VetFriends VetFriends Review: Helpful for Finding Old Military Buddies, but Watch Out for Overpriced Products and Email Spam

I just signed up for VetFriends to see if I could find some of my old Army buddies using their Vet Finder database. It kinda worked for one of them, but the other four were nowhere to be found. I guess they must have fallen off the radar or something.

Anyway, I was browsing their website and saw that they were selling an Army-style flashlight for over $40. That seemed pretty steep to me, especially since I know you can get them for $10 or less at the Exchanges. I'm not sure if their other products are similarly overpriced, but it definitely gave me pause.

One thing I will say is that I'm getting bombarded with emails from VetFriends. I mean, I appreciate that they're trying to keep me in the loop and all, but it's just too much. I finally had to mark them as spam so that they go straight to my Junk Folder instead of cluttering up my Inbox.

Overall, I think VetFriends is a decent resource if you're trying to find old military buddies, but don't expect to find everyone. And if you're thinking about buying anything from their website, just be aware that you might be able to find it cheaper elsewhere.

VetFriends Frustrating Experience with VetFriends Customer Support and Shipping

I gotta say, I've used VetFriends before and it's been pretty good. But this time, I ordered a couple shirts and a hat and it's been a real hassle. I got an email saying it might take a while to ship, which is annoying enough, but then I realized I ordered the wrong size on one of the shirts. So I sent a detailed email to customer support asking for a change, but I haven't heard anything back. And when I tried to follow up, I got nothing. No response, no help, nothing.

To make matters worse, I got an email from customer support about a bad review I left them. Like, seriously? Instead of actually helping me with my order, they're worried about their online reputation. And forget about calling them - I waited on hold forever and then got dumped into voicemail.

I'm not saying don't use VetFriends, but just be prepared for some frustrating experiences. Maybe they're just overwhelmed right now, but it's still not a great look.

VetFriends Disappointing Experience with VetFriends: Poor Customer Service and Refusal to Refund

I recently signed up for VetFriends, a website that helps connect veterans and their families. I was hoping to use the site to help my daughter find her father, who served in the military. The monthly fee of $9.97 seemed reasonable, so I decided to give it a try.

However, when it came time to close my account, I ran into some issues. I sent an email to the customer service team asking them to close my account, but I never received a response. I then tried calling their customer service number, but it was so busy that I had to leave a voicemail. Unfortunately, I never heard back from them.

A month went by, and I noticed that VetFriends had charged my credit card again. I was surprised and frustrated, as I had already requested that my account be closed. I tried contacting them again, but still didn't receive a response. At this point, I decided to dispute the charges with my bank.

To my surprise, VetFriends refused to give me a refund, even though I had clearly requested that my account be closed. I couldn't believe it when they charged my credit card again, even after I had disputed the charges. I had to contact my bank once again to dispute the latest charge and cancel my credit card to prevent VetFriends from continuing to charge me.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with VetFriends. Their customer service was non-existent, and their refusal to give me a refund was unacceptable. I would not recommend this website to anyone looking to connect with veterans or their families.

VetFriends Poor Customer Service and Slow Shipping: My Experience with VetFriends.com

So, I decided to give VetFriends a try and placed an order online. I was in a hurry to receive my item, so I paid extra for 2-day shipping. However, to my disappointment, the item took 3 whole weekdays to ship out. By the time it was shipped, it was already late. I was not happy about it, so I decided to email them before the package was delivered, which was 7 days after I placed the order with 2-day shipping. In my email, I requested that they refund the shipping and handling costs.

After waiting for well over a month, I finally received an email from them today in response to my email. I was shocked and disappointed that it took them so long to respond to my email. I mean, who does that? I was not impressed with their customer service at all. From what the email says, it seems like they give poor customer service to hundreds of customers and take months to fix any issues. Moreover, there is no way to speak to a human to fix anything.

In conclusion, I would not recommend doing business with VetFriends.com. They have poor customer service, take forever to respond to emails, and do not have a way to speak to a human to fix any issues. It's just not worth it.

VetFriends Disappointing Quality and Lack of Customer Service from VetFriends

I recently ordered an 82nd Airborne Hat from VetFriends for my disabled vet friend in the Roseburg Oregon Vets Home. I was excited to receive the product, but when it arrived, I was extremely disappointed. The hat was poorly made with cheap foreign materials. The adjustment band was made of flimsy plastic and the front patch was half attached and made of plastic as well. It was clear that there was no quality control in the production of this product.

I have been trying to contact VetFriends to address this issue, but have not received any response. It is frustrating to see a company that claims to support the Vet cause with such vigor, but delivers sub-standard products and lacks customer service outreach. I paid $32.22 for this garbage and it is a shame that VetFriends is pushing their cause with such low-quality products.

