Scam!
I made a huge mistake when I decided to use Sell-your-cell, they are real scammers, so if you are thinking of using their service then better don't.
I sent them my phone and two weeks later was contacted by someone from Sell-your-cell who told me that I will get payment within a week but that never happened. I contacted them numerous times and at first they did reply and gave me nothing but empty promises but then they simply stopped replying!
I still have no idea what is going on, but my only advice to everyone is to stay away from them!
iPhone Buyback
They quoted me for my phone and sent packaging to mail it to them, everything seemed legit as I have sold my old phones similarly with success from other companies in the past (like Gazelle which is legit).
After a few weeks I hadn't heard back so I have been trying to reach them. The website nolonger exists and no one answers their phones. There are a ton of other complaints similar to mine.
This is a scam and they are stealing phones and getting away with it.
Not to be trusted!
I sent them my old iPhone which was in a perfect condition. I just bought the latest iPhone and decided to sell the old one. I was really happy when I found Sell-your-cell website, then I spoke to their rep, they offered me a price which seemed like a great deal.
So, anyways, sent them my phone and nothing! I never got the money, they do not reply and I have no idea what to do now! The scammed me for good and I do regret that I did not read the reviews before I decided to use this scam site called Sell-your-cell!
Avoid them at all cost, this company is not to be trusted!

Offered me $10 for my iPhone 5
I sent them my iPhone 5 and they promised to give me $200 for it! The phone was almost brand new. After they received the phone they contacted me by mail and said that I will be getting only $10! I thought it was a joke or something! Contacted Sell-your-cell support and demanded my phone back and they said that I have to pay for shipping. These people are ridiculous! Who on Earth would sell an iPhone for $10!?
Don't use this website to sell your phones!
I sent them my iPhone and it was almost brand new. I received an iPhone 6 as a present and decided to sell my old one. So I packaged it very carefully, contacted Sell-your-cell company and shipped it. Several days passed and they received the phone and sent me a message stating I'll be getting $20. What? I'm not that stupid to sell an Apple device for 20 bucks! I emailed them and demanded my phone back and they said that I have to call them. I called like a million times every single day but no one ever picked up! These thieves still have my phone and I have no idea how to get it back! Help!
