I have bought a cell phone from electronicsforce and I am very disappointed with the product they sent me. I trusted them because of the great reviews and great stars. The product they sent me does not add up with those great and stars. The phone was sent to me with dents on the side. phone battery does not last. For the price that they asked for it is trash it was way too expensive. They were selling it as a brand new, the worst experience ever, scamers, What a waste of time, energy and money, don't buy from them there's way to much better options

This was definitely one of the most wasteful experiences in my life— not only in money, but most definitely in time & energy.
I wanted to order this old PINK phone— Sanyo SCP-2700 Sprint.
I ordered an extra charger also.
I paid for 3 day-shipping, and it arrived 2 days later. I would've been okay with that, but I PAID for 3-day shipping.
I went back and forth with a man via email & phone—I even talked with USPS. There was nothing in my mailbox at all, and I would be told that it is there. I ha to go through the trouble of making a claim with the post office— but it just finally arrived later.
AND THEN just when I thought all this was over— As soon as I opened the package, the phone wasn't even the right color. It was blue.. How do they advertise a pink phone, and send the customer with a blue one?
Not only that— it didn't even come with an extra charger that I PAID FOR.
At that point, I was done.. I took it to the Post Office the next day, and paid $8.14 of my OWN money— JUST to send it back.
I emailed them that it would arrive on Monday, and that I wanted a full refund. I was even told that I could get a refund on the money used to send it back. "Steve" emailed back, telling me to give it 3-4 day for a full refund.
I THOUGHT IT WAS FINALLY OVER.
They gave me a refund alright— but they only gave me $103.50!
I paid $129.58 because of the extra charger THAT IT DIDN'T EVEN COME WITH, and I only got $103.50 back.
I didn't get any refund for the the $8.14 I paid to get it shipped back to New York where it came from.
I emailed them, and "Steve"replied saying that the phone was turned on— He even attached a link that led me to their policy.
That's it.
I wasted 19 days of my time & energy with this company.
And I lost $34.22— FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
I basically paid for a crappy phone through a crappy company with crappy service— and because of that, I got crapped on. LOL
I am a real person. I'm not some kind of robot or fake person— No, dude. This is real, and I should've done my research on this company.. I can't believe that (right now as I see it) there are 71 complaints in the BBB. I'll be the 72nd.
Don't let this happen to you. Don't be the 73rd.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They sent me the wrong product TWICE. Then they said they'd pay for return postage, but can't manage the simple task of getting the label to me! I am disabled, which makes printing their stupid return labels (they refused to mail them) and going to the post office really difficult. They made the mistakes ... they should have picked the return packages up from me! I shop online for almost everything and never had an experience like this. They need to learn from Amazon, Wayfair, Zulily, etc. HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS.
Oh ... it's been 5 months and I still don't have my $ back for their crappy phone. Which wasn't what I ordered. And so far it's taken 2 months to send the shipping label. Still don't have it.

They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
I am one of those customers who never received their orders and is very angry.
I got no confirmation email, no email with information about my order, nothing at all. I called them every day trying to reach to at least someone, but all of my attempts were useless. It took me 2 weeks to get in touch with them. And once the phone was picked up by a very nice girl who was talking to me like I was an appreciated customer. I told her about my issue, she said she will figure it out and hang up on me. We talked ten days ago. Nothing has changed. No shipping, no item. Zero out of ten!
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! I placed my order Monday February 25, 2019 with a 2-day shipping charge of $29.16. As of Thursday February 28 I have not received my product nor do I have a tracking number to watch for its arrival. I have called 4 times today (2/28), once where I spoke to "Steven" who told me to call back in 2 hours and he would give me a tracking number. I cannot seem to get through to you now, it says leave a number and we will call you back. GUESS WHAT, I do not have a phone for you to call me back!. Please send me my order ASAP. I am 65 years old and disabled, I need a phone to call my doctor's CELL numbers. Since cell numbers are on my contact list and my LG VX8575 phone is not working, this is redundant. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!
I SHOULD HAVE READ THESE REVIEWS FIRST.
They have no customer service whatsoever. If you read the fine print it says they can take 5 days before they even will look at your order. I read they send bad merchandise and then charge a restocking fee to take it back! They never send confirmation, they don't respond to repeated emails, or requests to cancel order, and they make up stories that are laughably bad- they aren't even good liars. Please don't make the mistake I did of ordering with them- they are not worth the hassle - and I still don't have a phone, nor any confirmation that a phone or package exists and it is now a week later. It wouldn't surprise me at all to hear the company was run by a 12 year old boy out of his mother's house. Actually, no a 12 year old boy would run their company far better than this. I don't know what their excuse is.
i bought a phone on sale on [protected]) on sale for $194. I got the conformation and payment went through. 6 hours later i got an email saying that it was out of stock and my payment had been refunded and it was not going to available until december 17. So I went back on their site today and checked the phone. What do you know, its in stock, and now its $250 instead of $194. These guys didnt either made a mistake or didnt want me getting the deal so they decided to tell me it was out of stock and that they'd refund me and I could repurchase in december. But suddenly the next day its back in stock for $50 more? Hmmm... sounds about scammy to me.