I wish I could provide a photo to show the poor quality of the product, but unfortunately my camera needs charging. I will be reposting with a photo as soon as I am able to charge my camera. In the meantime, I urge others to be wise and avoid ordering from VetFriends. You will be disappointed with the products and lack of customer service.

VetFriends VetFriends Review: Is Their Lookup Database Worth Paying For?

Yo, what's up guys? So, I heard about this website called VetFriends and decided to check it out. Apparently, it's supposed to be a useful service for vets, but I gotta say, I'm not too impressed.

I read an article in the Glendale Daily Planet that was questioning whether the lookup database was actually worth paying for. They tried reaching out to VetFriends for a response, but didn't hear anything back. That's pretty lame if you ask me.

From what I can tell, VetFriends is just trying to sell you stuff that you can find for free elsewhere. And don't even get me started on the amount of spam emails they send out. I had to unsubscribe from their list mailer because it was getting ridiculous.

I tried emailing them a couple of times about the search service, but never got a response. So, if anyone out there has any info on whether the database is actually worth it, hit me up.

Overall, I'm not too impressed with VetFriends. It seems like they're just trying to make a quick buck off of vets without actually providing any useful services. Save your money and look elsewhere.

VetFriends Disappointing Experience with VetFriends: Poor Customer Service and Shipping Delays

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with VetFriends. They claim that orders will ship within 1-4 days, but let me tell you, that's a load of baloney. I waited a full 8 days before I decided to try and contact them about my order. And guess what? They didn't answer their phone. Not even once. So I thought, okay, maybe they're just busy. I'll shoot them an email instead. But nope, they didn't respond to that either.

At that point, I was pretty fed up. I decided to cancel my order altogether. But then, wouldn't you know it, they went ahead and shipped it anyway. And get this - it's coming all the way from China on some slow boat. I mean, come on. If you're going to mess up my order, at least have the decency to let me know.

I haven't received any sort of apology or acknowledgement from them. No product either, for that matter. It's just radio silence. And let me tell you, that's pretty frustrating. I don't think I'll ever order from VetFriends again. And honestly, I'm a little skeptical of the positive reviews I've seen about them. How can their customer service be any good if they don't even bother to communicate with their customers? It's like they're just ignoring us completely.

Honestly, I wish I had read some reviews before I placed my order. I'm starting to get the feeling that this company is just some guy working out of his garage. And not doing a very good job of it, either. It's a shame, really. I mean, these are vets we're talking about here. They deserve better treatment than this. I'm just shaking my head at the whole thing.

VetFriends Poor Customer Service and Communication: My Experience with VetFriends

I recently made a purchase from VetFriends and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. I ordered two items, but upon receiving my package, I noticed that only one item was correct. The shirt I ordered was two sizes too big and the insignia was completely wrong. I immediately contacted their customer service team to rectify the situation.

However, the communication with VetFriends was extremely difficult. It took them two weeks to provide me with instructions on how to send the item back. The first person I spoke with promised to send me a prepaid shipping label to return the shirt since they sent the wrong item. However, after a full week of waiting and several phone calls (where I could only leave a message) and emails, I finally received an email from the customer service manager. Unfortunately, the manager talked down to me and was very rude.

After a few more days, I decided to send the shirt back to them with tracking and hoped for the best. The package arrived at their facility on a Friday, and I received an email the following Tuesday that my refund had been processed. However, they refused to refund the $10 postage fee.

Overall, my experience with VetFriends was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially a veteran. The communication was terrible, and the customer service was rude. It's best to avoid them altogether.

VetFriends Disappointing Experience with VetFriends: Misuse of Personal Content and Lack of Credit

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with VetFriends. I had some photos from my time in the Air Force that I submitted to them when I was a member, but now that I've stopped my membership, they're still using my photos without even giving me credit. I should have read their membership agreement more closely, but I guess I just trusted them to do the right thing.

But here's the thing - their membership agreement basically says that by submitting any personal information or content to them, you're giving them the right to use it however they want, without paying you or even giving you credit. That's pretty messed up, if you ask me. And after reading some other reviews here, it seems like I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience with them.

Honestly, it's just really disappointing to see a company that's supposed to be all about supporting veterans and bringing people together behaving like this. It makes me wonder what else they might be doing behind the scenes that we don't know about. I think I'll be looking for a different way to connect with other veterans from now on.

