Delivered on EVERYTHING promissed. Could not be happier with this company. They did a great job on my website. The team at CGI Communications, Inc. really knows their stuff. They made my site look super professional and it's easy to navigate. I'm not a techy person, but they explained everything in a way that even I could understand. They were also really patient with me when I had questions or needed help. The customer service was top-notch. I felt like they really cared about my satisfaction. Overall, I'm thrilled with the results and would highly recommend CGI Communications, Inc. to anyone looking for a website makeover.

NEVER do business with this company. They took my $1500 and never did the job. I had to call them to find out that the company that hired them cancelled the job. They still haven't refunded my money AFTER 9 months. Tim, the "CFO," avoids calls. His excuse now is they are closed due to the COVI-19, so he can't process my return of MY money. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY with your money.

I had a really bad experience with CGI Communications, Inc. They didn't deliver on their promises and their methods for improving my website's rankings ended up getting my domain banned. This completely ruined my business and cost me a lot of money. I tried to get them to stop using my domain and give me a refund, but they have been giving me a hard time. They initially said they would refund me, but now they won't even answer my calls. I'm starting to think that this company is a scam.

In October , we hired CGI for a new webpage and paid them a $500 deposit. They said they would start right away, but warned us it might take weeks before we could see a proof of the new page and suggest any changes. We didn't receive that proof until February this year. At that time, our business owner was diagnosed with breast cancer and going through chemotherapy. We asked CGI to understand that she would review the proof as soon as possible. They didn't respond. On March 1st, our owner was informed that our landlord was making changes and wanted us to vacate our location by March 31st. We emailed CGI to explain that due to illness and the search for a new location, our owner had decided to permanently close the business. Since we hadn't heard back from CGI and had made no alterations to the web proof they sent us, we kindly requested a partial refund of our deposit. On April 22nd, we received an email saying that our request was being forwarded to another person at CGI. Today is May 16th, and we still haven't heard from anyone. Our business no longer exists, not because of CGI's fault, but I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. Their communication skills are terrible, and they haven't refunded us or explained their poor work ethic and unsatisfactory outcomes.

The company was hired by a group in South Bend to manage a website for the city. We, as local organizations, were supposed to contribute to it. However, the contract got canceled, so we asked for a refund on May 27.

We reached out to CGI to make a website and have it hosted using SEO. They said it would take around 8 weeks for the website design and going live. We signed contracts and paid $8000 on April 13. But until now, they haven't done anything. The website design is unfinished and they aren't hosting a website that doesn't even exist. We asked for a refund because they didn't fulfill their part of the contract, but they keep making excuses for why it's not done.
