I have a Studio with Chaturbate, and they are banning my newly created and existing accounts just because, with a notification that has violated the T&C when not even the model has started performing.

Filling out the complaint request without obtaining an answer from the support team it's annoying, and a waste of time. Cannot understand why this happens and why they are not responding in an appropriate time frame.

Horrible this experience with this team.

My ID are not supported and i dont know why. ^ already passed a lot of ID still rejecting it. This is my account name “Queencharl” I am responsible a model, I work fairly, I even understand and follow your rules and terms and privacy for i have agreed it as i created my account. Whats devastating to me is that you are not fair! Well, if this is the case with the unfair outcome on my part (which is 100%truth) then i will have to seek and talk to my Private Lawyer about this matter and File an Appeal regarding this issue that you accused me without evidence. Let's be fair and transparent and I will definitely fight for my account no matter what! For my account has been unfairly suspended/blocked. I strongly believe that i didnt violate any of your rules and regulations also in terms and conditions. i tried to reach out and appeal for my side but you have been neglecting my plea for quite sometime already!

Me and my partner broadcast on CHATURBATE as xxslenderknifexx and have been for years. But tonight we went to login and it said we were banned for violating TOS. But we were just in 2 nights ago and can't fathom what we could of done to get banned. Like I said we've used the site for years with no problems. We're both verified and updated our verification a few months ago. We didn't do anything that would violate their terms. If you could please help. Our handle at CHATURBATE is xxslenderknifexx.

I'm a broadcaster and I paid another broadcaster for services specifically a cock rate so I could get c2c and her mod said I was looking for customers and muted me from chatting and blocked me from sharing my cam with this user

I rarely broadcast and I paid for that specific request because it would be faster than waiting for users to join my room

afterwards I had to tip them for snapchat that they are failing to add me on

total money stolen is over 200 tokens which is [censored]

Hi Chartubate support, on 14 September my account was suspendedfor identity verification. After I verify my identity my account was terminated. I tried to reach the support, their response was that I assisted someone else in providing false identification. I didn't assist anyone in providing their false Identification.

I have worked for so long on Chartubate and I have never cashed out only Chartubate to terminate my account with thousands of tokens. Please Chartubate release my account so that I can withdraw my money. I have really worked for those tokens and that's only means of work I was doing to survive. Please help me

Chaturbate staff are racist and pick and choose who they want to make money. I would send out a notification to over 270k people and my views will go down. My regulars will also complain about being booted from my room then being recommended to other models in 3rd world countries. Chaturbate is very ghetto and I would not recommend to you if you want to experience coming in to have fun with your favorite model then having your computer lock up on you to the point where you have to reboot it and it shut down. Also they will hack into your stuff! Others have complained about this on other review sites as well concerning Chaturbate... I have to email the COO anytime I am about to send out the notification, if I don't I will be sitting online with anywhere to 20 something people in my room to 40 after sacrificing so much time, money and effort over the years because whoever is working behind the scenes who are racist, childish/sick and the issue not being addressed head on.

Hello, My name is (protected ) aka ( TheDaddy005 ) On Chaturbate. I sent a support ticket, now I'm sending an actual email. I got banned for absolutely no reason today, I was sitting on my balcony outside. No one with me at all! I see models stream outside so I thought it was okay. NO ONE CAN SEE ME! I don't know if that's the reason for my ban, also I never give my real age to users on the site so if that's a reason please let me know and I won't lie ever again about that. I just really hope you uplift my ban, I was streaming for at least 5 hours today! October 2nd around 11 AM Eastern till I got banned around 2 PM Eastern! For no reason whatsoever just been chilling on my balcony by myself! Please lift the ban and get back to me as soon as possible!

This is my only source of income right now.

She’s making threats and harassing me on her platform. I don’t think the is why you made this platform is for your cam models to use to make threats and give out some one else’s personal information. She has expressed my whole name, where I live, where I work, and where my kids go to school. All because she didn’t like what I put on TikTok, which is a whole different platform but she’s taken advantage of yours and is completely unprofessional.

December is my last broadcast and after that day I didn't online after December and received an offline tip and then after that my account was suspended and not able to open. My account was fully verified and I worked for how many months on chaturbate and this is happening to my account. my account was permanently banned.

my account boy_hot_018 was banned. I made a mistake I lied in a private chat by greatly exaggerating a story that didn't happen and the site took it as a violation of theirs. in reality, such a situation does not exist and has not happened. I tried to contact the support to explain the situation, but they do not answer me.

I received an initial response with response Ticket #[protected], but it only says the reason. I'm trying to explain the mistake I made.

please help me to remove this ban.