VetFriends Disappointing Experience with VetFriends.com: Slow Shipping and Poor Customer Service

My dad, who is a veteran, saw a cool hat on VetFriends.com while scrolling through Facebook. I ordered it for him and we decided to pay extra for fast shipping, which was supposed to take 2-3 days. However, a week went by and we still hadn't received the hat. All we got was a vague email receipt. I decided to email them and it took them 3 days to respond. They told me that I would receive an email with tracking information once the order shipped and that their shipping policy was 3-5 business days. They also said that sometimes availability becomes an issue with inventory and they work orders from oldest to newest. I wasn't happy with their response because we paid extra for fast shipping and they still didn't tell us when we would receive the item.

Fast forward two weeks later and we still haven't received the hat. I'm very disappointed with VetFriends.com and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. There are many other veteran-owned companies out there that are reputable and reliable. Don't waste your money on VetFriends.com.

I recently made a purchase on VetFriends.com for some Christmas gifts. The website said that my order would be shipped before Christmas, which was great news for me. However, I was disappointed to find out that my order had not been sent even after the holiday season had passed. Unfortunately, the customer service representative I spoke with was not very helpful. In fact, she was quite rude to me. She even went as far as to say that she would cancel my order altogether. VetFriends Disappointing Experience with VetFriends: Poor Quality and Customer Service

I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out about my experience with VetFriends. I ordered a shirt that was supposed to be black, but when it arrived it was more of a weird greenish-grey color. Not what I was expecting at all. So I called up customer service to see if I could get it replaced with the right color. But instead of being helpful, the person on the phone just told me that's the color it comes in and if I don't like it, tough luck. Not cool, man.

To make matters worse, they said they would only refund the price of the shirt and the original shipping, and I would have to pay to send it back. That's just not good customer service, you know? If they had advertised the color correctly in the first place, I wouldn't have had to go through all this trouble.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with VetFriends. The quality of the product wasn't great and the customer service was even worse. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

VetFriends Disappointing Experience with VetFriends: Delayed Order, No Refund, Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I ain't too happy with my experience with VetFriends. I placed an order way back on May 7th, and they charged me right away. But then, almost a whole week later, they finally got around to telling me that they didn't even have the dang product I ordered! What a waste of my time and money.

So, they offered me store credit instead of giving me my money back. But I wasn't gonna let them off the hook that easy. I made a fuss, and finally they said they'd give me a full refund. But guess what? It's now June 14th, and I still ain't seen a penny of that refund. And get this - when I try to look up my order, it says it's "completed"! How can it be completed when I ain't got no product and no refund?!

And don't even get me started on their customer service. Every time I call, they just tell me to email them. Like, seriously? Can't they just pick up the dang phone and talk to me like a human being? It's like they don't even care about their customers.

Overall, I gotta say I'm pretty disappointed with VetFriends. They need to get their act together and start treating their customers better. Ain't nobody got time for this kind of nonsense.

VetFriends Disappointing Experience with VetFriends: No Delivery, No Response

I was really excited to order a C-130 Air Force Cap from VetFriends on September 8, 2017. It's been a while since I've had a new cap and I was looking forward to showing off my Air Force pride. However, it's now September 23, 2017 and still no cap. I've tried calling VetFriends, but all I get is a message telling me to leave a message. I've left a few messages, but haven't heard back. I also sent them two emails, but they told me to give them two business days to respond and it's been way longer than that.

I'm really disappointed in VetFriends. I thought they would be a company that cares about veterans, but it seems like they don't care about their customers at all. I've even made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau in Columbia, but I haven't heard back from them either.

I don't want anyone else to end up like me and lose their hard-earned money. If you're a veteran looking to buy something from a company that cares about you, I suggest you look elsewhere. VetFriends may be well "cloaked," but they don't seem to care about their customers.

VetFriends VetFriends Review: Scamming Veterans and Failing to Deliver Promised Services

I gotta say, VetFriends ain't exactly what I thought it was gonna be. I mean, I paid my hard-earned cash and what did I get? Nada. Zilch. Zero. I tried emailing them, but it's like my messages are going into a black hole. And don't even get me started on trying to call them. It's like they don't even have a real phone number.

I ain't the only one who's had problems with these guys. I heard from a buddy of mine that they've been scamming other veterans too. That's just low, man. Real low. I mean, we served our country and this is how they treat us? It's a disgrace.

I finally had enough and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I ain't gonna let them get away with this. They promised me something and they didn't deliver. That's just plain wrong.

I just want my money back, you know? Is that too much to ask? I don't want some stupid credit or anything like that. I want a check that I can take to the bank and deposit. That's it.

So, if you're thinking about using VetFriends, my advice to you is don't. Save your money and find another way to connect with your fellow veterans. These guys ain't worth it.

