Chumba Casino / VGW Holdings I didn't get my free spins

I was spinning on my free 10 games at 2:33 am on 12/27/17 and I got 12 free spins it froze up on my free 8 spin and I hit the wild in the middle and it would not let me spin or spin my other free 8 spins I also had 52.50 that I had won and it would not let me collect it either. I have a total of winnings of 1345.21 and it would not let me cash it out either. I have pictures and videos.

I filed a complaint with PayPal only to be told that there were too many charges for me to dispute. I then found out that they somehow spoofed my IP address OR PayPal is lying to me. Chumba Casino / VGW Holdings won't pay your winning money

Chumba Casino, a Rip off online casino that will find all the excuses to avoid paying winners.

A friend of mine (whose name and email are hidden due to personal privacy) was so fed up over the last couple weeks. He won $5, 000 on Nov 11, 2017. And of course, anyone would like to have their winnings cash out.

After receiving cash out request from him, Chumba asked for the verifications (this is where they play around with us, the victims).

Followed the instructions given,
after making him waited for couple days, they then said that the winning money can't be withdrawn.

However, my friend already sent them an email about closing his first account which he no longer use way back in July.

Knowing that Chumba is fishy and won't pay the winning money, my friend took the next step and seek helps from paypal and the banks. Then after the transactions got disputed, Chumba deducted the amount from his account.

It's clearly that his account has the amount of winning money as stated in the email. Chumba won't let him replace the old account with the new one so that they don't have to pay him. don't ever play from chumba, my friend has filed claims, cases to get all his money back. He didn't deserve the troubles, neither you or me or anyone else should suffer. Be careful and NEVER play Chumba Casino EVER.

Chumba Casino / VGW Holdings cashing out

This company is a boiler room back room joke. I only invested a buck to get $10 in credit. I turned that buck into almost $200 playing blackjack, I go to cashout. And im waiting for three days. I email and 2 days later I get response to verify my paypal email. I do so, response of they are updating it. To make a long story short 3 [censor] weeks and still no cashout. This place can kiss my entire [censor]. Going to play elsewhere. Its a shame because I am a pretty solid player. See ya crumb snatchers.

They have clipped me for $1450.00

Have $ in my account. Try to deposit $100... Says account unavailable - select cancel payment.

Check my bank a day later ... - $100.

.. good luck getting it back. They ask for a transaction number, but they only email that when payment was successful.

Cash Out Request submitted Oct 19, 2017 for $2001.95 still NOT PAID.
Verification was approved and Pin number assigned to me but they kept complaining about the readability of the Drivers License. At this point I have not heard from them and they do not respond at all the Ticket#1352632 . It has been 10 days since their last DL request ! I wanna know where my d---- money is ! There is no phone number that I can find.

I play at least 50 to 100 a week playing I never hit nothing to brag about .. My favorite game is Wilds but half the time it eats the money because the site do this game is slow constantly spins! I've played every single game I think on this site never hit anything that's worth trying to cash out!

Chumba Casino / VGW Holdings gaming

I have been playing online slot games with chumba casino, for almost 6 months. The first time, I won any significant amount was sept. 5, 2017 (100.00). I cashed out and sent it in, I was told I needed to send documents in to verify my identity. I did as instructed but was told: I did not send it in a timely manner; therefore, it was credited it back to my account. I did not have a problem with the decision. Chumba casino sent me an email on sept. 7, 2017, stating: I had been approved and if I cashed out again, there would be no problem. I would receive my money in 2-3 business days. On, sept. 30, 2017, I won $600.00, and cashed out. About 2 days later, I received a email, that said: I needed to show verification. I email them back, stating: I had already been verified but I send the information again.in the mean time, I won $500.00 on oct. 5, 2017, and cashed out at $450.00. I have not received anything from chumba casino. There are several groups on facebook with people who play regularly and I have read 100's of stories like mine. Please investigate... This is fraud in the worst way and it is being done consistently!

They are totally monitoring the players, let me provide an ex: I win $3500USD and successfully cash out thru paypal. Then I'm like that was great, let's try to win some more! ... you will not win until you have deposited atleast approx. 65-82% of the amount you cashed out, and sometimes they will keep taking like it's going out of style!. .. then when you contact them thru zendesk, complaining about it they have the nerve to tell you today's just not your lucky day. Maybe give the reels a rest and try again tomorrow?! They also clearly have paypal in their back pocket. If they were smart they would show appreciation to their bread and butter, b/c they obviously don't realize without players they'd have no profit!

