wouldn’t cash me out
I had 1800 that I won and submitted everything they asked for and waited a few days and nothing happened. Like a dummy I continued to play and ended up losing half of it. Tried to cash out what was left and customer service said they don't have my email on file. Wow, all this time and nothing. So I decided to gamble the rest, since my account didn't exist. I filed a dispute and will hopefully get some money back. We'll see.

Hello, my capital one creditor sent me an email stating that I had 2 transactions posted for $20 on 10/10 or 10/11 at the exact same time. So thats why they disputed one of them cause i know that i didn't receive$40 in sweeps. Was it really necessary to deactivate my account for $20? I have given chumba plenty of my Money. Also I had a cashout request for $110 that i would like credited to my bank please! And if you feel that there wasnt a double transaction I have no problem with Chumba deducting the $20 from my @. I have definitely put my duesand in for that $110 plenty times over cause chumba slots hasn't been paying out lately. At least from my experience. But I love playing Chumba slots they're my favorite. So if we could please get this issue resolved that would be great!

Total scam they do not pay you if you win..I provided all the info they needed and they always say they can't verify it..pretty pissed off it's a total scam do not play or you just might want to throw your money in the trash! They always have an excuse to not pay..my winning was just $205 so I can imagine if you won a lot more don't recommend it!

I won $1700 on chumba casino, on the 24 of septemberi, ve sent numerous emails to [protected]@chumbacasino, they started with my banking information, which i got from my bank and sent to them.Every other day i, d get an email saying this was not right and this is wrong.After three weeks they emailed and said that my banking information was all cleared and iwould get my money in 3to 5 buisness days.Since that they have asked for my banks swift number, i sent that.The next day they emailed and said that i had to answer a math question.The math question was not sent to me.Since that i, ve sent three emails asking for the math question i had to answer.I, m still waiting and no math question and no $1700.

I won $600.00 and I never got it. Keep asking me some proof but I did sent all of that. Too many excuses. I won a $100.00 and I never had a problem returning that to my acct. But I guess when you pass over a hundred you'll never see it. This is a rip off . ivenail them many times I have no response. All they keep asking you is I need more proof. I confirmed my ID and banking information to receive my Pin. When went to cash out they asked for everything all over again. Cool I submitted the information. Now I'm still waiting for my winnings. First I submitted my PADL and a photo, copy of the top of my bank statement. Was told to submit a picture of myself which I did, then I was told my bank statement was not acceptable that you needed the entire page (which frankly is none of your business). Then I sent the entire copy of the bank statement. I have not heard back. Have fumbled through your site and found a list of all my inquiries which most read solved. Well they are not solved! I read one that was open and now I find out that you want a live picture of me and you will not accept a copy of my joint account bank statement. This is absolutely ridiculous! Either refund my credit card (which you had no problem taking my money), or send me a check, or deposit the money to my bank account. If this is not resolved today I will file a complaint with the better business bureau and facebook.

i have been playing this casino games since 2015, always winning/losing. but i enjoyed playing. until i won a couple of times. minimum withdraw amount $400.00/ once a month.

unauthorized charges to my debit card
Im not an account holder but yet funds was debited from my card. I contacted chumba providing a copy of bank statement to show the amounts debited. They stated they couldn't find any transactions .I contacted the Better Business Bureau and thanks to them I got a email from Chumba asking to me to reply using a link they provided. Once you click on link it takes you directly to chumba website where it asks for account name and password. How could I know this as I dont have an account. And the link that was sent expired like in 20 minutes. So BBB was told by chumba that they made an attempt to resolve my issue but I failed to respond. I sent emails telling chumba i cant use their link and their reply is by sending me another useless link for which a account name and password is needed to access. What a run around.

I am having the same problems with Chumba Casino as well. I won $$$$ in May, 2018 and I am still trying to get my winnings. I have sent them the same information over and over again. Yesterday, 8/28/2018 I received yet another email from them asking for a deposit slip with my name and account number on it. Since I do no write checks anymore, I went to my bank, requested a deposit slip. Well, they gave me all the information I needed.
I send it back to Chumba, they said it did not have the correct account number on it. I them emailed them stating the account number is on the form, pointed it out to them, so far I have not heard from them, however; I know they will come up with something else.