VetFriends Disappointed with VetFriends.com's Customer Service and Delivery Process

I recently made a purchase on VetFriends.com for a total of $80.00. I was really excited to receive my items, but after two weeks of waiting, I still hadn't received anything. I decided to give the company a call to see what was going on. To my surprise, they told me that the Post Office was unable to deliver to a UPS Facility Post Office Box in Alexandria VA. I was really disappointed and frustrated because the company had promised a delivery time of 1-7 days.

I was really hoping for some kind of notification or tracking number, but I didn't receive anything. I understand that VetFriends.com is a company that tries to serve the needs of veterans, but I was really disappointed with the customer service. I decided to cancel my order and I don't think I will be purchasing anything from this company again.

Overall, I think VetFriends.com has a lot of potential, but they need to work on their customer service and delivery process. It's really important to keep customers informed and up-to-date on their orders, especially when they're spending a significant amount of money. I hope that the company takes this feedback into consideration and makes some improvements in the future.

VetFriends Disappointing Experience with VetFriends: Poor Customer Service and Unfulfilled Orders

I recently had an experience with VetFriends (vetfriends.com) that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I decided to order through PayPal, as I always do for security and shipping purposes. Unfortunately, I never received my order and had to go through the hassle of calling their customer service line. I was put on hold for what felt like an eternity, and when I finally got through, I was met with unhelpful responses.

I also tried emailing and messaging through PayPal, but was told that I was the problem and that I hadn't actually sent any emails (even though I had sent 11!). It was frustrating to feel like I was being blamed for something that wasn't my fault. I have to admit, I was pretty angry and felt like I was being attacked by the customer service representative, who seemed to think that I was lying about my attempts to contact them.

I can't help but wonder if they're using the free search to build a customer list, rather than actually caring about veterans or providing good customer service. It's a shame, because I really wanted to support a company that was dedicated to helping veterans. In the end, PayPal saved my butt and I was able to get my money back.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. It's a shame that they don't seem to care about their customers or providing good service. VetFriends Terrible Experience with VetFriends: Unprofessional, Unresponsive, and Rude

Don't waste your precious time and energy dealing with VetFriends. I had a terrible experience with them recently. I cancelled my order on the same day, but they still charged my credit card. These so-called Vet "Friends" are not very friendly at all! To make matters worse, they sent me an email telling me to contact their administrator if I had any issues with my order. But they didn't provide an email address or phone number. Can you believe that? They expect me to do all the research myself! And to top it off, they didn't even bother returning my phone messages.

I tried to discuss my order with them, but they completely ignored me. So, I had no other choice but to start a "charge dispute" through my credit card company. It's really frustrating when you have to deal with a company that doesn't care about its customers. I would not recommend VetFriends to anyone. They are not worth your time or money.

In conclusion, if you're looking for a company that values its customers and provides excellent service, look elsewhere. VetFriends is not the company for you. VetFriends Disappointing Experience with VetFriends: Membership Issues and No Refund

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with VetFriends. I was really excited to join and reconnect with some old military buddies, but things just didn't go as planned. First off, they charged my credit card for the wrong membership - like, what the heck? And then when they finally did send me my membership, it had the wrong name on it. I mean, come on, how hard is it to get someone's name right?

So I asked for a refund, but did I get it? Nope. Nada. Zilch. And after reading some of these reviews, I'm starting to think I'm not the only one. It's really frustrating, because I was hoping to use this site to find some old friends and maybe even attend some reunions. But now I'm starting to wonder if it's even worth it.

Honestly, I'm thinking about contacting the national Veterans VFW to let them know about this. I mean, if these guys are scamming people out of their money, then that's just not right. And I've got the supporting mail to prove it - if they need it, I'll be happy to provide it.

All in all, I'd say that VetFriends is a pretty big letdown. I was hoping for a lot more, but it seems like they just can't get their act together. If you're thinking about joining, I'd say proceed with caution. Maybe try reaching out to some old friends on social media first - it might save you some time and money in the long run.

VetFriends I would like to stop the auto pay that is taken from my checking account!

I would like to stop the auto pay that is taken from my checking account! I have tried calling and email and no one responds. $9.97 is taken out of our checking account each month! My husband no longer pays the bills and I did not see this until recently. I have called numerous times and been put on hold and been disconnected. I emailed them and got no response.

VetFriends I have been billed $9.97 on my debit card for the past three months for ??

I have been billed $9.97 on my debit card for the past three months for ? I contacted the company and got no answer (both phone and email I have no idea what my debit card if being charged for. I have tried to resolve this with the company and have had no results. I am on disability and have limited income so the money they are taking from my card is very important to me. I do not know how they got my card # but I do know that I did not receive anything from this company in the past three months in which I am being billed for.

