months, they added $2725 to my account. They've laughed and said they won't ever send proof that I owe these amounts. I asked the medical provider the bill is supposed to be from, they say I don't owe them anything, neither me nor my husband. They won't match the dollar amounts added to our account with any bill. We never got a bill that we haven't paid, so there shouldn't be any bills in collection. The only exception is another bill, not part of this complaint, that was $16,000, which the hospital doubled due to a different issue not mentioned here. We've been fighting with them for 8 years. We don't receive medical care because of the well-known fraud of Kalispell Regional Medical Center. My husband didn't even go to the ER for heart attack symptoms or difficulty breathing due to COVID, and I stopped getting mammograms because of them.

On or about October 12th, I talked to a person from this company to set up payments. They sent me some papers to fill out and send back within 30 days. Even though I got the papers on October 19th, they said I had to send them back by October 12th, and they got them back on November 9th. They said they would call me back to talk about payments once they got the papers, but they never did. Instead, my work emailed me on December 22nd to say they got a garnishment order for my wages. So, I called Centron Services to ask why they didn't contact me like they said they would. They told me they called me on November 9th and November 11th and left a voicemail. That's not true. Even though I can't have my phone on at work, if someone leaves a voicemail, it saves, and I don't have any voicemails from Centron Services. I told the person this, and she said there were notes saying they left a voicemail. So, I asked for a copy of that voicemail because I know that all phone calls are recorded when you work in customer service. They said I couldn't have a copy of the voicemail because it's not their "policy." If I had a copy, it would prove who's lying, me or them, and I can prove it with my phone records. Also, on December 15th, I got a letter saying they got a judgment against me in court, and my husband got his on December 16th. They sent both of these letters to our old address, and the post office forwarded them to our new address, even though Centron Services had our new address. They served us papers at the right address before, so I think if the address was wrong, they might have dialed the wrong phone number too when they supposedly called me. But I still think they're lying because no calls were made and no voicemails were left. I've tried everything to work this out with Centron and make payment arrangements, but they've lied to me the whole time and haven't done what they said they would do when I talked to the person on October 12th.
