CiCi's Pizza cleanliness of store was disgusting. most varieties of pizza tasted like cardboard and had little or no toppings.

Came to eat at approximately 3 pm on Tuesday, December 27, 2016. Floors are filthy, greasy. Had to tip toe to keep from falling. The pizza bar had not been changed out in a while. I really don't know why we stayed except my experiences with the Cici's at Gunbarrel Rd in Chattanooga has always been good. One of the food prep ladies was drinking behind the counter. I will not be back and will definitely tell all my friends and family

CiCi's Pizza product, business and staff

The service was horrible! There was absolutely no pizza on the buffet the whole time my partner and I were there and we was there for at least 40 minutres! The restraunt was so dirty and was just a complete appetite killer! The manager definitely didn't know how to run a shift! He was cussing and acting very unprofessional! The staff was dirty and looked like they just came out from the cow pasture! The blonde girl working in the kitchen was throwing things around and complaining the whole time! I ordered a personal size pizza and was told it would take15 minutes and i never got it! I'm very upset about this facility! I would like for something to happen and I don't even need to benefit from it! Evansvilles Cici's is beyond excellent so this was upsetting! No human should have to deal with that kind of environment when their paying customers!

CiCi's Pizza a horrible experience

This experience tonight was by far the worst experience ive ever had a restaurant. First of all had a nasty hair on a piece of pizza. Second you couldnt sit down and relax and eat without 20 unsurpervised children running and screaming. Didnt even finish two pieces of pizza and walked out. Get control your guests children for others please. Its just sad that a couple that had a long day can not sit and enjot a deal in a decent atmosphere. I understand restaurants can be loud being i was a kitchen manager for years. But i also know your guest should love their experience. How do you expect me to do that. When a group of moms all glued to their cell phones let their children run around like wild animals. Im beyond pissed off about this experience. Josh Wyatt [protected]

CiCi's Pizza very rude supposedly manager

I noticed a girl walk in with chikfilet bag and drink, and she sits in the front table. She's walks to the so called manager and gets asks for some thing from behind the kitchen. He gets her a bowl of whatever, and goes back to her table with another restaurantstory meal. The manager charged us for my 1 & 2 year old who was asleep. Then there water machine didn't work so we couldn't get drinks so we needed up paying for soda. The manager smiled when he said he was fine with this girl eating another restaurants food in front of customers cause she was an employee.

As far as it being my business I am a paying customer and anything that goes on while I'm there is my business especially when it's my family in the restaurant on the other hand I see how nosy you are in all of these complaints how is it any of your business what the complaints are about

This complaint is absolutely ludicrous. You aren't Queen Elizabeth. People aren't going to roll out the red carpet when they see you waddling towards them. I have literally no idea what your complaint is in regards too and how it affected you. So an employee ate a meal at a table in a restaurant which wasn't bought in that particular store and you see that as something to complain about? You really need to get a life and stop acting like a #####ic spoiled child. Set a better example for your children. Btw the manager obviously smiled at you as he found it funny that someone would complain about such rubbish.

CiCi's Pizza customer service

I ordered a buffet for my son and I and placed a personal pizza @5:45pm. At 6:10 saw another family sit two booths ahead of me and they also had a number for a personal order. A few minutes later there personal order came out and I called the Cici's employee and explained that I had placed an order at 5:45pm and had yet to received but the other family had just recently sat down and their personal order had arrived. He said it was not his fault but the cooks fault. I ask to speak with manager. Albert came to my booth and he said he was the new GM. I explained my fustration and explained that the same thing had happen on my previous visit. He stated that he knew what had happen and that my order had gotten lost by the cook Nathan. He apologized and I advised him that the last time they had boxed my personal order to go but this time I did not want my personal order boxed to go I just wanted to make him aware of this because they need to have a better system where this does not keep happening. I am very disastified with this Cici's. I went to the following store: 15962 Eldorado Pkwy Suite 400 Frisco, TX 75035.

CiCi's Pizza bad service

I went into cicis with my mother for some lunch. We asked about the prices because it seemed more than usual. He was over charging us for another person. Then when we pointed it out, he kicked us out and said we couldn't eat here anymore because we told him he over charged us. That was really unprofessional manner and he probably has done it to others before us.

CiCi's Pizza service and cleanliness

Our family ate at your Danville va. Restaurant on Saturday Dec 3, 2016 it was absolutely the worst food and there restrooms was so horrible that you didnt even want to use it, there was food all over the floor in the dinning area and the table we had was so wobbly that it was hard to eat without your plate moving . I think that someone needs needs to come from your office to ck this restaurant out because its far from being CLEAN .

