bad behavior of manager & security guard
On May, 5th 2011 at about two minutes before 18h00, I excited the store (Checkers, Middelburg, Mpumalanga) and found a woman begging the security guard to enter. She said to me that she was at the door at eight minutes to six (store closes at 18h00) and the security guard refuses her to enter. I made my way back into the store to look for the store manager to explain the situation. The store manager came running to me and was yelling at the top of her voice "what was going on" and rudely tapping at her wristwatch and yelling "the store is closed." I said to her that I am going to report her bad behavior to Checkers Head Office and she yelled that I can do that, she does not care.

Everytime I come here I get treated with so much anger. They very upset that they have take your order. I'm in line now and I just asked the young lady in drive was she ok because she literally talking to me as if I was getting on her nerves. I understand that most of staff working here are coming from urban areas but they are really bringing that street...

As soon as you walk into Checkers Durban north it absolutely stinks! smells like rotten food..
Which they do sell! The fruit and veg is the worst! its old and you can see its been there for days maybe weeks..
The floors look dirty everything looks and feels sticky even the trolleys are gross. Puts you off buying any food there.
The staff cant even speak english and dont offer you a packet or greet you... Horrific.

They advertised burgers with bacon and there was no bacon but bacon bits and when i tried to complain, the manager came, opened my burger and poked at it with with her forefinger and said, " There's the bacon!". When I asked her if she still expects me to eat my burger after she poked at it, that was the only time she gave me a new one. Her tone of voice was as if she was scolding me for complaining and there was not a single apology from her. In these times of recession, no one can afford not to make good at her job because there are a lot of people who would be grateful to switch with her and have a steady job. Never again at Rally's, Hanford, California!

I visited store # 3199 in Elizabeth City, NC on October 16, 2009. I made an order of $25.36 which I pay with two bills of $20.00 ($40.00) and 36 cents. When they gave me all the food I let them know that I'm waiting for my cash back of $15.00. The manager told me that the cashier doesn't remember so they have to count the money. Then she told me that they were short for $25.00 and not over so they gave me the a phone number to call them back today (17OCT09). I called them and the manager told me that I have to talk with the owner and the owner pretty much said that he can't give the money back because they were short and not over. I just can't not believe that I have to pay for the cashier mistake. I'm contacting you because for me this is ridiculous. I want my money and what really bother me more if the way that they talk to me and handle the situation. I'm going to do whatever is necessary to have my money back because I just can not allow them to steal my money and abuse the customers.

I received the Nuance Dragon NaturallySpeaking through a special program that helps injured people continue work and school. I was having an issue with getting it to download because I would insert the software and wait for the auto run to appear(as instructed). It never happened. I read more into the instructions and it said to go into 'my computer' and select the setup option... but there were several setup options with no further instruction on which one I should choose. I went to the website to look for a number to call for help. The only phone numbers I found were only free if you were within a few months of product registration(which didn't happen yet because I couldn't download the program), otherwise they are 20 dollars a call for technical support. So I followed emailing instructions to ask my question about which "setup" to choose.
This was all about two weeks ago. Today I finally get a pre-written email saying:

What prompts employees to blatantly lie to the very people who pay their salaries? My Wife and I decided to try the new bacon cheddar burgers offered by Checkers..I took my last $5 ordered two bacon cheddar burgers and a small seasoned fry to go..I informed the cashier no ketchup on either burger I repeated that request twice and he repeated it back to me twice..as I was being handed our bag of food I again said no ketchup right? I was told by both the cashier and the person who made my order "we didn't put ketchup on the burgers" I thanked them then left..for me, I hate the taste of ketchup on burgers, for my Wife it's more a health issue..she cannot eat ketchup without gagging and getting sick..I came home with our food we settled down for a bite to eat and to watch a movie..we both bit into our burgers at the same time my Wife began gagging she spit out her bite I also spit out my bite as well..we looked and in the middle of our burgers was a big gob of ketchup..I can eat burgers with ketchup, but it's more difficult for my Wife to eat them..I was unable to return to Checkers to confront the two lying sacks, (yes the cashier lied too he watched our order being made now I know why he had that stupid grin on his smug ugly face) I had just enough gas to get back and forth to work for the week I could not spare the gas it would take to return to Checkers and since I spent our last $5 I had no money to buy us additional food elsewhere..we were forced to eat the burgers after wiping off as much of the ketchup as possible we put mustard on them to hide the taste..my Wife was in and out of the bathroom sick to her stomach most of the night..and people wonder why jobs are being lost perhaps it's because of classless ###s like those lying pieces of ###..we wont be returning to Checkers again and I plan on letting their corporate office know of the way I was deceived by those two men and how their deception made my Wife ill!

