I waited for and expected my autoship order of chicken food all week. I checked on it online yesterday, October 13, 2023, and only then saw it was canceled.
I called and your (impolite) customer service rep told me Chewy canceled my autoship because I did not respond to a vague "secutiry" email, which I only found today in my spam folder. No telephone call, no text, no online message. Your CSR also told me that they would have done the same cancellation without notice of my replacement autoship due to go out today..
We have received Chewy autoshipments for years, why on Earth whould you do this, rather than call or message an established customer in the App, you choose not to make money and just cancel my autoship? I am seriously upset.
I reordered for shipment today because I am in a bind with low chicken food, thanks to you. I also lost out on really cute dog halloween costumes that went out of stock before I could reorder.
Unfortunately, after this order, Chewy has lost my business. Not only did you cause me great inconvenience, but your customer service was also rude; this person could not have given less of a damn that I will have to drive 20 miles to buy my brand of chicken food due to you canceling my autoship order without notice. There are many other pet food delivery services, you know!
