Choice Home Warranty review: Choice home appliances insurance

I signed up for the home appliances insurance provided by CHOICE Company

I obtained a policy for 5 years at the time that I acquired the policy I was told a deceiving lie the sales person assured me that any of my appliances brake down including air conditioning, heating furnace, and water heater would be repaired or Replaced in the event that it can not be repaired. on or about December 2023 or January 2014 I initiated a claim on my microwave

GE profile model PT970 30in which is a wall unit combo with cooking oven

Choice sent a Sears Repair company it was determined that the microwave need it a part that was not available, choice contacted me and told me that it can not be fixed at first they said that they were going to send me a gift card

for the amount of 439.00 from LOWES store 45 miles away from where I live

they told me that I needed it to drive down there and pick up the item and install it myself or pay some one to do it I'm senior citizen and is difficult for me to carry that heavy item I found out that I needed replace the whole unit including the regular oven I called choice and told them that I had to replace everything finally they sent me a check for the amount of 667.00 us dollars

I check prices on a 30 in combo unit and the cost is about [protected] dlls

plus the installation and the delivery. I believe the Choice Company delivery deceive people so the can purchase the policy they wouldn't cover what they

advertise. Note : when you call for service they charge you deductible the repair person looks at the broken I them if the determent that it can no be fixed they obligation is to replace and install it not just leave all broke items around and expect for you to finished the job that you have paid for,

I was just wondering if one of my large item like ac unit or furnace brakes down I would be facing the same problem,

Choice Home warranty should stop deceiving the customers

and they should stop their illegal advertising.