I have won a few hundred dollars that I have attempted to withdraw on a few occasions.
The first time I tried to withdraw, they asked for a ton of verification and I just kept playing till that money was gone.
The second time I tried I thought they had all my verification information and waited for several days before contacting customer service . They were to get back to me but I didn't hear a word for several weeks. At that time, I received a notice saying that my attempt had expired, money was put into gold couns( which I couldn't convert to cash)
The third time and last attempt, I let them nknow that the email address I had been signing in with ( through Face Book) I was no longer able to access and gave them a new address. They continued to send mail to the other address. When I finally figured that out, they wanted more verification ( which I sent) after several days of again not hearing from them, they told me that I would be contacted when the verification process is finished . They couldn't tell me how long that would be.
When they did contact me I was informed that they couldn't send it to a business account. I explained it was my personal trust in my name that I use as a regular account. The money is just left in a trust for my family should something happen to me. Not acceptable.
Ok, refund it to PayPal. Nope . How about to the credit card I used to purchase the coins? . Nope. How about the money I purchased with to the card and the rest in sweeps? Nope. They charge $45.00 to send a check and I can only imagine what else they would need for verification if a check was requested. Ok, put the $300.00 back in sweeps within 24 hours and I'll either lose it and never play here again or win huge and open another bank account .
That process took over a week but the kicker at the end was, I had to be asked another Three times if I wanted the money back in sweeps. This is not done through online chat. It's all done through email and of course they are extremely busy so each mail thanked a minimum of 48 hours. Some take more than five days. In the meantime they have your money along with your winnings. This time I believe it was close to three weeks from request to having it back in to play with . Not even a comp or freee spins.
Not only that but several times when I have been playing, I will hit a big win, it starts to add it up and suddenly there is a server error and I'm knocked out of the game only to reply in and the big winks no longer there. Or, the machine lines up a win that would be substantial and all the sudden one reel will bump a quarter turn or so and gyess what? Nothing.
I hav several friends that used to play at Chumba. The only one ever able to actually get cash, doesn't have a permanent address or an I'd or a utility bill of any type in her name. She was willing to send the $45.00 for a check as she needed ANY money she could get and used her boyfriends credit card ( whom had just died ) to pay the $45.00. Suddenly Chumba didn't care where the money came from.

I have been trying to cash out money from chumba. I requested a cashout for $1000.00. I went through the whole verification process. I received an e-mail stating that my account had been verified. The next e-mail I got stated that my cashout had been authorized and processed. Money never went in my account. I questioned this through email. They replied that my bank rejected my cash out. I submitted a request for a payout on August 4th. As of August 16th I still have not received the payout. Payout amount was around $800. I have written to customer support several times and I either get no response or they tell me that a ticket was opened and the problem has been resolved. In addition, over the last few months, they have changed the frequency of "bonus games" appearing in the games, and if and when you finally receive a bonus game or free spins, you rarely collect even what one spin would pay out. Lastly, I was sent an email promotion and when I tried to use it it told me I'd already used that promotion, even though it just arrrived that day. When I opened a support ticket, I was told it was an old promotion that sent a delayed email, even though the date of the email was that day, and it said the promotion was good for 7 days from the receipt of the email. They refused to honor the promotion, even though it was only for $5 sweeps and even required me to spend money to receive it.

Keep saying my details are incomplete. I originally submitted all requested documents in April 20118. Was receiving payouts until a couple weeks ago. Now keep replying to that first bank info was incomplete, now address is. Documentation has all required information.

Now I get an e-mail saying trouble with verifying my bank information that I sent to you as you requested- a copy of my statement. Also, since I sent my driver's license copy I have not been able to purchase, as I had no trouble prior. I had let my banking centers know that it was me making the purchases.