Do not respond to emails. Page won't let you fix problems. I made an order. Following up on an order that was inavertly sent to my old address. No one answered email. Now I have no control of locating it. It's very upsetting that they wouldn't help me get to my address.

VetFriends Ordered Veteran Decal with US Air force Veteran

Ordered Veteran Decal with US Air force Veteran. Received a generic Decal. Have repeated try to contact firm for solution with no respond tocomplaing. I ordered decals from firm some time ago, On 7/27 l received a package with a receipt for my order with the correct decal printed on the receipt but generic Veteran decal inside, I immediately try to contact firm by phone at [protected]. Was put on hold and repeatedly disconnected. I contact their customer support and left two complain asking to be contacted for resolution to their problem. Was told next available rep,.would call. So far no contact.

VetFriends Earlier this year Feb or March I placed an order from Vet Friends for an Aviation DVD set

Earlier this year Feb or March I placed an order from Vet Friends for an Aviation DVD set.($43). I was sent a reply that it had been sold out. After I was told this item would no longer be available, they would keep my $43 on account for my next order.Just mention order # ***. I have NO plans to ever order from Vet Friends again! Over the past 2 months I have contacted customer ***@VetFriends.com requesting my money be returned. I have supplied my e mail address and phone number as a contact. Nothing. I have tried the phone number [protected] to no avail. I would like to have my on acct. money returned. Thanks

VetFriends I ordered two caps in March , P

I ordered two caps in March , P.O. shows delivered but I did not receive them. I contacted Vetfriends and they just Harass me. No delivery or comp. I ordered two caps in March and awaited delivery, I waited extra time to allow for Covid 19 concerns and slowed delivery. According to the old P.O. My packages were delivered but never received here and VetFriends will not replace the order though they have been paid in full. All I get from them is harassment and accusations and no real action to either refund or replace, even though they have a 100% guarantee to service and sales. As a veteran I feel they are stealing from me.

Item has never shipped and no return call after 12 phone calls and 2 emails I ordered a keychain from vetfriends and waited 5 days for it to ship. I ordered the same item from a different company and it shipped the following day so I tried to email vetfriends to cancel the order but it was saying it was an invalid email address. I found their phone number and called 4 times 6/10 with no return phone call. Called another 8 times in the next two days as well as another email I finally found that worked for them. I still have yet to speak to somebody to cancel the order and get my money back even though the item still hasn't shipped as of 6/12

VetFriends I ordered a shirt on July 21st

I ordered a shirt on July 21st. Order number XXXXXX. My credit card was debited. I have been trying to cancel the order with no response. I ordered a shirt on 7/21. I sent their support dept to cancel the order the next day and received a email from Zendesk giving me a request number XXXXXX and someone would contact me. It's been over a week and no one has contacted me. I have emailed their support email 3 times with no response. I have been calling for over a week and get the same message that all agents are busy, please wait. After the third such message they hang up. My credit card has been debited for the amount charged. I just wanted to cancel my order since it was going to take over three to four weeks to ship.

VetFriends I placed an order on May 13 and until the present time I have not received my them

I have emailed them 2 times to inquire but I have not gotten even just a courtesy message that they received my inquiry. A have also been calling but I am alway being put on hold and get disconnected. I received 2 caps from vetfriends my previous order my caps were made in Vietnam these 2 new caps are NOT a MAN size caps they are much smaller in siz My caps were made in China in this day and age i do Not want to receive Nothing made in China because of the VIRUS that in China.So i need this company to send me the same model caps i order but made in Vietnam there are wherr my previous caps are made from.The China caps are much smaller i guest less materials use mean more caps made .I want a Man size caps these caps made in China are for children heads again a VIRUS IN CHINA send me nothing from China.Anothet question why we veterans ordering caps from Vietnam and China .Whats wrong with MADE IN USA?Labor cost to much? VetFriends Your login / password system DOES NOT WORK, I have tried numerous times to change my password

Your login / password system DOES NOT WORK, I have tried numerous times to change my password. The system tells it has been changed but it has not I have tried MANY times to act on your offer of lifetime membership. I use the email as the email indicates. It sends me a password change email. I click on the link and put in a new password, with verification. I click to send it. I then try login with my User ID ( email). Enter the just changed password, send and I get the error screen that says user ID. or password are wrong. I try again, same response. I Em not using the wrong information. I have done this at least 10 times, new password each time. The system still will not let me in. This is frustrating and unprofessional on your part. I want to do the lifetime membership at the discounted rate, AS THE EMAIL OFFERS! But I can not because the system is messed up. Please help me.
