We arrived in singapore this morning nov 13, 2023 at around 6 in the morning, my friend and I decided to buy some liquor 1 for each. After selecting a liquor to buy, we ask if we can still buy jim beam, the staff by the name of tay poh kwee (jenny if I remember correctly or her name tag) answered us cannot buy in a rude tone of voice. From that time I dont feel any good customer from her, the way she talk to us is very unwelcoming and rude, that make us feel like being discriminated or what.. From asking our passport, she cannot even check that she scan same passport and instead of politely us for other passport. She make us feel we want to cheat her in buying, ask us if we buy when we depart in singapore and told us coz there system can see, of course she just scan my passport she should know it! What kind of service is that you just scan the passport few seconds and u cant rememebr already. Then from asking changi rewards if we are a member, I told her I forgot password but on second purchased which we dont even have a payment yet coz she have problem in scanning passport or whatever. She just tell me too late already in unpolitely way. Then after purchased the way she say thank you and the way she pass me the item feels like she is not happy. Overall experience very bad as it doesnt reflect the image that changi is portraying. So disappointed with the service we received from this sales staff..
