my experience at cici's pizza
Today was my first time visiting this location. It was the worst. The pizza selection was horrible. The staff don't use gloves. The manager running the register and handling food without washing his hands . I took my kids because they really wanted pizza. We really couldn't enjoy yourselves let alone the food due to the unsanitary procedures. I really felt like I wasted my money. Never again will I eat there again. The bad thing is I love Cicis but this location changed how I feel going forward. This is 710 Memorial blvd #220, Murfreesboro, TN 37129. Thank you!

My friend and I visited cici's pizza on the 11th day if march 2017 and we have been to this location several times and have been satisfied with every visit except this one. On paying for our meal at the Hampton Va location we proceeded to get our drinks. The first thing I noticed was the sweet tea container was gone so I asked about it and the manager, who's name I did not get because she did not have a name tag on, walked over and checked the tea at that time is when she noticed the tea container was not there she looked and responded disgruntled that it would take 15 minutes to prepare and I was fine with that but, when the tea was brought out it was clear and like a transparent slightly tented glass of water. When I said something to an employee he got the container of tea took it to the back and a pon his return he checked it and told me it was fine. I proceeded to get a cup of tea and it was no different. I requested the manager and she once again acted inconvenienced that I was not happy with the tea. She her self grabbed a clear cup and put tea in it and again approached me stating the tea was fine. The tea was very light and not as normal I have seen it in this store when a responded that and disclosed that info to her she had no concerns to listen and walked away with no apology or other sort of regrets for our experience with the tea. It was unprofessional and rude and I was very dissatisfied and will likely not return to this location. I have never been so unhappy with this place as I was on this day. Horrible manager with no customer service skills at all.
food poisoning
Occurred at the Ci Ci's pizza in San Antonio/ Leon valley on Bandera Road. Pain and suffering is severe. Symptoms and onset consistent with E. Coli food poisoning. So far 3 of the 4 family members are ill. I will be calling the health department! My child is screaming in agony and puking his guts out like I've never seen. Two nights ago I had such violent diarrhea that I was passing out on the toilet and if I tried to wipe myself afterwards I would black out. I broke out in a sweat that soaked an entire beach towel to get me dry. I was sweating so bad that you would have thought that I was standing under a shower head rather than sitting on the can becoming violently ill. I suspect that the passing out was my body going into shock at loosing 1 liter of water every few seconds to every minute or so. This went on for hours. When I finally did manage to leave the bathroom I passed out on the way to my bed, dropping my phone in the hallway, my only lifeline to call for help, stumbled to my bed and passed out. My husband found me in the morning naked on the bed with the door wide open for the kids to see. I had to take 4 Imodium ad at once to stop the dangerous diarrhea blackouts. Even then I struggled to keep in ice chips. I spent the next 12 hours involuntarily ###ing my bed in my sleep. 24 hours later I had to take another 4 Imodium just to get dry toast into me.
My husband also got diarrhea from eating at this place. This is significant as he is extremely healthy and nothing makes him sick.
My kid getting sick has now caused me further pain as am scheduled to have a painful tooth pulled in the morning which I now have to cancel because my 12 year old boy is puking so violently that he can not be left alone at all.
So lets get this straight, you have bloody diarrhea and think you have E-Coli and HAVEN'T gone to the hospital? E-Coli could be fatal. If you do have E-Coli, there should already be an alert out from the Health Department, as pretty much everyone who ate the same meats you ate would contract it as well. If there is no other case, then you don't have E-Coli. If it is any kind of foodborne illness related to their food, the health department will be able
to tell you exactly what it as, as they should already know by now. If there are no other cases, then it's not a foodborne illness and you should be carefull about screaming E-Coli in a restraunt without any acutal diagnosis of it.

