hamburger and fries
I went to the rally on Georgeville rd Columbus Ohio 43228 we waited in line for 15 minutes n when got to the window the cashier was rude got r food started going thru the bags and the cashier was like can u please pull up so we pulled off n got home n the burgers were wrong n the fries were old n they forgot my ice cream cone so I called up to the store and the managers was rude n was like u got ur receipt o was like no they didn't give it to me and he said I. Sorry there is nothing I can do to help u didn't offer yo have us bring r food back to remake it so I'm upset with this situation we eat rally 2 or 3 times a week and there was nothing u can do so I loss out on food n I hope u don't want to lose r business so if there is anything you can do to make this situation better please n thank u

I went to the checkers on south 4th in allentown PA. While I pulled in to the parking lot I noticed two of the employees getting high. Because of that I was forced to wait to get my order taken and when i asked to speak with the manager the 2 girls from out side approached me. I could smell the weed coming off the 2 of them. When I asked for corporates number the Girls informed me the store was franchised. I thought that was funny so I looked it up and called i was informed the store was indeed corporate. I then called to inform them they both had answered I could hear the one yelling to hang up while the other cursed me out in all different ways. This place should be shut down I will be calling everyone I know from health department to osha because this is not a job this palace in now being used as a hang out spot. The only people who ran this store correctly was Nick but u was also informed he left his job and who can blame the poor guy with conditions like this I feel bad for the female named Jordan who was forced to work with them all night. If I was her I'd quite because those 2 managers are not worthy of such a amazing worker.

Just left Rallys store number 9253 in Mishawaka Indiana. My big chicken was ordered with mayo only. Instead they sent out lettuce only. But the worst part was when i was rushed to pay for my order to "keep their timer right" and rushed to leave the drive thru for the same reason. unethical behaviour
Sunday, April 8, 2018 at 1:01 P.M.. Went to the drive thru and ordered 5 double cheeseburgers and a small French fry. I was told the double cheeseburgers were 2 for 4 dollars and did I want 6. I said yes. I Got to window and paid with my credit card. When I got my receipt I noticed I was not charged for the small French fries. When I asked the girl at the drive thou about the French fry she replied "you didn't ask for French fries". I said I did and she again said I didn't. I asked her was she calling me a liar and she replied "apparently I am".
I asked for a Manager and told him what was going on and he told me I would have to pay for an order of fries.
Finally got my order home I had 6 single cheeseburgers and a small French fry.
Had to go back and get the correct order, Manager kept my receipt did not give me another one like he said he would.
Did not see name tags on either employee.
I've never been called a liar at a restaurant before it took me by surprise. I hope to never see those two employees again.

For as expensive as this [censor] place is to eat I damn sure don't expect to be talked to like the employees absolutely hate their [censor] jobs. I have never had a good experience with this place. The food is never prepared properly because it is rushed and thrown together worse than mcdonald's. The place is very filthy looking getting worse and worse all the time. This experience unfortunately will be my last at this location.

I went to rallys in anniston al today waited in line to order for 30min in the drive thru line. This was the worst customer service ever. I was told to hold at the order box and it took them over 15min to come take my order and get 2 cars out from in front of me. I could not leave as there was what had to be an employee car blocking the go around so I was stuck. They were throwing the boxes out of the door which were getting blown by the wind into the drive thru lane. When I did get to order I had to ask for someone to go move the boxes so I could pull forward. I love rallys really an it's the only one close but I will not be going back.

I went to your rallys in anniston alabama and it was the worst service I have ever had I ordered seven drinks they would not give me a cupholder so I spilled drinks in my car. They cut me off at the speaker while I was ordering, they didn't have any sweet tea, they were very rude. It was a shame to be treated like this by rally's employees I enjoy the food but will not return to this location because of terrible service.

the rallys on south michigan street south bend
Went there at 1125 pm on a Wednesday night no one answered the drive thru or the walk in hours clearly say open til 12am. Not the only customer that was in line. Extremely unhappy. Lights all on and cars parked showing people are there. Wouldn't even answer phone. If it says open till 12am then they should be answering! You lost alot of business due to this. You need workers that will answer the drive thru and walk in orders if not close it and turn out the lights!
new apple pie sunday
I would like to say, that I think the apple pie should be cut into pieces instead of topping it as just half of the pie on top because it makes it harder to eat. I can't really enjoy the ice cream because of the piping on the top and making it harder to get to the ice cream first than the pie. Overall I think it's a good combination with the caramel. If you Take my Word For advice, I think half of the pie pieces should be in the middle and the other half of the pie on the top. I also think there should be a more cleaner way to cut the pie because I saw the employee cutting with her hands. She didn't wear gloves, but I'm not the type to cause a scene so I didn't say anything.

fish sandwich and hot dog
I ordered food on Saturday March 24th 2018 at approximately 8 p.m. and it took me 10 minutes to get the food and when I got the food and I got home I realized that they did not put it in my deep sea double order to deep sea doubles and I'm missing a hot dog also... I've been going here for 15 years and lately service really sucks and I cannot drive that far just to get a replacement because it's not worth my gas so please refund me something and show me something that you are real about your product and service and not full of bs...

