Aaron McMann is presently facing legal action in three separate cases for failing to make payments to a subcontractor. Additionally, he is involved in two other lawsuits related to nonpayment for materials, with the total amount exceeding $300,000.

Aaron orchestrated a fabricated robbery at his own store, alleging that someone unlawfully entered and stole items valued at over $10,000. The motive behind this deception was to submit an insurance claim and obtain a substantial payout, which he intended to use to compensate employees who had not received payment for over six months. To execute this scheme, he enlisted the help of his wife's cousin to break into the shop and steal at least 10 items. However, the plan unraveled when the cousin was apprehended selling the stolen items in a pawn shop in a neighboring state. Despite initially filing a false police report and denying any knowledge of the incident, it was eventually revealed that a family member was implicated in the wrongdoing, raising suspicions about the entire situation.

Aaron McMann has a propensity for habitual dishonesty. He is inclined to fabricate falsehoods on a wide range of topics in order to tell people what they want to hear. Rather than providing straightforward responses, he often evades the crux of the matter and offers minimal information, relying heavily on a stream of excuses.

In general, this company operates as a comprehensive scam, primarily focused on collecting funds while delivering only the most minimal services. Despite the owner's denial of any wrongdoing, it's challenging to dismiss the legitimacy of over 50 customer complaints seeking justice.

Aaron engages subcontractors who lack proper licensing or bonding, and he often manipulates the permitting process. This involves either submitting permits under Chi-Line Construction while hiring another company to do the job at a lower cost or allegedly filing another contractor's business license without proper authorization. The act of illegally obtaining a permit under someone else's business license raises significant concerns about potential misrepresentation or falsification of legal documentation in a professional context, marking a serious violation of legal and ethical standards within the construction industry.

Furthermore, Aaron is currently in debt to several subcontractors for recent jobs. He is presently involved in a legal dispute with a subcontractor who is entitled to more than $15,000. The services were finalized in January 2023, but Aaron has not made any attempt to settle the payment, and he is unresponsive to phone calls or text messages. One instance involves an individual who performed electrical work and is owed over $10,000, with no indication of Aaron considering making a payment. This is not an isolated case; in the past, there was a subcontractor who framed a deck for the company, passed inspection, and yet Aaron refused to compensate him for undisclosed reasons. Unfortunately, similar stories of non-payment to subcontractors are not uncommon.

Look at all of Aaron's reviews. Total BS company. He wants you to use his finance company so he collects the full amount, he never does the work, his suppliers will lien your home and you'll have to pay an attorney to recoup your money. Ask to speak to 3 previous customers and see the work he's done. Make sure it's not his family or friends as they are all part of the scam. Don't get involved with him

They haven't been back to finish the work they were paid to do by my insurance. They got paid in full and say they'll come back, but only when it's convenient for them. They still haven't returned. The job was supposed to be done by December .

Chi-Line Construction, Inc. is the bomb! They totally rocked my basement project. They got it done right on schedule, just like they promised. And get this, they even rolled with my last-minute tweaks. Now, I've got the ultimate office space, a cozy spot for my peeps to crash, a swanky bathroom, and a rad play area for my kiddos. It's like a dream come true, thanks to Chi-Line!

Whenever I need a quote, some guidance, or actual work done, Chi-Line is always there, no questions asked. Let's just focus on the good reviews, shall we? In this day and age, people just love to complain about anything, whether it's fair or not. But let me tell you, Chi-Line has always had our backs. You can totally count on them!

Had concrete poured in April. Terrible job to start. They said they'd send someone to fix anything I needed. Last talked to them on June 5th. Now, the owner texts me almost two months later, saying someone will come today to fix the concrete. Sorry, but it's not on your schedule anymore. I haven't heard from you in almost two months, and now you want things done when you want? And you even threaten me? Not how you treat customers. Bad service.

I got bullied by the owner ***. He said he'd come back to finish the punch list, but he hasn't. It's been 1 1/2 years now. Every time I called him to complete the jobs, he'd either say yes or claim the warranty time is up. Seriously, how can time be up when the items weren't even finished? I stopped calling after 6 months. And guess what? I still don't have water running to my outdoor faucets. They updated my plumbing (per code), but they forgot to run the lines to the outdoor plumbing. The gutter in the front of the house wasn't properly installed and slopes towards the ground. Because of this, the water runs towards the low spot instead of the downspouts. Unfortunately, this area is right where I enter and exit the front door. They never completed the painting of a ceiling. They missed a whole area. The bathroom shower door upstairs wasn't properly installed and it fell off the wall. The screws used were too short and didn't anchor the shower door properly. It fell off after using it a few times. The doors to the bathroom, closets, and bedrooms weren't properly installed and don't close properly. They never finished caulking around the bathroom window. The door handles for the cabinets weren't completed and installed. I'm still waiting for them to finish the electric in the utility room. They never installed the railing for the stairs leading to the front door. It's unsafe to use the front door because there's no railing to hold onto.