Not only was the wait TERRIBLE, but the employees were rude and SLOW. I was waiting to order food for at least 35 minutes behind two guys that wouldn't move until they got theirs. There was even a window for taking their food and leaving! But did the employees shut the window on them? NO! They let those two idiots hang around and new full well that we were still waiting to order! When the 2 guys finally took their food and left, we gave them our order and guess what? THEY SHUT THE WINDOW RIGHT IN OUR FACES!
Now, why didn't they do that to the first two guys?
The food was okay, but I was too mad to enjoy it afterwards.

Jamyia at store 3357 in Ferndale, Michigan has the worst customer service in the restaurant industry period! This was my second time encountering such horrible service from her. Her attitude is NASTY! She should be fired ASAP! I will not be going back there! She’s as ignorant as they get! That location is going to lose all of its customers!

Today at 12:55 I went to Checkers and purchased two Checker Burgers. I asked for no cheese and received BOTH with cheese. When I opened them up, they were both stone cold. They tasted horrible and I threw them up. My receipt says DS283, Check 20084, #1077, [protected], and I would like to be reimbursed for these two Burgers. Thank you.

Checkers in mount Vernon NY no manager in the restaurant. Employee's can't speak english properly. They served cold hamburgers. Went back to return them and cold again. Not going there anymore and will tell other people as well! :(:(:(:(:(:(
checkers served me raw chicken sandwich
I ordered a Crispy Chicken sandwich form Checkers for the first time in my life and it was raw in the center. I was eating while I was driving and noticed it seemed too chewy. I looked down and almost threw up. This has never happened to me before. I did not take it back as I'm sure they would have just offered a new one or my money back. I came home and took pictures of it because it just seems too unbelievable to me. I thought their food was on timers so they could not serve undercooked meat. I do not like fast food restaurants because I know speed is everything. I have eaten Checkers before and their meat gives me diarrhea within 15 minutes. I usually, maybe twice a year, get a BLT in which I have never had a problem with. Needless to say I will NEVER order or eat chicken from another fast food place again!

In today’s environment and economic conditions thousands of well-mannered, respectful and eager to please individuals are looking for jobs. It would be in the best interest of corporations that such personnel is acquired and retained. It would be paramount to CSK interests that such caliber of individual worked at the Checker Auto stores since customer and consumer skills are imperative to its survival but instead, they employ and protect Racist Bigots full of hatred with outright nasty attitudes towards anyone that, their little or no intellect and very limited IQ, percieve as being an Illigal or otherwise foreign individual.
You might very well want to stay away from this store (#01239 on Tatum Blvd) if you live in Scottsdale or all stores for that matter anywhere in the USA because, even their Boss and CEO Larry Mondry will NOT acknowledge or appologize for his employee's attitude and his refusal to respond to my letter and complaint shows, as I mentioned in the letter to him, that it is is direction and policy that allows for racist, bigot employees.
So, if you are from South America, or from southeast Asia, or Europe, or Middle East; if your skin is dark, or your hair is dark, if you speak with any kind of accent you are, according to this racist and his boss "AN ILLIGAL, STUPID IGNORANT ALIEN"...I'm not eventhough he thought so and I must point to all of you from Texas, tennessee, New York, etc... Okay, I along with thirteen other people sitting in there drive threw sat for twenty minutes just to get our order taken. I finally said forget this and went to a neighboring taco bell and got my food ordered and received in under three. Many people need to be fired and someone who cares needs to be inserted to correct these flaws or the business will sink.
I went to rally's today 06/02/2016 at 1:19 pm and purchased mozerella sticks. I asked for to marinara. I get my bag and proceed to pull off. I open my bag and there's two marinara sauces .. One is busted up and open as if it had been dropped . Old marinara dried up on the side. Now it wouldn't have been a problem to just go back and ask for another one had I not watch the girl (Sarah F) stop and look at the marinara.. I know she saw it and I felt it was intentional. I'll take my money back to sonic.. It's higher but worth it

Rally's at Airport Highway and Byrne Rd.in Toledo Ohio. We were in their drive-thru waiting on our food for 11 minutes. The crew were playing around and none of them were working on our order.