Well I seen a ad on facebook so I started to play for # and giggles got to take chances right! Well put about sixty dollars in to the game because I liked playing but when I won a hundred dollars. They ask for id to cash out sent my id then they needed a utility bill so sent that then got a code to put in did that never received money they will give you the run around. I had to do the same thing and had no problem when I won 1500.00 and been playing ever since. It took like maybe 45 mins. I was like this ain't real because when I started playing they were giving out twenty or twenty five dollars to play so I was like what the heck. I won 80 and tried to cash out bout because I was playing through fb the minimum was 400 so, I kept playing I didn't know what the features were but I soon found out and I was like wow! When I got up to 1500 I cashed out a portion of it and that's when they asked for the info and I still didn't believe it so at first I was kind of skeptical.but, I did it anyway and I'm glad I did. Believe I've lost but I've won more. So, like the lottery I'll keep playing until my loses out way my wins and then it's time to stop. Hope you try again and have better luck. P.S. Try to login through your email or the direct site because you can cash out with just a hundred.

Chumba Casino / VGW Holdings Cash out withdrawal

I won 500 on Chumba Casino Play and submitted tickets requesting payout and I have been getting the run around and now no responses at all. I paid money to play and its not right that they won't pay me my winnings. I have won many times and had no problems with my smaller winnings but now it seems that I may have been scammed. Chumba Casino / VGW Holdings won't credit account

I started playing this a couple of months ago and have enjoyed it up until now.

Yesterday I paid $30.00 through PayPal, which by the way never got credited to my Chumba account. After trying to battle back and forth with the Chumba team over, they ended up closing my dispute and never resolved anything. Now I can't get a response from them.
I ended up disputing the charge through PayPal and got my money back. Now instead of my Chumba account being correct, they show it as me owing them $30.00 and again, won't respond to my messages to get this fixed.

It's really sad, because I loved playing this game, but I won't throw my hard earned money away and not be able to get a response when I need it.

In Dec. of 2016, I bought 3 facebook gamecards to play on Chumba Casino. One was in the amount of $20., and the other two were in the amount of $10. each. I entered the cards per their instructions, and still have not received credit for any of them. I reentered one again to see if I had done the procedure correctly and was sent a message that I the card had already been entered. Four months later and many emails back and forth, I have been told that I owe $29.95 to facebook, and yet they haven't been able to find and credit my account for the $40. that I bought the cards with . I have sent them a picture of each gamecard, the amount they were for and where I purchased each one. I enjoyed the game but am growing tired of getting the run around. I have informed them that once they find the money that I have already sent in, they can take the $29.95 out of that and we will be even. Still waiting!

I used to like chumba Casino I spend a lot of money on them they made me win three or four times and after I cashed out on the 2100 for three months after that I have not won a damn thing. I would keep putting in money I wouldn't even get bonuses and when I do get a bonus betting $5 I must say the total payout would be less than the $5 bet come on you guys are a scam and you know it you monitor who wins if somebody that is just kicking back looking at the reals looking at your game and they're the ones that are controlling it trust me I heard the inside scoop I know somebody that works for them and that's what they said it's a scam don't do it

Chumba Casino / VGW Holdings system crashes and takes away winnings and free spins

This website is coming off as a huge scam. When I play with gold coins, I can't lose. When I switch to sweeps cash (Which I pay for via credit card), the losing begins and continues. Following is a recap of the issues I faced - including games crashing right in the midst of my winning and using free spins bonus - and the lack of a response from the chumba team.

Hello, I sent this message to you on 2-4-17 and followed up on 2-5-17 but I can't seem to get any response from your company. Please address this issue and credit my account accordingly.

I was playing nefertiti's gold using cash and had 18 free spins left with a pot that I was winning. Your site crashed and when I got back in I did not have any spins left and I lost my winnings. This is not right and completely unfair. Please correct this error.

After I sent the message the same thing happened while playing dusk moon faire. I had 2 free spins left and the system crashed.

I've attached a copy of the email that has been sent to you on 3 different occasions. Please rectify this problem asap.

Additionally, I am unable to log in so I tried to reset password and the message was that they would send me an email with instructions on how to reset. The email never comes. So i'm being forced to register as a new user just to send this message. I'll be complaining to facebook next.

Chumba Casino / VGW Holdings I deposited money but never went on casino

11/17/16 @ around 9:46pm california time I deposited 10 dollars that deducted from my account and never went on casino, just stole my money.
I have played her a couple of times, I thought something might be wrong here, but I just played it by ear, now all my worst fears, has come true. I know have investigated other claims, and has seen others, say that this casino is the worst of the worst.

Chumba Casino / VGW Holdings Total scam and rip off the draw you in then wont pay up

I finally won after spending way too much anyway the made it impossible to withdraw my money so now I am out 1800 dollars. I spent the last 2 day going back and forth sending proof of my ID etc. But still found excuses to give me a pin what a joke scam artist! Don't ever go on the site unless you want to be ripped off too! Scam!
