Choice Home Warranty review: Microwave

CHOICE HOME WARRANTY IS A SCAM, DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEIR SALES REPRESENTATIVE IS SELLING YOU!

I purchased a home warranty for my appliances with Mathew at Choice home Warranty [protected] x 4930 & spoke with Mathew. I asked specific questions about the warranty & what it covers, I told him that I've been at my home for 18 years & I asked him that if my appliance breaks down if its still covered & he said YES! When I called to file a claim & told the claims department that my microwave vent door fell, they denied the claim & also denied refunding my premium & the $75 deductible that I paid the technician from LA Best Appliance Services [protected] (who no longer answers my calls).

Choice Home Warranty is a scam and the technicians they hire are also a scam. They told me that my claim was denied because its due to wear & tear, & I thought its exactly what I purchased, an extended warranty! They should be put out of business. I requested a recording of my call with the sales rep & they told me that I need to hire a lawyer & have my lawyer request the recording of my conversation, can you believe this SH***TTT