My husband and I took my parents to cicis pizza in roanoke va and they are hispanic and speak no english. First off everyone is human and has feelings I was appauled that none of the employees that were cooking the pizzas would not ask her if she needed help. I had to get up and help her myself. There are people that work behind the counter that speak spanish. And then the pizza was really greasy and they didnt have half the pizzas that are advertised on the menu. The only friendly staff that I feel deserve a hands up or as I call it an atta girl are the ones that were bussing the tables. The employees treated my mother like she was trash or invisble.

The services rendered on march 4th, 2017 were of the lowest quality available. My child's birthday party was ruined due to the lack of games that were available to him and his guest after they received the coldest pizza the "always fresh" buffet had to offer. The manager's lack of professionalism only added to a less than perfect experience at this establishment. I suggest that this location be closed in order to revive the atmosphere that cici's pizza is known for.

Enter store over half tables not bused, but thought they would be so paid 50.00 for 7 of us...after finding clean table went to get food there was no pasta at all an scraps of 2 pizzas left, chessy bread sticks nothing but dough..complain to manager Thomas he did not care to hear my complaints just brushed me off mumbled pizzas take time 7 minutes (?) Asked bout bbq pizza dont make, asked bout taco pizza he made personal pan see photo attached..it was disgusting! Readin other complaints on here appears you corporate office of this horrific establishment do not care what we your customers have to say..Thomas definitely didn't

I had the worst experience EVER! CiCi's pizza here in Shreveport Louisiana on Pines Road is horrible... The management, staff, customer service &the whole experience was just awful.. My daughter graduated today and I took her & a friend out for pizza to celebrate. The staff shoved my money in my hand, I asked her why did she do it & she ignored me.. The manager was standing right there next to her and didn't open her mouth. The cashier that shoved my money in my hand stated to me that I couldn't come into the diner if I wasn't eating! I asked her since when because I come here all the time and sometimes I don't eat. I let the kids enjoy themselves. So I asked her for a refund for the girls since I had already paid for their buffet. She walked off to the back and I then asked the manager on duty can she give me a refund and she said to me NO! She's doing paperwork and don't care about me. So at this point she called the police and told them that I didn't pay. I explain to them that I didn't eat anything! He didn't give me a chance to say anything... He walked up to me and said pay her or go to jail... I said for what and tried to explain... This is one of the worst experiences that I've ever had... So sad... People really need to understand that customer service is Everything! Also, customers are the reason the business is running! PINES ROAD CICI's PIZZA suck and I will never go back there...

Got a reward for free drink & it said expires Feb. 28 - went to location on Feb. 28 to use reward and it had been removed from my reward list. Cashier at location stated that is the way corporate does it. I told her it expires on 28th, therefore I should be able to use it on the 28th. I was not given that courtesy, so my husband & I went and ate at Taco Bueno where our rewards were recognized and accepted.

On this past friday my family of 6 adults 2 teenagers and a child went to our local cicis pizza in alvin tx around 5:45pm. When we arrived we waited at the counter to be checked in for about 15 minutes with no other customers in line waiting before us or after we came in. There only about 5 or 6 tables occupied in the entire restaurant from the time we arrived til our departure about 30 min later. My husband had to go tell the lady who didn't speak hardly any english that was making the pizzas since she was covered in flour in assuming if someone could please ring us up at the counter since we had been waiting awhile. She runs to the kitchen another lady comes out eating a salad and had a very rude attitude and rings us up. And then promptly walked off nerve even handing us our cups for beverages. There was only 3 pizzas on the buffet station that were old and dry we asked if anymore were coming out and the lady making the pizzas said no no pizza now no gente. No gente. I googled and found out that means no people. We asked if we could order a pizza for our family since we were a rather large group again told no pizza I asked to speak to a manager while my family sat down and had a bowl of soup cuz there was only enough salad in the thing to put on one plate which my daughters all shared. The same lady came out and said manager was not there and they were not allowed to make any additional pizzas if there were not enough people in store. After hearing this and my family upset because they were hungry I asked for a refund since we were not able to get any real food she told me nope she couldn't do it and call on mon to get refund. My family and I left and went to eat elsewhere. Prior to leaving I requested a copy of receipt since when we checked in she didn't hand us one but she told me I cant give you a copy you should have told me when I did it originally. I contacted them first thing mon morning and was told I had to leave a message for the manager to call me back. Since this no one has called me back and when I called a few min ago they thought they placed me on hold or mute I guess and they didn't and I heard them tell each other it's the #### about the refund and bad experience again. And the guy told her to tell me he wasn't available and would call back. After hearing that it was the final straw and i'm contacting you all now to see if you can help me reach a resolution, because i'd hate to no longer want to bring my family ever again especially since this is my daughter's favorite restaurant. I will never go back to the one here in town, however if a resolution is reached I will give it another shot with my family at a different location. I hope we can resolve this issue without further complication.
no changing tables in the restrooms
My family was very upset when we came to find out that there was NO changing tables in the men or women restrooms. As a family restaurant there definitely needs to be changing tables, when we approached the manager about the situation he said it was an insurance issue and that he didn't have kids so that he didn't know what it was like, he also said there should be enough space next to the trash can if it was necessary to change them! This is very unexceptional.

