El día 05 de diciembre mi cuenta de modelo independiente identificada como maddisRock fue bloqueada, he intentado comunicarme con el soporte de la plataforma sin recibir respuesta alguna, desconozco la razón específica para esa decisión pero me gustaría poder resolver la situación y continuar como modelo.

He enviado muchos correos solicitando información y facilitando toda mi documentación y aún así no recibo respuestas.

It was banned in the process of my conversation with a user in my room. At first, I didn't pay attention to this user's name and age, which was not appropriate. It was immediately 1 to 2 minutes after some naughty talk with this user that my account, which had never been banned before, got banned, and I believe that was the reason why my account got banned. Its been years already and my account is still banned. My account was not able to send tokens I had purchased and was told to contact Chaturbate Support. I did that, and two weeks later they banned my account . They said I violated their terms, but my account was in good standing for the last 5 years and I had not done anything other than send tokens. When I replied asking what they were referring to , they stopped replying to me. It's been two months, so I do not think they will ever reply. This is unfair as I did not do anything to violate their rules and all the saved private shows I purchased are now gone.

I am the day after the broadcast on October 27, 2023, Korean time.

I accessed Chaturbate to broadcast on October 28, 2023, but it was confirmed that my account was banned.

I remember using a beauty mask pack during the broadcast on October 27, 2023, and the mask pack was removed during the broadcast.

It wasn't someone else appearing on the broadcast, it was just me using the mask pack.

No one other than myself has ever appeared on my broadcasts.

I told you about the use of mask packs during the broadcast because I thought there may have been a misunderstanding as to who the broadcaster was.

Other than that, the broadcast went on as usual and I did not do anything that would violate the site rules.

I respectfully request that my account be unban.

I have a Studio with Chaturbate, and they are banning my newly created and existing accounts just because, with a notification that has violated the T&C when not even the model has started performing.

Filling out the complaint request without obtaining an answer from the support team it's annoying, and a waste of time. Cannot understand why this happens and why they are not responding in an appropriate time frame.

Horrible this experience with this team.

Well, if this is the case with the unfair outcome on my part (which is 100%truth) then i will have to seek and talk to my Private Lawyer about this matter and File an Appeal regarding this issue that you accused me without evidence. Let's be fair and transparent and I will definitely fight for my account no matter what! For my account has been unfairly suspended/blocked. Me and my partner broadcast on CHATURBATE as xxslenderknifexx and have been for years. But tonight we went to login and it said we were banned for violating TOS. But we were just in 2 nights ago and can't fathom what we could of done to get banned. Like I said we've used the site for years with no problems. We're both verified and updated our verification a few months ago. We didn't do anything that would violate their terms. If you could please help. Our handle at CHATURBATE is xxslenderknifexx.

I'm a broadcaster and I paid another broadcaster for services specifically a cock rate so I could get c2c and her mod said I was looking for customers and muted me from chatting and blocked me from sharing my cam with this user

I rarely broadcast and I paid for that specific request because it would be faster than waiting for users to join my room

afterwards I had to tip them for snapchat that they are failing to add me on

total money stolen is over 200 tokens which is [censored]
