Hello sir/Madame I am writing to complain about Chaturbate platform as the way they have treated me is very frustrating and unprofessional to say the least. I was banned suddenly a few years ago as I forgot to log off my camera while just chilling chatting as I lived on one floor then in a small house and had family around quite often. My family members including my younger son who was like seven at the time had walked not my room a few times while I was in the toilet or smoking outside. But this would of been a very quick brief few mins max and I wasn't in my room at the time. Also I explained this to CB and they understood it but banned me all of a sudden without explanation as I came beck using another username as they kept banning me for weird reasons, saying I was asleep or smoking when I wasn't and it became obvious they suddenly banned people for almost no reason as I've emailed them so much and tried to explain and ask why they've taken these extreme actions and they couldn't tell me anything except just ignoring me which is wrong, rude and very unprofessional. I was also scammed on chaturbate like 4-5 years ago by people pretending to be support approaching me in my chat room professionally as Chaturbate Support and they tricked me into taken photos of my passport for photo ID again after I'd done that already, resulting in me being banned for their incompetence and lack of security on site as well as me losing over 600 tokens which CB promised to give back yer they didn't. Chaturbate seems like their operating on a 2 person team support and just treat you as they feel or in the mood and I strongly feel like they are treating me very unfairly, cold and almost prejudice against my age or country I'm born in or my username they making assumptions and really annoying me a lot it's not nice. I really think someone needs to check them out properly because I'm not exaggerating one bit if anything I am keeping this message a bit limited as I know your job is a lot of reading already but they treated me very badly unfairly & almost rudely like I'm not a human being or I've done done thing wrong or criminal on their site but I was actually probably be if their cleanest simple models who just mainly like to chat and watch other performers tip them etc.

I was in a broadcasters room and I tipped 1000 tokens for a custom video and they never made it or sent and I would like to be refunded the tokens or money cause I got ripped off

Hi, i arranged a private show with sex_tvar_1337 over the weekend, and it wasnt as arranged, but i was locked into 10 minutes, there either needs to be way of exiting when the broadcaster is ripping customers off, or a refund policy. I am new model, and this was my first payment and It has been 7 days after the payment period and i still haven't received my payment. and chaturbate support is not responding to my emails. Can you provide reasons for this and what should i do. Is this a scam or i will ever receive the money that i earned working for hours on the website. I was relying on the payment to pay my bills now i have no idea what should i do.

Over time, I had become good friends with a model on Charturbate. We would hang out everyday, and confided in one another. I told her about all the very difficult times I had been gone through lately. Among other things, I had gone through a breakup that resulted in me hurting myself. That was the level of trust I had in her. On February 5th, I was having a particularly bad day, and I reached out to my friend for help. I guess I did it the wrong way because it caused her to get very upset. I was already struggling, and her reaction didn't help. I told her the way she was making me feel the exact same way as what my ex did and I couldn't go through that again. She was giving up on me, and worse, she knew what happened the last time I was abandoned by someone. There is no doubt she knew the state of mind I was in.
The next day, I tried over and over to have a real conversation with her (I even tried to take her into private), but she refused. This continued until she made the most inexplicable comment imaginable: BSF - "Best Suicidal Friends." Hearing this from someone I considered to be a good friend pushed me over the edge again. Fortunately this time, I had a moment if clarity before it was too late, but the trauma inflicted remains. Every time I notice she's still being allowed to broadcast, the cycle begins anew. I've lost count of the number of times I've been pushed to the brink because of this.
When I was able, I contacted Chaturbate "support, " and explained what happened. They responded by saying that she had misunderstood something I said. According to them, this misunderstanding made it acceptable to them, as if there are occasions when saying something like that would be appropriate. It's ridiculous, misunderstanding or not. I can't understand the logic of this. What is the point of a l code of conduct if they aren't going to follow it?
Unfortunately, this wasn't the end of it. About two weeks later, on February 18, I sent her a message to through her Only Fans page in which I graciously forgave her, despite never receiving an apology or any acknowledgement of the suffering she caused me. She responded by mocking me, simply repeating the first sentence of my message. I then told her that a real friend doesn't get angry when someone reaches out for help. Her response: "lol." I ask you, does this sound like the behavior of someone that simply misunderstood something? Her mindset and lack of remorse seems clear to me.
When I showed the latest conversation to Chaturbate "support, " they responded by saying that they can't do anything about it because it the most recent comments weren't on their website. This was cowardice. They know full well that the original attack happened on their site. That is the only thing that matters. I simply showed them the other conversation as proof of her intent and her true state of mind during this entire ordeal. If it had been a misunderstanding, she wouldn't have continued to provoke me.
From the beginning of my interaction with them, all Chaturbate "support" has done is to tell me to get help while completely ignoring the actual problem, causing to relive the cycle of trauma over and over again. They haven't even issued the miniscule refund they offered me in the beginning. I am at a complete loss that anyone would consider this acceptable behavior, especially considering what happened. I'm trying very hard to get through this, but Chaturbate "support" has only made things worse.
I do not wish to receive any responses from them. I've already blocked their emails. The last thing I need to hear more of is their robotic patronizing responses that fail to offer any logical reasoning as to why their "code if conduct" doesn't apply in this case. My goal in writing this is simply to let people know the kind of people that work there, as well as the kind of people they protect in lieu of the well-being of their very well paying customers. If they finally decide to do the right thing, that would be a huge relief, but either way, the irreparable damage has been done.