Me and my family went to cici's pizza on airport blvd. in mobile Alabama on Feb. 21 2017. I have been a loyal customer since 1995, I have always been able to order a special to the point that soon as I walk in the managers know me and start my order with out me saying a word. On the 21st I was refused the special and was treated very rudely from a woman worker and the manger that has been there for 6 years. I will not go back or take my family and tell everyone I can to stay away. The way cici's has changed is not worth the money or time . The pizza is cold on the buffet that was one reason for ordering a special because you would get it straight out of the oven. when the founders first founded cici's it was perfect but with the changes, I can think of a whole lot of pizza places better like domino, pizza hut, papa Johns . My advise to every one who sees this GO EAT YOUR PIZZA SOME WHERE OTHER THAN CICI'S
over charging
Today 2/15/17 at 12:47 came to eat at Cicis located on Midway and Trinity Mills Road and the cashier is over charging everyone for a large To-go-Cup without asking the customers. I really don't mind but she needs to ask not just charge extra money to customers. The name on my receipt says her name is Frida. roach crawling on our table as we were eating
I came today, February 06, 2017 to a Cicis located in Houston, Texas. The address is 4400 North Freeway zip 77022, I came with my children and mother and as we were barely sitting down to eat our food, my son noticed a roach crawling on the table near his plate so I called over the shift Manager, Alfredo so he could see and all he said was "where did it come from?" We obviously didn't know where it came from, we just saw it when it was on the table and we were just worried about it not getting in our food! My mother and I were so grossed out, we lost our apettite and to top it off, the manager didn't even apologize! He took it to the back where they wash dishes but he didn't say anything to us! I will not be going to a Cicis any longer.

Went in expecting good food an got soup tht was bairly warm, pizza was under cooked, salad bar wasn't fresh at all got salad mix tht was old. When you go to talk to employees they act like they can't hear you. Teased lady asking if her pizza was done an she had to repeat it 3 times just to find out they were only just getting it in. Busy time of the day an they only had 4-5 pizzas out for a packed restaurant. Spent money to eat an bairly got anything 😥. BC food was HORRIBLE! Won't be going back was to disappointed in wasting money on BAD food. 😞

My family and I have visited CiCi's on 4 different occasions and the credit card machine was not working for the second month and I had to turn away. Today is 30th of Jan. and the Machine is still not working. I believe if CiCi's provides a service it should make every effort to correct this on going problem quickly. My wife had ordered a pizza and it took around 45 min. to be brought to the table minutes before we were done. Poor service, Poor attutide.