I went to your Lansing Michigan's. Martin Luther King location that the web says is open until 01:00 hours. Arriving at 00:46 hours I am informed that they are closed. So now I gotta drive across town twice more to get Rally's and go home. I guess I could eat elsewhere and take my little average of 100 to 170 dollars a week to others but they don't have your number 2. Baconzilla combo. Larege size fries and drink. I really wanted to try a large loaded fries with my combo I have to hope the Oakland Cedar location is really open until 02:00 hours. Oh now this is some [censor]. Now I have driven across town from south MLK BLVD. location of Rally's to the west bound Oakland south bound cedar Rally's location that is said to be open until 02:00 it was 00:59 when I pulled into a closed location. How the heck am I supposed to get a number two large Baconzilla combo large (Loaded) Fries and large lemonade no ice. I swear if you didn't have the one combo I have to have I would quit you altogether. I know nobody gives a damn about my little complaint. But when I stop buying it for the rest of my family and only 1 combo a month for myself, instead of 3 a week aside from the families two times a week means I eat 5 combos a week and for the family 2 times s week 10 dollars a person and 7 people. That's a hundred a week with one family nigtwell 6 other than me will be hating you because you caused me to stop buying them rally's twice a week. Plus my 3 times a week alone goes back to one a month just just to satisfy my fix like a junkie. Well do what what you will. If anything at all. But I'm pissed at your people. What I'm gonna do now goes against every moral fiber in me. I. Going to McDonald's try taco bell first.

I just went to order food in the drive thru and the lady was rushing me to order. I explained that I needed a minute before I place my order as I was ordering for myself, my boyfriend, and our 6 children. She proceeded to rush me and told me there were cars behind me waiting, but there were not. (I'm sure there are cameras that can verify this). After explaining that I wasn't ready to order after the FIFTH time in less than a minute she tried to rush my order she told me to "get the [censor] out my line". I told her I was not moving that I was still looking at the menu. She then told me " Get the [censor] out my line before I call Kenner" (She was referring to the police). She was going to call the police on me because I didn't order as soon as I pulled up? Wow. We drive away, and my boyfriend calls to ask who is working the drive thru so I can give you the person who did this, but the manager who answered the phone was just as rude as her employee. She claimed to have no idea what had just happened. Yeah right. She tells my boyfriend he wont call and curse at her, but it's ok for them to curse at us? Nope. Is this how you run a business and the type of people you employ? Because of your employee, we will be eating elsewhere from now on. I can promise you that I will NEVER eat rally's again.

The rallys on Monticello Norfolk, va 23510 customer service is horrible. I wanted to order a strawberry cheesecake ice cream and i was told the ice cream machine is down and it's not her problem. I will no longer spend my money at rally . This is very unprofessional! I waited in line for over 10 minutes just to not get anythi g because she acted like she didnt wanna do her job. This is unacceptable!

Who ever is the little light skin manager working on night shift with the little mole on her chin is needs to be terminated. First I can't get my order remade, then I cant get a receipt confirming my refund. She has a bad attitude and doesn't know how to deal with customers properly. How does corporate let people like her work in there franchise?. Has anybody else had problems with her or am i the only one? I can't give you her name because she nor the police wound give it to me.

I went to rally's around 1:30 am thursday morning. I ordered two 4 dollar meal deals and they didn't give us the apple pies. They also gave us the wrong burger. It had what I think was mayonnaise on the cheddar bacon crisp and barely any bacon. We also ordered medium fries and received smalls that were barely full. I am not pleased with the service I received.
zero service at a fast food rally's location
I made an attempt for the last time at the location of Troy and Madison Indianapolis Indiana. It was always late at night before 1 in the morning. There is always one vehicle in the parking lot which made it obvious that an employee was in the store. The lights of the sign and within the store are always on and the hours on the board say open until 1 or 2 on certain days. On this day at 12:42 a. m. March 15th 2018 I only wanted a simple burger fries and a drink from a place that I had not eaten at in the past 17 years. It really hurts because this was a big part of my life as a child growing up and there is no Rally's in the state of North Carolina that I had found in my area. I understand the was of The Culinary industry fast food and higher restaurants either way you do not avoid the customer when they have money in hand. I cannot even fathom bothering going to another location I never have time and I won't be giving this company my money again and that hurts so much because I just lost a piece of favored childhood because of lazy employee.
did not get what I ordered a baconzilla
3/7/18 I ordered a Baconzilla at the walk up window I had a coupon if you buy the baconzilla you got fries & drink free. When I got home and open the bag then sandwich there was no bacon what so ever ' only a double cheeseburger. I live 26 some miles away, and I was not going back. this is the number on the order slip WU119. I only get to go to Checker every 3 or 4 month when I go in town. I Live in Lineboro MD.
This was very upsetting and disappointing.

Hello, my name is lydia an I just wanted to say whom ever told y'all to close the bridgetown, ohio location dont listen to them anymore..! They made a very bad decision to close that location and keep price hill and springrove locations open.. They are the 2 worst restaurants i've ever been to.. I'm going to say y'all need to open a location here in harrison ohio I swear y'all would be making a excellent decision where you will need 2 book keepers cause of all the revenue it will bring to you...! So my point is build a rally's in harrison ohio 45030.. Thanks

I am a csr for taylorfarms/ taylor fresh foods inc. Smyrna tennessee.
I went to your brand new store for my first visit and I was on a 30minute lunch.
I spent 21minutes of that 30 minute lunch, in the drive thru.
I ordered a #1 combo big buford.
When I return to work I have less than 10 minutes to eat.
So, I open my bag and there is a junior size burger in the bag,
I proceed to open it and find that the burger was suppose to have mayo, lettuce, and tomato.
And find that not only is it the wrong burger, it has pickle, onion, ketchup and mustard.
I am allergic to onion, so had to toss it.
I called the store and 3 times no answer, 4th time I get and answer.

Store :yep, me I need to speak to the manager please? Store : this him. Me: I proceed to tell him my issue and, store: he stops me and says, we busy man what you want me to say we are short handed.
Damn kids calling in and we short handed.
All I wanted to know was, if he was going to fix the situation.
I have been to the checkers in murfreesboro and never had the first issue.
This manager needs some serious training in customer relations and a check put into his attitude.