Hi, is about Keishaspicy24, I upload a new ID on my active account and get banned because they say Im underage. Sure I'm not, I was streaming on that site for a year, just changed address and wanted to out new ID on. So I write many emails the days before and is not possible to get no answer for days and days and not being able to get online. They should do their job good but they didn't even check the account before they ban, being active? Was clear I was the same person, having the same name and CNP. Please help me solve this asap. Ty

The male camming side of Chaturbate needs to be monitored by the company and cleaned up. A group of users parading around in a pack bully other users and make up claims to get moderators or users banned so they can have full influence. On 2/20/21 in couplepartyxxxx room a pack of 7 showed up and everything in the room stopped, tipping, the show, everything. Prior to their arrival it was a blast but once they arrived the screen filled up with make such and such a moderator and ban this user or that one. For these 7 or so this have become common place in a lot of rooms and the new camming boys couldn't figure it out Saturday night. The users are chinko_de_mayo, bossychlck_, ladydanbury, 35reasonswhy, lorenzozurzolo, mariah_scary, saco_river_guy. If they do get silenced they come back with a grey made up name that the name itself attacks the silencer. Somebody needs to start taking this seriously and monitor rooms if you don't believe the images you get before it starts does more damage to camming males, PLEASE!

Hello... I've been a chaturbate customer for a while and I love your site and never had a problem with the girls before till this cam girl alex_horny_1... I ask for a service she replies 150 tokens... I pay the private session plus the 150 tokens and 20 seconds later she bans me... now this is bad business and I dont know who the hell this person think she is... please refund my 150 tokens back and ban this person... this is the first time in my life I ever write a bad report on anybody... but this terrible scammer took the icing on the cake... really upset my day... please fix it

These models promise a certain performance, and then they get their tokens and don't deliver what they advertise. they have done this on several occasions. they string you along with a promise then they will either log off or they will band you from their room, as I was banned, this is not a good business situation. we spend alot of money for this site and deception for what your company should stand for is wrong. The models are two_bags you will lose alot of business if you do not address this situation

On Chaturbate advice l changed my user name and password as they said my account had been compromised. My old user name has 430 token in it, which they agree is correct. I have asked them repeatedly to either transfer 430 tokens to my new account or refund my credit card. So far thry haven't done either. Best regards john sheeehan

Some broadcasters will ask for payment, then ask additional payment or refuse service, pressuring you into paying double the agreed price. I imagine a lot of people will just pay, as the sunken cost fallacy kicks in.

If you leave and file a report with Chaturbate support they will say they "determined that both the broadcasters did exactly what you asked for." Conveniently for them. Since it didn't happen, I wonder how exactly they determined this.

Hi, despite the financial hardships I and millions of others are going through now, I managed to save up some money to order a custom video from a model named @miss_bonnie. I spend a little over 1000 tokens to place my order which she agreed to, just to completely ban me afterward for no apparent reason but to scam me out of my hard-earned money. The lack of accountability in this site is unacceptable.