CiCi's Pizza service

11/27/2016 @ 1307 me and my son entered store #116. The store is in a majority Hispanic neighborhood with all Hispanic employees. I had to ask the cashier for my receipt, and was given what would seem to be attitude when I asked. While my son was eatting on of the kitchen employees came and grab the cheese shaker from the table, when I came up and asked what's going on she said " we need to have these by the drinks so other people can use them." The table right next to us with Hispanic family had one also, but they never came and took their cheese shaker. The kitchen worker actually never came back out on the floor, it was not crowded or packed in the store so one person to clean was more than enough. I have no issues with following the rules, but if you enforce them it should be done with all who enters your establishment (not just the people who look different that the people that come and work there). I sat for an additional 20 minutes to see if anything would be said or done but no one said anything even though they serviced table and passed it multiple times. Again, this is store #116 in Austin, TX. I have attached a picture of the people next to us showing the shaker is still on the table and this was 35 minutes after ours was taken.

CiCi's Pizza pizza very burnt

We wanted pizza so came to yall cuz it's been so good befor no pizzas ready we order a pizza n it's Burton we told the lady it was burnt n just walks off spent 28 bucks for this it's awful very upset with service too only like 3 works working been here about 35 mins still no pizza ready. CiCi's Pizza manager

Came to cicis for lunch. I had just purchased my buffet and was waiting for a table to be cleaned. I stood there for 4 minutes while a girl was cleaning it. She saw me standing there and continued to move at the speed of a sloth. Then another worker (the cashier) came over and cleaned the table in less than 20 seconds. There was a second cashier and no customers. The manager(Melissa) told her go back to the register. She was very rude. Especially since this girl was running circles around other workers. The cashier said she was sorry but the other manager told her to clean tables in the downtime. The manager popped of in front of her in front of everyone "you better listen to me, that is YOUR best bet Cassie". This was very unprofessional and demeaning to the girl who was working so hard.

CiCi's Pizza product, and service.

Sherman, Texas. Ordered a deep dish beef. Waited over 20 minutes only to be told they messed it up. No pizza on the Buffet at all. Only some dessert pizza. Restaurant was full, and no pizza on the Buffet. Others were pissed as well. Manager is incompetent to manage. I want my money back. I paid with my debit card. Will never go back. CiCi's should fire all it's minimum wage workers, along with all managers, and file bankruptcy for not being able to serve quality food as they advertise. There was no quality there. Only incompetency.

CiCi's Pizza quality and atmosphere

The pizza in Topeka, Ks. used to be pretty good. Remodeling a few years back ruined the whole atmosphere. The salad bar is right to the side of where you pay so if someone is at the register you can't get to the salad! Really stupid design. There used to be booths which were comfortable and offered some quiet space if there were noisy kids. They were taken out and the whole dining area is open now like a school lunch room! The noise travels everywhere and is always loud.

As for the pizza, the toppings are less and less each visit (which are very few now), cannot get taco pizza anymore, only a few choices during lunch and there used to be a pretty good variety but not any more. You can tell because there isn't near the people there like there used to be. If was a nice place to meet for lunch but not any more, we haven't been back to CiCi's since it's been going downhill.

CiCi's Pizza unethical behaviour

The manager at your store at 2415 E Tropicana Ave, Alas Vegas, NV 89121, is completely disrespectful. I ordered a personal pizza but it was soggy so I asked if he could put back in the oven or make another one but then I see that he grabs a wash cloth cleans with it, with my returned order in hand, and then grabs the metal plate with the wash cloth. I saw that and asked him if he could just remake the pizza he says "ok". The pizza took way too long the first time so I asked if I could have a to go box or something because they messed up my order and I was running late. He then told me that I couldn't get a box because I made him remake the pizza? I said no, the pizza was soggy that was not my fault, he says that the pizza was too hot to handle and that's why he grabbed a wash cloth but only after holding the pizza in his bare hand for a min. He seems like he hates his job and dealing with customers this is the second time I've encountered him and he is low energy, unfriendly, and disrespectful. I feel like i should of knocked him out.

CiCi's Pizza everything

I was an employee. I quit due to racism, cross contamination between food and chemicals, rude employees to myself and customers. I brought it up with management and was told to mind my business. When I quit, I returned my uniform washed and cleaned. They refused to give me my paycheck and threatened me. They refused to give me information to find it.

CiCi's Pizza managers response to complaint

On 8-25-16, I went to CC's Pizza, #518, in Brownwood, Tx. I had gotten a slice of the dessert pizza, the one with the pudding type on top. On the edge of the slice, was a sort of string, which turned out to be a piece of plastic, the end of it was in the pizza. I took this up to the manager, pointed out that it was on my pizza and he said, oh, that's just the top of a package for the fruit. I could of made a big deal about it but I didn't. He certainly did not think it was a big deal. What if I had eaten this and gotten chocked? No refund or anything was offered, which I thought should of been mentioned. Since he took the napkin with the plastic in it and wadded it up, there is no evidence. But my husband and I know.