On January 14th my husband, myself and a friend went to Cici's in Allen TX for lunch. When we arrived and were greeted as normal and asked if we would prefer a cooke or water as a drink. We stated cokes and recieved our plates and cups and proceeded down the line. We got to the pizza section and there was not a single pizza there, not one. The buffet was empty, from cheese bread, to pizza to desserts not a single item was there. Trying to remain optimisitic, we went to sit down and wait for some pizza tobe laid and get a drink while we waited. When we got to coke machines, none of them worked either and in its place two liters were laid for all guests to use! I am pretty sure this a haelth code violation not to mention just disgusting considering I have no idea about any person in the restaurant. Oh but it does get worse! a couple of pizza's get set out ont he buffet so of course all the customers got up at once, so I waitied patiently until everyone was done. While waiting I noticed one of your employees, his name was Ryan go to the buffet, grab some cinnamon roles that were just laid out with LICK HIS FINGERS and grab some more. No utensils used, just his hands. Then he proceed to also grab some of the minimal pizza laid out for the customers, grab himself a drink from the two liter and take the entire plate to the line where he was preparing pizza's eat his food and prepare pizza's at the same time! Other staff memebers were cussing at each other in the back load enough for the entire lobby to hear it and yes there were several children in there. I have worked in the food industry and I know you rough days but I also know that is a defiently a health code violation. I have never been so disgusted in a restarant as I was sitting in yours that day. If by some strange miracle some one would like to call and discuss this further with me my number is 972.838.8887 but conisdering I left a message and 1/16 about this and have to recieve a phone call back, I am sure that won't happen. Needless to say, we will not be returning to a Cici's pizza and considering we have two children this is a huge loss since they often would like to go there. The desert bar is almost always enpty when i go up to it and when it isnt empty the food always looks and tastes like its been sitting out. The pizza is good but almost everytime its overcooked. I ordered a thin crust to my table and it was charcoal just about. The service was pretty rude wouldn't make a pizza for my sister just because it was on the bar but it was busy and she wanted to make sure she got some of it since it always ended up gone

This cicis is possibly the worst one in San Antonio, they want to charge you extra for a Atkins pizza bowl 5 dollars extra are you kidding me I already paid for a buffet I'm not eating, and than they have a 30-40 minute wait if you ask for a personal pizza, the desserts are all burnt to a crisp and so hard they aren't enjoyable. The managaers don't care this is their franchisee store so he said he can do whatever he wants.
My business will not be brought to this location again.

Live in Garland Tx and went to eat lunch at CICIS Jupiter and Arapaho location. We, my wife and I ordered the special wings and pizza buffet. We sat with salads, we both enjoying the atmosphere and TV's. Today is Sunday 8 of January. The church has let out and lots of people are coming in.
My wife wants some pizza and im looking forward to the best pizza at CICis pepperoni and jalapeno. Which i requested when i came in. No wings yet and no pepperoni jalapeno pizza. Yes i did ask attendants about the pizza. And its coming sir. The young staff is slow to acknowledge the crowd of people waiting for pizza. Your young manager returns my fee. Changes are needed here. Im a Hispanic man and only mean good. Please make some improvement at this location . Your best location is at centerville and northwest hiway. Thank you.

We moved from the Hurst area to here a year ago, although the store is usually full on the weekend, the quality and amount of toppings are very little, maybe two slices of pepperoni on a slice, the new pizza may have a quarter cup meat on a whole pizza, the soup this time had no chicken in it. What you get is lots of bread and a little of everything else. We use to go out a lot to the coppell store because the food, service, and store are great, I know it is like a training store but this one is made me not want to go there as they are in a food alley type area.

Biggest piece of trash is all I can say I would give this store a negative 100 on how bad it is! It's disgusting... We special ordered pizzas and etc and everyone's pizzas are coming out except mine which was a chicken alfredo only to have to get up 15min later and ask where the pizza is to be told we don't have it! Pizzas were burnt and the staff was absolutely disgusting no interest in helping or working for that matter! The pizzas were all burned yet the deserts were all cold! I unfortunately cannot eat red sauce and they didn't have spinach pizza bacon nothing! So I ended up not eating and didn't even get my money back! I'm beyond pissed! Worst experience ever and you better believe I will write nasty reviews about this store any chance I get and not recommend this circus show to anyone not even my worst enemy! 😡😡
