I say it again. I did not have 2 open accounts. I closed the first Facebook account months ago!
When I opened the sign in page at the casino the Facebook account opened automatically in the new Facebook account. I had nothing to do with that link. I did not intentionally open a second account! And you are punishing my by holding my $3200.00! That is a whole lot of money as I am also unemployed at the moment! If you had any care at all you would just send me my winnings through my PayPal and all this would go away.
I am going to have to go to your CEO to get this resolved. I cannot afford not to. I would even be happy to meet you half way and take $1600.00. It's just not right nor fair for me to lose it all when I did not do anything wrong on my end.
I tried to sign in my regular account but it kept saying it was inactive. I got the message finally that my account had been reopened but the only link that worked was the Facebook one at that time. So I used it and it was my new Facebook account already in your system! I did not think anything of it since I had closed the old one!
Please pay my balance to me. Your decent players would be in my court as support as I am telling you what happened here.

Cashed out weeks ago and online gaming company called Chumba Casinos asked for supported documents to prove identity. Upon providing documentation, cash out was still not granted. Request credit back to account to play $120 won, company ignored. This is a scam and is only a matter of time before they go under which is why they are stealing money from gamers. DO NOT waste your time and money for something you will truly never win. Dissappointed at the lack of professionalism. It's a shame, ultimately they could have more buisness and longevity doing things the right way. Legal actions will be taken.
The exact same thing happened to me on the same day, July 23, 2018. Been gaming with Chumba for over a year, never had problems with cash-out requests before. Then all of a sudden they want my supporting documents again and give me some kind of goof-ball excuse that there is a mismatch in name on my account when my account hadn't changed in over a year. Bunch of BS. I want a full refund.

I'm having the same predicament i recieved promotion in my email stating 300 sweeps for 200 dollars. i recieved this promotions before so I was like what the hell. I played was down to 20 dollars real quick but somehow hit this lucky streak and got up past 850 continued to play and saw it drop to 550 so I cashed out 450 and eventually lost the rest when I continued to play on. I've recieved all my cashouts before and even after this particular one. I've been emailing them for the past 17 days and I finally get a response that the promotion that was address to me should not have been issued to me. what the hell does that mean. so tell me this if I would of lost it all would I've recieved an email saying sorry that promotion link wasnt intended for me here is your money back. Chumba cash is not being loyal on paying out. they don't mind taking money from you. but when you win and you submit everything that you need to submit they don't want to pay out. I know I shouldn't Gamble but also chumba cash should not be taking people's money and not paying them. they used to have good customer service.

I requested a cash out for $400 and i sent in all requested documents to verify my account, they told me they were processing my cash out then I get an email from them claiming that I have multiple accounts open with them. So i request a list of these so called accounts and they tell me they have deleted all accounts except " my main account" the email listed for my so called main account isnt even my email it is my girl friends email. So they totally deny my withdrawl just flat out tell me im not getting my winnings and that i can only play on "main account", so i message them back informing them that the account they are saying is my main account isnt even my account but my girlfriends. They reply back with the same thing we closed all accounts but your main account and we have looked into your account and came to this is your account. So my girl friend goes thru her support tickets knowing that she has a message from chumba listing her name and that same email they are saying is mine, as her only main account. So i find the email and i send it back to them asking how this email can be my main email as well as my girlfriends main email since they have told us both the same thing about the same email. And they still denied my cash out request and claim that the email is mine not my girlfriends and say my girl friends main email is an account that is deactivated.. They lie and I have proof of this i jusgt dont kn0w what to do or where to take the proof to have something done about it.. any advice?

I submitted a payout for $150 on 7/6, then I requested my account be deactivated. I already underwent the new payout procedure of verifying my bank account, etc. I had approximately 7 payouts in the weeks prior to this without issue. I also never had an issue using my atm card to play. So after I sent in to deactivate, I had an email saying since this was a joint account, was I permitted to use it. I responded that yes I am permitted to use said account. It is a joint account, which Chumba was also aware of from beginning and said that was no problem. I have not any any response from anyone since I responded, I have asked several times for an update as to the status of my payout and not a work back. I would like this resolved asap.

I have a prepaid bank account which my direct deposits go into and they won't accept the stament or a direct deposit form with all the information they say they need. I tried to cash out numerous times, it just kept telling me it was validating my account at this time. No details as to how long it would take or anything. I won !00.00 in December of 2017 and Chumba still hasnt paid the cash out request Ive sent them every document that they wanted. I even went and got a new I.D because they said they could not read my old one.
Now the new thing is that my trash bill cant be verified, its been since December of last year they have no intentions of paying it. they never did. And at first, they may even send you maybe two or more promotion offers via email, you can buy, just to get you back spending on their games, after that, you are likely to not ever get anymore offers once they think they have you cornered to spend all your money on them. Because I've only ever gotten 2 offers and no more every again, so far. And in the past several days, I've lost just over $1000usd. With no cash outs. Their payout is a scam, you might bet $1.00usd and win 0.5cents on most spins, sometimes even .25cents, and when you finally do win something good, it's starts to stop winning and dwindle down every spin. It's basically a hook, line, and sinker game. I've lost so much based on games glitching, and even at one point, I hit the triple wild jackpot 3 times in super hot 7s, and it didn't payout. and when I contacted them with the date, time, and balance of when glitch started, they said their info shows a different date and balance. And that was with the screenshots of one of the times I hit triple wild jackpot and it glitched and dropped down making it not a winner, and video proof I also sent them.