CiCi's Pizza food / employees

After seeing a commercial for the stuffed crust pizza, my son and I went to try it out. My son asked for a pizza, he never got it. The table was sticky/dirty. An employee came in, jumped over the door to get into the front counter, huffed and puffed continuously, acted lazy, acting as though it was a hassle in his life to be there and clearly didn't want to be there, leaning on everything, throwing stuff from the salad bar into the cooking area, swiped a rag across the counter and dropped it on top of the salad bar. He continuously was eyeballing a person he came in with, as he was trying to give this person free food. Later, I did see him give this person a card. When I asked the gentleman behind the line if he was the manager, he acknowledged so I proceeded to tell him about the inappropriate behavior going on with this employee. A young girl next to him, whom was also in management, made herself a part of the conversation. She made faces at me, behaving very childish, wouldn't stop talking about me to the employee, other employees and even brought the lady into her actions with the person cleaning the dining room. They made me feel very uncomfortable and threatened as the employees would not stop their death stares and making faces. The very young mngt girl obviousely had a relationship with the male employee as they flirted and would not unstick from each other which was also inappropriate and i shouldn't have to experience while trying to eat. The manager, Orlando, was very understanding and apologetic, said he would address it, but everything remained the same. We left without finishing, and I wasted my money paying for a meal and gas only to be mistreated by the staff. 6 hours later stomach cramps and unbelievable diarrhea through the night was our continued end to this experience. The friend of the employee, and the employees, stood up and watched us as we left the store as they were trying to see the car we got into. Were they going to follow us home it felt very threatening. ? unbelievable!

CiCi's Pizza employees and manager behaviour

I'm neighbors of this pizza store and they use to have good educate employees and manager until a new manager arrive. I don't blame to employees acc. Even they look to me and my family like they want to fight me and the manager watch and do nothing. Bathrooms men is completely need clean this happen 3 times less then one months already and each time they mistake my order plus they got mad..I never complain but today was enough with the look of this kids and manager with no experience... .

CiCi's Pizza smell and horrible service

Went to have Lunch.
Price Seemed off to begin with.
We got our food which was horribly dry and shriveled.
Got Ice tea and took one drink it tasted horrible.
My wife was wearing a bathing suit top with a tank top on over.
She was asked to wear a Employee supplied top!by the Manager on Duty.
We didn't eat this rancid food and got a refund.
Will Never go back to any of these restaurants in this chain

CiCi's Pizza food

After seeing the stuffed pizza commercial I decided to give them one more try. So one 6/15/16 invited son and daughter-in-law out for dinner knowing how much they love CiCi's even though I don't care much for pizza unless stuffed crust. Well to say the least on a scale of 1 to 10 you didn't make the chart first off all was cold and the stuffed crust pizza was missing stuffing. When we seen new pizza added figured we just got the old pizza well the new pizza was again old, cold, and no stuffing best thing was the salad and wings to go. This is second time I have been to this one and both times the food seemed to taste like leftovers. Worst pizza we all have had. You may want to rethink this place I can see why so few people in it. CiCi's Pizza employment

My 15 year old daughter was given the opportunity for her first job at Cicis Pizza. She was excited, she had been there about a month, she was learning it was such a great experience for her. On June 12th on her shift, she was approached by 2 quick change scam artist, per the video at the store. The first guy bought a soft drink and asked for change for a $20 bill. He then asked for change again, and again, etc until he had probably gotten a large amount of money. My daughter did not feel pressured, she just thought she was giving the correct amount of change. I agree that at some point she should have closed her register and said I cannot give more change, but again she did not. The 2nd scam artist came up before she could close her drawer and did the same thing, as the 1st guy goes to distract the customer. All of this took about 12-15 minutes and they fired her on Monday morning stating that she was $480 short!

Her shortage was not discovered on Sunday night after her shift, where was management the whole time these transactions were taking place? why was there so much money in her drawer? Even after they left she still had an adequate amount of money left and to still be $480 short, plus she still had $50 and $100 bills in her drawer when they left!

This is an eye opener, she did not know or was trained on what if you are robbed or asked to give change! She was alone at the front of the store. I hope they use this to train other teens if they are going to give them their "first" taste of employment. The neighborhood in itself is not a good one so you would think that the store would be more cautious in working with teens. She is now devastated, broken, disappointed in herself and embarrassed. I have to explain to her that it is not her fault how people are in the world and I do not believe the Store handled this properly by firing her.
