I just won't to stop my payments and stop getting the product I don't like, thankyou. I ordered it once to see how it was, now it comes every month. I don't want it any more. What a scam company with less than no customer service. Ordered a power cord. Ok so my bad I mistyped my zip code. Did I get a tracking number, no...did I get any follow or notice that it was returned, no. Tried to contact, well of course there is no phone number for the company which should be the first signal. Then the trying to deal with their service people via email is a joke. You are warned if you deal with this company.

Bought a charger that was stated to work with my model laptop. Turns out it didn't & wanted to send it back & receive a refund which I didn't think would have been a problem. So I reached out to customer service & they were nothing but disrespectful & kept telling me that they test the chargers & in other words stating how I was wrong & the charger worked even though i tried everything to get it to work. Eventually I was ignored after trying to contact that multiple times & never recieved any of my money back for the faulty charger. Definitely wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. Would rather just suck it up & spend the money to replace my charger for my laptop which I did.

I received wrong order and immediately contacted ChargerBuy. They said that they will send the correct item after I return the wrong one.
They said that there will be no extra fee for the return process, but in reality they did charge me!
When I contacted ChargerBuy they said that I was charged for return shipping and a restocking fee! And when I explained that I had no idea about these charges, they claimed that they gave me all the information and I was aware. That was not true!
I was not able to get my money back because they refused too help. Avoid this site!

I bought adapter for laptop from www.chargerbuy.com. I got confirmation info and the seller sent the receipt. After that I waited couple of day and my order arrived, but the adapter worked about 4 hours and broke. I contacted the seller, and he agreed to change it. He told me to return it, but I needed to pay for the return postage. After that he never provided new adapter and didn’t reply to my messages and emails. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

I ordered a replacement hp probook 4430s ac adapter from chargerbuy.com, it arrived at my location very quickly and it was compatible with my laptop very well. While there is a big problem, the cord is shorter than my original adapter, that will bring big inconvenience for my work. It will be perfect if this issue can be fixed.
